Abstract

Being a participant in the National Health Insurance (JKN) is one way to maintain good health for the citizens of Indonesia. JKN has been run by the Social Security Agency (BPJS) Health since January 1, 2014. BPJS planned that in 2014 the people of Indonesia who participated in the program of the National Social Security System (Navigation) and is targeted to reach 70% in 2019 to reach 100%.One of the benefits of national health insurance program is to improve the health and welfare of the community. However, not many people are aware of the importance of following the National Health Insurance program through participation BPJS. In addition, people are still confused in a groove in the service of the National Health Insurance.From the above issues, the Department of Medical Records and Health Information in cooperation with BPJS Semarang implement community service activities in the form of providing guidance, assistance, consultation on the National Health Insurance program. With this JKN coaching hoped that the people are able to understand the importance of participation JKN and improved health and welfare of the people especially in the region Wijaya Kusuma Posyandu RW: XXII, Village Meteseh, District Tembalang, Semarang.

Abstract

Formulir resume medis adalah formulir yang berupa penjelasan singkat atau merangkum segala informasi penting manyangkut tentang penyakit, pemeriksaan yang dilakukan dan pengobatannya. Dalam pengisian resume medis di RSUD R.A Kartini Jepara masih ditemukan ketidaklengkapan pada identitas sosial pasien, laporan penting dan adanya bagian yang kosong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi review identifikasi pasien, review laporan penting, review autentifikasi dan review pencatatan atau pendokumentasian yang benar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan rata-rata kelengkapan dari masing-masing review, rata-rata kelengkapan tertinggi ada pada review identifikasi pasien yaitu mencapai 82,3%, sedangkan untuk rata-rata terendah ada pada review laporan penting yaitu 25,35%. Review autentikasi persentase sebesar 54,7% sedangkan ntuk review pencatatan atau pendokumentasian yang benar mencapai 65%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumah sakit perlu melakukan perbaikan pengisian formulir khususnya pada resume medis agar fungsi dari resume medis dapat terselenggara dengan baik.

Abstract

The procedure of radiographic examination of thoracolumbar vertebrae of scoliosis according to Lampignano and Kendrick (2018), journal by Gray (1983) and journal by Levy (1996) in erect patient position further recommends the PA projections because the dose to organs that are sensitive to radiation such as breast, thyroid and gonad and the risk of getting cancer in these organs is significantly reduced compared to AP projections. While the procedure for radiographic examination of thoracolumbar vertebrae of scoliosis in the Radiology Installation RSUD Bendan Pekalongan uses AP and AP right and left bending projections in erect patient position. This study aims to determine the radiographic examination procedures of thoracolumbar vertebrae in scoliosis and the reasons for using AP and AP right and left bending projections in erect patient position. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected in March-April 2020 in the Radiology Installation RSUD Bendan Pekalongan by observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects are patients, radiographers, radiology specialists, and sending doctors. The data obtained were processed and analyzed using open coding and then presented in the form of images, plot and quotations so that conclusions can be drawn. The results showed that the thoracolumbar vertebra radiographic examination procedure in scoliosis clinical in Radiology Installation RSUD Bendan Pekalongan used AP and right and left bending AP projections in erect position because to place the object as close as possible to IR with the hope to minimize the magnification of the object on the radiograph and has been informative to assess the cobb angle in scoliosis curvature. The suggestion from the author is that Radiology Installation should coordinate with related parties such as radiology specialists, radiographers and sending doctors in order to determine what projections are needed in the case of scoliosis because there are many projections on the scoliosis radiography examination.

Abstract

Background: MRI examination of knee joints with Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries at the Radiology Installation of Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital using spin echo sequences, including PD_TSE, PD_TSE_fatsat, T1_SE, T2_TSE, and T2_TSE_fatsat, with the addition of STIR, and using DOT engine technology. This study aims to determine the procedures for examining knee joint MRI with cases of ACL injury, as well as the role of the DOT machine in the examination.Methods: This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subject was an MRI examination of the knee joint with ACL injury cases. Data collection is done by using the method of observation, study, and documentation. Data analysis includes data transcription, data reduction, data presentation, as well as discussing and drawing conclusions.Results: The results showed that the STIR sequence was used as a fat comparison. The resulting ACL image is an isointense image. The use of DOT engine technology helps to standardize inspections. The advantages are ease of making cuts, time efficiency, and uniformity of inspection techniques, and not finding operational weaknesses.Conclusions: The conclusion of this study is MRI of the knee joint using spin echo and STIR sequences, with DOT engine method. STIR could be used in certain indications.

Abstract

Beetroot, also known as Beta Vulgaris L, is a type of tuber plant that is reddish purple in color and has a shape similar to a potato. The pigment found in red beets is betalain, betalain is a class of antioxidants. Betacyanin is classified as an antioxidant that can prevent cancer, Cancer is one of the most devastating diseases affecting many people around the world. It is characterized by the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the body, which can spread to other tissues through a process called metastasis. Beetroot has been linked to various health benefits, including its ability to fight cancer. However, public knowledge and understanding of the benefits of beetroot and how to cook it creatively and enjoyably is still limited.The solution is provided through training and mentoring for the community in making foods and beverages containing beetroot, ranging from practical training sessions to creating recipes that are easy to understand and follow. method of providing material on the importance of beetroot for preventing cancer as well as training and mentoring or hands-on in making beetroot juice and pudding.This community service activity was held at the Dinar Indah Cluster, RT 04 RW 26 Meteseh, Tembalang, with 30 participants. The activity included providing information on the importance of beetroot in preventing cancer. Community service activities also involve hands-on activities involving making beetroot juice and pudding by participants. Based on the results of the comparison between the pre-test and post-test, there was a significant increase between the scores of 40-60 to 80-100. This increase in scores indicates that the participants' understanding of beetroot, starting from the scientific aspects, nutritional content, to its role in cancer prevention, has experienced a real increase, and 100% of participants stated that the benefits of beetroot are very good for preventing cancer and encouraging people to adopt healthy behavior by diligently consuming beetroot.
