Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) penggunaan metode bercerita dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak; (2) peranan media gambar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak; dan (3) meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak pada anak kelompok A di TK Siswo Utomo Bulugede Kecamatan Patebon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok A di TK Siswo Utomo Bulugede Kecamatan Patebon Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di TK Siswo Utomo Bulugede Kecamatan Patebon Kabupaten Kendal dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita dengan media gambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak pada anak. Pra siklus sebanyak 5 anak atau 25% yang mampu menyimak dengan baik, yang cukup terdapat 4 anak atau 20% sedangkan yang kurang ada 11 anak atau 55%. Siklus I sebanyak 8 anak (40%) yang mempunyai kemampuan baik, kemampuan cukup sebanyak 7 anak (35%), dan kemampuan rendah sebanyak 5 anak (25%). Pada siklus II menjadi 16 anak (80%) yang mempunyai kemampuan baik sedangkan yang cukup sebanyak 4 anak (20%). Kata kunci: menyimak, metode bercerita, media gambar.

Abstract

Abstrak : Peningkatan Aktivitas Pembelajaran Peserta Didik Menggunakan Media Kantong Bilangan dalam Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas II Madrasyah Ittidayah Sanawiyah Bustanul Ulum Sungai Ambawang. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif.Sifat kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian guru dan peserta didik, pada siklus 1 kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dengan penggunaan media kantong bilangan pada siklus 1 kategori cukup dan meningkat menjadi baik di siklus 2. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media kantong bilangan pada siklus 1 kategori cukup menjadi baik disiklus 2. Aktivitas peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran pada siklus 1 rata-rata 58,55% (Kurang)sedang di siklus 2 menjadi 90,48%(sangat baik) terjadi peningkatan sebesar 37,97%. hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika menggunakan media kantong bilangan 63,91 di siklus 1 menjadi 85,71. terjadi peningkatan sebesar 21,80. Kesimpulannya penggunaan media kantong bilangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran serta dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, maka dapat disarankan media kantong bilangan dapat dijadikan salah satu cara dalam meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Kata kunci : aktivitas, belajar, matematika, media kantong bilangan Abstract :improved studentslearning activities using namber bags media in learning mathematics to second grade students of madrasah ibtidaiyah sanawiyah bustanul ulum sugai ambawang. The purpose of this study is to describe about the improved students learning activities in learning mathematics. The method used was descriptive method H was a the research subject were teachers and students. In cycle 1, teachers ability in preparing lesson plan by using number bags media on cycle 1 was categorized as enough, and improved to be better on cycle 2. The ability of teachers in learning implementation used number bags media on cycle 1 was categorizedas enough and be better on cycle 2. The students activities in learning process on cycle 1 was about 58,55% (less), where as on cycle 2 was being 90,48% (excellent). It was improved about 37,97%. The students result in learing mathematics used number bags media was 63,91% on cycle 1. And was being 85,71%. It was improved about 21,80%. The conclusion is the using of number bags media can improve teachers ability in making lesson plan also can improve students activities. Based on the conclusion, it can be suggested that number bags media can be a way to improve studentsactivities in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Social studies have an essential role in applying character values ​​for students. The purpose of social studies is to form good character and prepare students to become good citizens. This is following the goals of character education for children with special needs, namely to meet needs, familiarize social life, and form good behavior and attitudes following the norms prevailing in the society. Therefore, students must live in harmony with the community, and so must be applied in students. So that the problems in the form of a lack of independent nature and self-confidence of SLB students at YPAC Semarang are problems that must be resolved by teachers and schools as facilitators, a low character of student discipline accompanies this lack of attitude, so schools need to implement it. For SMPLB D / D1 YPAC Semarang, character internalization that is trying to be carried out includes the value of the self-confident character to find their potential and develop according to their talents. Have an independent nature to equipping children with special needs to live independently by minimizing assistance from other parties and the character of discipline that will later become provisions before living in society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Internal Audit function and the Risk Management function on company performance. This research was conducted at PT Inkomas Lestari and the respondents of this study were from the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) and the Finance and Accounting Unit using non probability sampling techniques. Furthermore, the data will be processed with the help of SPSS software version 25.0. The results showed that Internal Audit and Risk Management simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the Company Performance of PT Inkomas Lestari by 75.4%. The remaining variables affected by 24.6% can be influenced by other variables that are not used but still have a relationship with this study.
