Abstract

Coastal reclamation is an effort to establish a new land area in the coastal area. The main objective of reclamation is to turn the untapped coastal area into a new area that is better for various people's lives, such as residential, industrial, airport, waste and environmental management areas, tourist areas, and other strategic purposes. Reclamation is carried out to increase the benefits of land resources from a socio-cultural, economic, and environmental point of view by utilizing the land to become more useful. Several cases of coastal reclamation, such as the reclamation of the north coast of Jakarta, the coast of Makassar, and Benoa Bali, have raised pros and cons and have had a significant impact on the lives of local communities, especially on environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects. This is very influential on the condition of the National Resilience of the Indonesian nation, especially the area. This research aims to conduct a comprehensive study of the impact of coastal reclamation on National Resilience. Activities start from a comprehensive understanding of the system that occurs through a critical review of previous research. As for based on preliminary observations and critical studies of previous research, which is followed by the preparation of significant factors from the environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects. Each aspect is analyzed its role in the National Resilience system as a result of Reclamation. In the final section, an analysis of physiological, juridical, and sociological approaches is carried out to strengthen the research results. Abstract

Mulyoagung Village is a village in the Highlands which is located in Dau District, Malang Regency. The development of a tourist village requires a database and information that must be structured and systematic. One of the data and arrangement of the village administration system is related to the potential of the village or village services. Through situation analysis, this service activity tries to map the potential of the village, especially in village services. Development of village administration system applications as a tool for village officials in serving the community. The application of the village administration system application for the village of Mulyoagung is expected to be a means of providing excellent service to the community that is carried out more quickly, precisely, and accurately.  Based on the survey results, the village government is very satisfied with the village information system that has been created.

Abstract

Path analysis requires assumptions to be met, particularly the linearity assumption, which can be tested using the Ramsey Regression Specification Error Test (RESET). Parametric path analysis is appropriate when all variable relationships are linear. For entirely non-linear relationships, a nonparametric model can be used, while a semiparametric model applies if there is a mix of linear and non-linear relationships. One nonparametric method is spline smoothing, which requires determining the spline polynomial order in estimating the nonparametric path function. Determining the spline polynomial order is challenging because there is no standard test for it. This study thus develops a modified Ramsey RESET to identify the optimal spline smoothing order. The development involves modifying the second regression equation with a nonparametric spline smoothing regression of orders 2 to 5. The modified Ramsey RESET algorithm is applied to cashless data, and the results are used to estimate a multi-group semiparametric smoothing spline function with a dummy variable approach. This estimation yields a goodness of fit of 94.14%, indicating that Product Quality and the Moderating Effect of Cashless Usage Frequency can explain Cashless User Satisfaction and Cashless User Loyalty by 94.14%, with the remaining 5.86% explained by variables outside the research model
