Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta (AMA Yogyakarta) dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada organisasi tersebut sebanyak 48 orang. Metode pengambilan menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan uji intervening. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan uji t dan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana dapat diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana dapat dilakukan uji mediasi (intervening,) sehingga diketahui bahwa varibel motivasi kerja tidak mampu menjadi variabel intervening karena nilai perhitungan secara tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja lebih kecil dibanding pengaruh secara langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green business innovation dimensions through the Knowledge, awareness, and concern of young coconut entrepreneurs (Cocos nucifera lin). It could be done towards environmental sustainability to minimize greenhouse gas emissions caused by entrepreneurial activities that cause global warming. The number of samples used in this study was 60 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was bivariate correlation analysis and path analysis (path analysis). Result study found a significant positive relationship between green input, green process, green products, green marketing to Knowledge, awareness, and concern. Directly green information, green revolution, green development, green marketing have a positive and significant relationship to environmental sustainability. The variables of Knowledge, awareness, and concern have a positive and meaningful connection to ecological sustainability. From the results of the path analysis, the direct relationship value is greater than the indirect cost. Green, green, green, and green marketing through the variables of knowledge, awareness, and concern do not have an indirect relationship to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This community service activity to give counseling to fish farmer groups in Dusun Brengosan, Donoharjo Village, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region which aims to provide additional understanding and knowledge to the fish farmer group "Mujur Fish Farm" about financial budgeting. The community service activity aims to increase understanding and additional knowledge to the “Mujur Fish Farm” fish farmer group in Donoharjo Village about financial budgeting which is carried out using lecturing, demonstrating, and question & answer methods. The benefits that participants can get from this community service activity include increasing knowledge, understanding, and experience of the "Mujur Fish Farm" fish farmer group in Donoharjo Village about financial budgeting.

Abstract

Kerusakan lingkungan tidak bisa lepas dari perbuatan bisnis yang hanya mementingkan keuntungan tanpa memperhatikan etika. Etika lingkungan diperlukan agar pelaku bisnis lebih cermat dalam menjaga keselamatan lingkungan. Etika lingkungan bisnis menuntun pelaku bisnis untuk terus menjaga kesehatan dan keberlangsungan alam semesta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menemukan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung green product, green marketing, etika lingkungan bisnis terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (2) untuk mengetahui peran etika lingkungan bisnis sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik sampling memakai metode sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 37 orang. Alat uji data memakai regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan path analysis. Hasil riset mengungkapkan secara langsung green product serta green marketing memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, sebaliknya etika lingkungan bisnis mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing secara negatif. Selanjutnya green product dan green marketing mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap etika lingkungan bisnis. Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan green product dan green marketing melalui etika lingkungan bisnis tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Artinya etika lingkungan bisnis tidak berhasil menjadi variabel mediasi.Kata kunci: etika lingkungan bisnis; green marketing; green product; keunggulan bersaing
