Abstract

Analisis Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Produktifdi SMK Negeri 1 TarakanMustariPengawas SMK pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota TarakanEmail: mus_ari@ymail.comAbstract:This research used a descriptive quantitative research methods and qualitative methods. The results showed that the implementation of pedagogical competences of the productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Tarakan as stated in the Educational Minister Regulation No.16 of 2007 has been well implemented. The conclusion was based on the computed profile recapitulation average of productive teachers’ pedagogical competences at SMK Negeri 1 Tarakan of 3,79 and with a percentage of 75,77 %. The data were supported by data from interviews, observations and documentation studies. Especially for the competence of empoying reflective action to improve the quality of instruction and the aspect of conducting classroom action research to improve the quality of instruction for the subject matter were not significant. It was based on the value of computed recapitulation average score of 1,85 with the percentage of 36,92 %. The data were also supported with data obtained from several interviewed respondents.Keywords: pedagogic competences, productive teachersAbstrak:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kompetensi pedagogik guru produktif di SMK Negeri 1 Tarakan sebagaimana terdapat dalam Permendiknas No.16 tahun 2007 sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kesimpulan ini berdasarkan hasil rata-rata keseluruhan rekapitulasi profil kompetensi pedagogik guru produktif di SMK Negeri 1 Tarakan sebesar 3,79 dengan prosentase 75,77%. Data ini didukung oleh data hasil wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Khusus untuk kompetensi melakukan tindakan refleksi untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pada aspek melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran yang diampu masih kurang. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai pada rekapitulasi rata-rata skor sebesar 1,85 dengan prosentase 36,92%. Data ini dikuatkan juga oleh data hasil wawancara dengan beberapa responden.Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, guru produktif

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui, program pembinaan moral narapidana narkotika di lapas narkotika Sungguminasa, pelaksanaan pembinaan moral, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan moral. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk mengetahui pembinaan moral narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas II A Sungguminasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Program pembinaan moral di Lembaga pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas II A Sungguminasa meliputi pembinaan kesadaran beragama, pembinaan kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara, dan pembinaan kesadaran hukum 2) Pelaksanaan pembinaan moral narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas II A Sungguminasa belum terlaksana maksimal yang disebabkan karena masih kurangnya partisipasi  narapidana dalam mengikuti pembinaan dan kurangnya pengawasan dari petugas lapas 3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pembinaan moral narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas II A Sungguminasa yakni faktor internal maupun eksternal dari narapidana. faktor internal yaitu motivasi narapidana dalam mengikuti pembinaan. Sedangkan faktor eksternal antara lain sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan. kuantitas dan kualitas petugas lapas, serta terbatasnya anggaran.Kata Kunci: Pembinaan Moral, Narapidana, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan,  ABSTRACT: The study aims to find out, the program of moral guidance of narcotic inmates in Saranuminasa Narcotics Prison, the implementation of moral coaching, and factors that influence in the implementation of moral coaching. To achieve that goal the researcher uses data collection techniques through, interview, observation and documentation. Data obtained from the results of research processed by using qualitative analysis to determine the moral guidance of Narcotic prisoners in Class II Narcotics Prison A A Sungguminasa. The results of the study indicate that (1) the program of moral guidance in Class II Narcotics Prison A Sungguminasa includes the promotion of religious awareness, the development of national and state consciousness, and the development of legal awareness 2) The implementation of moral guidance of narcotic prisoners in Class II Narcotics Prison A Sungguminasa not yet done maximal due to lack of participation of prisoners in following the guidance and lack of supervision from prison officers 3) Factors affecting the implementation of moral guidance of narcotic prisoners in the Class II Narcotics Prison A Sungguminasa namely internal and external factors of inmates. internal factors namely the motivation of prisoners in following the coaching. While external factors include facilities and infrastructure that have not been adequate in the implementation of coaching. quantity and quality of prison officers, and limited budget.Keywords: Moral Coaching, Prisoners, Penitentiaries

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors with the develovment berubungan Ecocnomic Education Cooperative Studies Program at the State University of Makassar and the most appropriate strategy for development of economic education cooperative Studies Program at the State University of Makassar. This study is conducted by using a type of quantitative-qualitative approach and the research design is descriptive by using SWOT analysis. These results indicate that the position of the development strategy  of economic education cooperative studies program faculty of economics, state university of makassar is located  on an aggresive strategy, which means that it has a number of strenght and also have a chance so it takes SO strategy  (strength-opportunity) that harness the strenght of the internal conditions for seize the opportunities that exist in external conditions.Keywords: strategy, development, management
