Abstract

Every education institute hope to all graduated to be competed in job market, theability to student be able competed in job market if the institute education take steps acorrect decision. The correct decision that is the students have job readiness beforeentering that job. To enter that job is needed most the student motivation, theperformance of practicum facilities to fulfill of medium study to practice readiness tostudent.The aimed of this research is to know: (1) the motivation of influence and influencepractice experience and also medium, either through in group and also private to workreadiness of student (2) to know the dominant influence between motivation, theinfluence practice experience and practicum facilities to work readiness of student.The population of the study was all student of Tourism Politeknik Negeri Balimajoring in tourism industry in the academic year 2008/2009 and the sample of 84students, was established using. The data for each variable were analyzed by means ofdescriptive statistical analyses to find-out any trend appearing in each variable. Toexplore the relationship between the independent and dependent variable, bothindividually and simultaneously, the partial correlation and multiple regression analysis.The result of analysis, quantitative show that: (1) there was influence significantbetween motivation and influence practice experience and also medium of practice tostudent to readiness based on to result of analysis test F with SPSS program version 13found value of F count is 49,529 and Sig value is 0,000. F value (0,05;3;81) is 2,7173.Because F count > F tables hence Ho is refused and Hi is accepted and there was theinfluence of significant by partial between motivation and influence practice experienceand also study of practice to and working readiness. (2) The variable having an effectdominant to influence practice experience (X2) have beta value 0,530 while motivation(X1) have beta value 0,425 and medium of practice study (X3) have beta value 0,258,The conclusion is it most dominant influence to readiness of student is the influencepractice experience.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Astra International Auto2000 Sanur which aims to determine the promotion strategy in increasing the number of users of Auto2000 Home Service (THS). Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The analytical techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis, Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) Matrix, External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) Matrix, Internal-External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Matrix, Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. Based on the results of the IFAS matrix analysis, the main strength is that the Auto2000 Home Service (THS) makes it easy for customers to do service anywhere and helps streamline customer time. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are the use of digital marketing which is still lacking and the few promos given. Based on the EFAS matrix analysis, it is known that the main opportunities are the popularity of the Toyota brand and technological developments, while the main threat is the limited coverage area. The results of the IE matrix are in cell I growth. The SWOT analysis resulted in eight alternative strategies and from the eight strategies, two priority strategies were obtained which were calculated through the QSPM matrix with a total TAS value of 6.42 and 6.05, namely increasing promotions on social media (Instagram and Tiktok) to introduce Auto2000 Home Service (THS) services to the target audience.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence motivation and workload have on employee job satisfaction at PT Bali Kulina Utama (Indoguna Bali). This research is a descriptive statistical analysis research that uses a research sample of 97 people. To collect data in this research, a questionnaire was distributed via social media. In this research, a simple random sampling method was used. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is then processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study show that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 5.926 with a significant value of 0.000, partial workload has no positive and significant effect with a coefficient value of -1.082 and a significant value of 0.282. Motivation and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with an F count of 18.237 > 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a coefficient of determination of 28%.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of employee job satisfaction at CUC Hotel and identify areas for improvement using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Job satisfaction plays a critical role in enhancing employee productivity and retention, particularly in the hospitality industry, where human resources are vital to operational success. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through a structured questionnaire. The study's population comprises all employees at CUC Hotel, and a sample of 67 respondents was selected using probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to calculate average scores for each indicator, followed by IPA to map satisfaction attributes into quadrants based on their importance and performance. The IPA results indicate that four key attributes are situated in Quadrant I (high importance, low performance) of the Cartesian diagram: promotion opportunities, co-worker relationships, and supervisor relationships. These findings suggest that while these attributes are deemed highly important by employees, their current performance is inadequate and requires managerial attention. The overall conformity level of 85.56% suggests that employee job satisfaction at CUC Hotel is generally favorable. The study recommends that management prioritize improvement efforts on attributes within Quadrant I to ensure sustained and effective enhancement of employee satisfaction.
