Abstract

The use of butterfly pea flowers in society is not yet widely known, so consumption of butterfly pea flowers is still low because many people do not know about the benefits of butterfly pea flowers as an immune booster. So it is necessary to increase the use of butterfly pea flowers so that they are easy to consume, one of which is by processing them into butterfly pea flower tea bags. The aim of carrying out this community service is to teach residents to process butterfly pea flowers into practical tea bags and package them into UMKM products that can provide additional income as a good business idea. The community service method is through lectures, discussions and direct practice. The community service element involves the head of the PKK RT, RW, and health cadres. The direct practice of processing butterfly pea flowers by the community produces results in the form of butterfly pea flower tea bags with attractive packaging and a PIRT business permit. This activity has succeeded in mobilizing residents to process butterfly pea flowers into tea bag products that are ready for consumption and marketing.

Abstract

Data security is an important issue in an organization, proper information security management is a continuous process of building and maintaining programs, policies and controls to protect information. Management must maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of patient information in accordance with ISO/IEC 27002 and HIPAA standards. However, health institutions lack processes for data security, so a simple method is needed that can be done by the Radiology installation itself.The method used in this case is to observe the ISO/IEC 27002 and HIPAA references and then make steps that can be implemented. The Radiology Installation can create a simple protocol that can be adhered to to meet existing standards. Protocols that meet the standards that can be fulfilled by Radiology Installations are the categories of authentication, confidentiality, data integrity, non-repudiation and access control.A simple protocol that can be created and implemented is a protocol that discusses access rights, user name, computer usage log book containing a data base, providing a strong password that only the user knows, regular data backup using password encryption, storage location. locked archives, surveillance cameras if possible and computer use for other purposes should be avoided. By creating simple security protocols at the radiology installation level, the radiology team has tried to comply with ISO 27002 and HIPPA.

Abstract

Beetroot, also known as Beta Vulgaris L, is a type of tuber plant that is reddish purple in color and has a shape similar to a potato. The pigment found in red beets is betalain, betalain is a class of antioxidants. Betacyanin is classified as an antioxidant that can prevent cancer, Cancer is one of the most devastating diseases affecting many people around the world. It is characterized by the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the body, which can spread to other tissues through a process called metastasis. Beetroot has been linked to various health benefits, including its ability to fight cancer. However, public knowledge and understanding of the benefits of beetroot and how to cook it creatively and enjoyably is still limited.The solution is provided through training and mentoring for the community in making foods and beverages containing beetroot, ranging from practical training sessions to creating recipes that are easy to understand and follow. method of providing material on the importance of beetroot for preventing cancer as well as training and mentoring or hands-on in making beetroot juice and pudding.This community service activity was held at the Dinar Indah Cluster, RT 04 RW 26 Meteseh, Tembalang, with 30 participants. The activity included providing information on the importance of beetroot in preventing cancer. Community service activities also involve hands-on activities involving making beetroot juice and pudding by participants. Based on the results of the comparison between the pre-test and post-test, there was a significant increase between the scores of 40-60 to 80-100. This increase in scores indicates that the participants' understanding of beetroot, starting from the scientific aspects, nutritional content, to its role in cancer prevention, has experienced a real increase, and 100% of participants stated that the benefits of beetroot are very good for preventing cancer and encouraging people to adopt healthy behavior by diligently consuming beetroot.
