Abstract

The nature of language is to express that someone exists, or in other word, expressing the existence. Through the revelation Allah introduces his existence to the creature. It can also be seen from the qudsi hadists  popular among the sufi. It is said that Dawud asked to Allah, why do you create the creature? Allah answered, “I am the hidden hemisphere and I want to be known. For that reason I create the creatures so that I am known”.

Abstract

“Ayyam al-Arab” and “al-Ansab” which recorded, both in the form of genre prosa and genre poetry is an authentic evidence that show jahiliyah society have produced literary works. Those two sources were dig up by hammad al-Rawiyyah when he codified jahili’s literary works.

Abstract

Kewajiban korporasi kini diakui di lebih dari satu undang-undang di Indonesia seiring dengan berkembangnya hukum pidana di negara ini. Dalam kehidupan nyata, ada juga tuduhan terhadap berbagai bisnis. Jurnal ini membahas urgensi penerapan pertanggungjawaban pidana pencemaran lingkungan oleh PT. Kobin sebagai pelaku kejahatan korporasi dan bagaimana pola pemidanaannya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan penerapan pertanggungjawaban korporasi sangat diperlukan karna kejahatan korporasi memiliki dampak yang buruk terutama bagi lingkungan hdiup, Masyarakat dan negara. Perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup yang berbasis pada konservasi lingkungan hidup terutama pada pencemaran lingkungan hidup (pencemaran sungai) PT. Kobin agar tidak berlaku aturan umum dalam KUHP. Pola pemidanaannya masih banyak memerlukan suatu aturan khusus untuk tidak menerapkan aturan umum dalam KUHP.
