Abstract

This practical work program aims to assist the Immigration Office Class II TPI Belakang Padang in providing information on immigration law related to the flow of applications for adding names to passports. As addressed to the public, especially for prospective applicants, with appropriate procedures based on the provisions of applicable regulations. The process of collecting data needed in the design of this project was through field observations and interviews with several authorized immigration officials. The final result of this practical work is in the form of a video slideshow and poster containing a flowchart regarding the flow of the application for adding a name to the passport, which is printed and uploaded through the official Instagram account of the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Belakang Padang.

Abstract

Mie Meletup is a business that is engaged in the culinary field which is an MSME (micro, small and medium enterprise). The business was established in 2021. A business formed mainly in the culinary field has a fairly high competitiveness. Legal protection for a trademark is needed to provide legal protection for the brand from actions that can be detrimental. Trademark rights are exclusive rights owned by a business in the form of a symbol or logo that is a special feature of a trademark or service that has been registered with the Director General of Intellectual Property Rights and has been ratified. Legal protection regarding Mark rights is regulated in Law Number 15 of 2001 concerning Marks. Brand rights are exclusive rights granted to trademark registrants that have been registered and protected by the Director General of Intellectual Property Rights. The purpose of brand protection is to prevent plagiarism of the brand. Data collection in this Student creativity program activity is using primary and secondary data collection. The output design process in the implementation of this Student creativity program activity begins with observations made to obtain location information, partner data, and problems that are being experienced by partners.

Abstract

This internship program aims to help the community. This program is a form of Community Service (PKM) in the form of assistance in trademark registration. PT. Fluorite Media Indonesia is a business engaged in photography and providing photo studio services. This business was founded in 2018. In opening a business in which there are competitors - other business competitors who have high competitiveness, legal protection there is a brand that is very necessary in protecting the brand so that there is no violation or imitation of unscrupulous irresponsible. Legal protection related to trademarks is regulated in Law No. 15 of 2001. The purpose of this trademark protection registration is to prevent plagiarism of the business mark. The data collection method in this Community Service (PKM) activity uses partner data collection methods, location information, details of trademark registration fees with trademark rights registration

Abstract

Batam City is a KPPB or FTZ area which is determined in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) No. 44 of 2007 concerning Free Trade Areas and Free Ports. Batam City is special within the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is separated from other customs areas, because it gets exemption from import duties such as Value Added Tax (PPN), Personal Tax and Luxury Goods (PPnBM). The institution or agency that is appointed and established in the KPPB or FTZ area is the Concession Agency (BP), Batam City is called BP Batam. Entrepreneurs who carry out business activities in the KPPB or FTZ area are required to have a business permit for the concession area issued by the Batam City Concession Board. BP's regional business permit is a formal requirement for customs activities such as international, domestic, and regional KPPB or other FTZ imports at Customs. The executor in this PKM implementation activity explains information to partners about the importance of having a BP Batam area business permit as the identity of a business entity in carrying out customs activities and to obtain legal certainty as a business entity domiciled in Batam City. the main requirement in making a BP Batam area business permit. After all documents are complete, the next step is to submit an application through the Goods Entry Information System (SIKMB). In addition to requiring to have a BP Batam Area Business Permit registered by entrepreneurs who will make deliveries by water, sea, air through ports, airports and other official postal places, they must have a system issued by Customs and Excise with independent and correct registration, namely the User Portal. Services and Ceisa Online.Registration of the Service User Portal and Ceisa Online can be done at the entrepreneur's place, after registering and being registered as a user, you can carry out general activities such as issuing and importing goods from LDP, KB, TLDDP
