Abstract

Determination of employees who are promoted to positions aims to provide motivation and positive influence on other employees to further improve the work ethic in the Lebong District Regent's office. Determining who will be famous for mutation/promotion has of course gone through various stages of the process from within the Committee Team as well as passing the evaluation stages from the Committee based on certain criteria that have been set. These criteria include class (I, II, III and IV), tenure (long, long and recent), last education (Diploma, S1 and S2), training (1-3, 3-5, > 5) achievement (low, medium, high, and very high) and time period (short, medium and long). Lebong Regency Government Offices who meet the highest criteria will be selected to get a promotion for their dedication. However, the problem is how to make the right and competent choice as an employee who has high dedication if in the assessment alone there are employees who have almost the same rating score, close to the same, or even the exact same. It will be difficult for the Committee to make a decision to determine which employees are promoted to positions. Therefore, a Decision Support System with the application of the MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process) method can assist in making decisions on complex issues by simplifying the process. This system can assist decision makers in determining promotions quickly and precisely.

Abstract

Perangkat Desa merupakan bagian dari unsur pemerintahan yang berada ditingkat desa yang bertugas membantu kepala desa dalam menjalankan tugas pemerintahan desa diwajibkan memiliki sifat, yang humanis kepada seluruh masyarakat. Sehingga dibutuhkan apresiasi kepada perangkat desa yang memiliki semangat kerja dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi,. Untuk menentukan perangkat desa terbaik pemerintah desa bunga melur masih belum optimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh belum adanya media yang dapat memproses penilaian perangkat dan penentu perangkat desa terbaik.  oleh karena itu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah desa bunga melur dalam menentukan perangkat desa terbaik. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode preference selection index (PSI).tujuan dari system ini yaitu dapat membantu pihak pemerintahan desa melur dalam menentukan perangkat desa terbaik Dengan hasil output berdasarkan hasil penilaian dengan mengunakan metode preference selection index (PSI) maka dapat disimpulkan bawa atas nama widisman adalah perangkat desa terbaik dengan total nilai 0,88 dari 7 perangkat desa bunga melur.

Abstract

Abstract: SMKS 1 Pembangunan of Bengkulu City is one of the Private Vocational High Schools in Bengkulu City, Bengkulu Province. In the process of managing student administrative data at school, especially the administration of tuition payments, it uses an office application package, namely Microsoft Excel. The administration system at SMKS 1 Pembangunan Bengkulu City using Two Tier Architecture can simplify the process of managing administrative data at school, especially the payment of tuition fees and student development fees, can provide information on which students have not paid tuition fees and student development fees, and can facilitate the school in giving warnings to students in the form of letters to make payments. Two Tier architecture is built to allow the administration system at SMKS 1 Pembangunan to be accessed by more than 1 laptop/ client on the same network.  Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is found that the administration system at SMKS 1 Pembangunan Bengkulu City using two tier architectures has run well and as expected and the application can facilitate the process of managing administrative data in schools, especially payment of tuition fees and student development fees. Keywords: administration system, smks 1 pembangunan bengkulu city, two-tier                  architecture Abstrak: SMKS 1 Pembangunan Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta yang terdapat di Kota Bengkulu Provinsi Bengkulu. Dalam proses pengelolaan data administrasi siswa di sekolah khususnya administrasi pembayaran uang sekolah sudah menggunakan paket aplikasi office yaitu Microsoft Excel. Sistem administrasi di SMKS 1 Pembangunan Kota Bengkulu menggunakan Arsitektur Two Tier dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan data administrasi di sekolah khususnya pembayaran uang SPP dan uang pembangunan siswa, dapat memberikan informasi siapa saja siswa yang belum membayar uang SPP dan uang pembangunan siswa, serta dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam memberikan peringatan ke siswa berupa surat untuk melakukan pembayaran. Arsitektur Two Tier dibangun guna memungkinkan sistem administrasi di SMKS 1 Pembangunan dapat diakses lebih dari 1 laptop/client yang berada pada jaringan yang sama. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa sistem administrasi di SMKS 1 Pembangunan Kota Bengkulu menggunakan arsitektur two tier sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan harapan dan aplikasi dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan data administrasi di sekolah khususnya pembayaran uang SPP dan uang pembangunan siswa Kata kunci: sistem administrasi, smks 1 pembangunan kota bengkulu, arsitektur two-tier
