Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pertama, mengidentifikasi kerugian yang dialami oleh sebuah credit union akibat kesalahan dan kelalaian pengurus didalam mengatur, mengurus dan mengelolah credit union. Kedua, mengidentifikasi bentuk pertanggungjawab pengurus kepada anggota ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian normatif empiris, yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Menerapkan pendekatan studi literatur dan kepustakaan disertai wawancara dan pengamatan dilapangan. Kerugian yang dialami sebuah credit union merupakan bentuk penyalahgunaan wewenang yang diberikan oleh pengurus, karena sengaja dan lalai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan oleh anggota. Penyebab kerugian tersebut disebabkan karena adanya penyalahgunaan didalam penggunaan dana lembaga yang diperuntukan untuk kepentingan dan keuntungan pribadi, dan meningkatnya pinjaman lalai yang tidak dapat tertangani, karena tidak memenuhi aspek kepatuhan dan kepatutan didalam pemberian dan penanganan pinjaman anggota sehingga sulit untuk melakukan eksekusi penyelesaian pinjaman tersebut, sebagaimana yang dialami oleh KSP. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pertama, mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak petugas medis yang menangani pasien Covid-19 ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2014 tentang Tenaga Kesehatan. Kedua, upaya pemerintah didalam memenuhi hak petugas medis yang menangani pasien Covid-19 pada masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian normatif empiris, dengan metode deskriptif, menerapkan pendekatan studi literatur dan kepustakaan disertai wawancara dan pengamatan dilapangan. Pelaksanaan dan upaya pemenuhan hak petugas medis yang dilakukan pemerintah dimasa pandemi Covid-19, belum secara optimal dilaksanakan terutama dalam hal penerimaan insentif dan santunan kematian serta pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana kesehatan guna menunjang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dari petugas medis, hak memperoleh perlindungan hukum dan informasi yang lengkap, jelas dan benar selama menangani pasien Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan; Hak Petugas Medis; Covid-19 Abstract This study aims to first, identify the implementation of the fulfillment of the rights of medical personnel who handle Covid-19 patients in terms of Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers. Second, the government's efforts in fulfilling the rights of medical workers who handle Covid-19 patients during the pandemic. The research method used is a type of empirical normative research, with a descriptive method, applying an approach to literature and literature studies accompanied by interviews and observations in the field. The implementation and efforts to fulfill the rights of medical officers carried out by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic, have not been optimally implemented, especially in terms of receiving incentives and death compensation as well as fulfilling health facilities and infrastructure to support occupational safety and health of medical workers, the right to obtain legal protection and complete, clear and correct information while handling Covid-19 patients. Abstract

Bullying in the world of education is no longer something new, especially at the primary and secondary school levels, both physically and psychologically, which results in the emergence of trauma by victims of bullying. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to educate junior high school (SMP) students at SMPN 5 Sungai Raya about bullying and efforts to avoid bullying as well as efforts to restore trauma to victims of bullying. The activity was carried out using an offline lecture method accompanied by illustrations of techniques for reporting bullying in the school environment. The activity was attended by 50 students, school teachers and students who received placements as campus teaching ambassadors (KM 7) at the school. Activity evaluation is carried out by giving questionnaires to participants regarding the educational material presented, which is filled out before and after the activity. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' comprehension abilities from an average of 60% to 90%.

Abstract

Sexual violence in the school environment will increase throughout 2021-2023. Most incidents of harassment occur in junior high schools (SMP). This community service activity (PKM) aims to socialize and educate students in the SMPN 8 Sungai Kakap school environment regarding the prevention of sexual violence, so as to reduce the incidence of these cases. This activity is carried out using the educational lecture method accompanied by watching educational videos. This PKM activity was attended by 35 people consisting of students, several school teachers and student teams assigned to the school in the Teaching Campus 7 (KM7) program. Evaluation of the activity in the form of filling out a questionnaire was carried out before the activity (pre test) and after the activity was completed (post test) to participants regarding the educational material for preventing acts of sexual violence delivered by the implementing team. The results of the evaluation showed that the participants' understanding abilities were better than before, or had increased.
