Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Product, Price and After Sales Service to Purchase Decision and Satisfaction of Honda Motorcycle Consumer (Case Study On Civil Servant In District of Meranti Island). The object in this study is a Honda motorcycle. This study uses Consumer Satisfaction as endogenous variable and Purchase Decision as intervening variable. While the exogenous variables in this study are Product, Price and After Sales Service. The population in this study is all civil servants in the district of Meranti Islands who have bought Honda motorcycles as many as 3,532 people and the sample used in this study 100 people. This research uses simple random sampling with criteria that decide the purchase of Honda motorcycle. Data taken from the respondents using the core questionnaire. The method of analysis used in this research is path analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 21. The results of this study indicate that the product has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. After sales service has a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decision. Products have a positive and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision. Price has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decision. After Sales Service has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision. Purchase Decision has positive and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction.Keywords : Product, Price, After Sales Service, Purchase Decision, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research attempt to test and compare three type of measurement technique in measuring brandimage and brand quality: rating, ranking, and pick any. The objective of this research is to test theconsumer consistency in their perception and attitude toward brand image and brand quality usingthree different measurement techniques. This research were replication Barnard & Ehrenberg (1990)and Driesener & Romaniuk (2006) which compare the compare three type of measurement technique inmeasuring brand image.There are three shampoo products acting as the research objects in this research: Clear, Dove, andPantene. Acting as the respondent for this research was 149 consumers who had use that three brandof shampoo. Data analysis were execute using mean score for rating technique, score order for rankingtechnique, and mode score for pick any technique.Results show that (a) measurement in brand image using rating, ranking, and pick any technique didnot show the same score and respondent have tendency to answer the questions inconsistently. (b)Measurement using rating and pick any techniques show consistent result.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Reference Group on Lifestyle and Decision of Purchasing Hijab Rabbani in Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the consumer Hijab Rabbani in Pekanbaru in 2017. Sampling technique using purposive sampling to obtain the number of research samples as much as 100 respondents. Data analysis was done by path analysis processed with SPSS program version 18.0. From the results of tests that have been done is known that there is direct influence of the reference group on lifestyle and purchasing decisions. There is a direct influence of Lifestyle on purchasing decisions. And there is an indirect influence of the reference Group on the purchase decision of Hijab Rabbani in Pekanbaru which is a lifestylemediated one. It is expected to the company to see other opportunities that are not from friends or family of consumers because consumers in buying hijab not fully follow family and friends relatives and companies more convincing consumers with the quality of goods offered and affordable prices so that customers will have full interest in buying Hijab RabbaniKeywords : Reference Group, Lifestyle and Decision Purchasing

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of product attribute variables, consumer psychology of brand switching and variety seeking as simultaneous moderation variables on the consumers of Instant Kapal Api in Pekanbaru city. As for the population of this study are 12 districts in the city of Pekanbaru with 120 people ever make a switch shift from Kapal Apito other coffee brands as well as a respondent in each district obtained 10 respondents. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Besides, it uses quantitative analysis with path analysis and assisted by SPSS program version 21. From the results of tests that have been done indicate that the relationship. 1. Product attributes have a significant effect on variety seeking. 2. Consumer psychology has a significant effect on variety seeking. 3. Variety seeking has significant effect on brand switching. 4. Product attribute significantly influence brand switching. 5. Consumer psychology has a significant effect on brand switching. 6. Product attributes, consumer psychology combined significantly effect on variety seeking. 7. Abstract

The research was conducted atPT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. With the aim to identify and analyze The Effect Of Health And Safety On The Spirit Of Work And Achievement Employees In PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. Where in this study population was all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar totaling 121 people. The sample used in this study were 121 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS.Based on the test results if the data using path analysis can be drawn some conclusions, namely: There are influence which of signifikan among Health And Safety to spirit of work employees in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. If problem of working safety and health don’t be managed better hence will will lessen the spirit of work employees. Problems of employees working safety and health seen from: Equipments and supply of work exist in company not yet fully awake better, Employees very easy hit by disease in working. There are influence which is signifikan among health variable and working safety to employees labour capacity in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar. If employees labour capacity don’t be improved by hence will affect ugly to company. So also on the contrary if company or organization can realize healthy and balmy work atmosphere hence will be able to improve labour capacity all its employees. Variable spirit of work represent variable having an effect on dominant to employees labour capacity. From result of perception which writer conduct seen that spirit of work employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kabupaten Kampar still not yet is maximal so cause their labour capacity become to lower.Keyword: Health and Safety, Spirit, and Achievement Employees.
