Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of several problems that occurred in Indonesia, namely, the lack of economic resilience and the impact of the global crisis, which can affect uneven levels of economic growth, unemployment caused by a mismatch between labor skills and labor market demand, and can lead to poverty due to income inequality. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of the variables that influence economic growth, unemployment and poverty in Indonesia. This research will later discuss the simultaneous model relationship between variables that affect economic growth, unemployment, and poverty using the Three Stage Least Square (3SLS) method. The research object consists of 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2012-2021. The research results showthe unemployment, inflation, and investment variables have a significant positive effect on economic growth which has a probability value of less than 0.05 and a positive coefficient value, while the human development index variable has a prob value. less than 0.05 and the coefficient is negative so it has a significant negative effect. The results of the second equation, the Human Development Index and economic growth have a significant effect on the prob value. 0.00 0.05, while labor has a significant negative impact with a prob value. 0.05 and the coefficient is negative, while the poverty variable has a prob value. 0.06 0.05 so it has no significant effect on unemployment. Analysis of the results of the third equation reveals that poverty is significantly affected by the gini ratio with the prob value. 0.00, but not affected by unemployment or the minimum wage because the probability value is more than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of regional finance in Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses three variables, namely, effectiveness, efficiency and economic growth. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Ministry of Finance. The data includes revenue realization, revenue targets, expenditure targets and expenditure realization in Bojonegoro Regency during the 2011-2021 period. This study uses descriptive analysis with quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is table analysis, by comparing the ratio of target revenues/spending with actual receipts/spending. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of regional financial management in Bojonegoro Regency for 10 years has continued to increase with an average value that appears to be more than 100%, this shows that the local government can manage finances well. For the level of efficiency in financial management over the last 10 years it has not been efficient because the resulting ratio value is more than 60%, meaning that the resulting performance is less efficient and not good, the government in Bojonegoro Regency needs to improve its performance to achieve effective and efficient finance.

Abstract

The natural oil and gas industry plays a rol in pumping up Bojonegoro’s economic growth chart so that people can find it easier to get work. This study ains to fnd out how many local residents are absorbed into the workforce in the jambaran tiung biru area. Respndents of this study ate worker in Jambaran Tiung Biru. The analysis technique used is swot analysis. The result of thr study show that the Jambaran Tiung Biru area is quadrant I, so the strategy that can be carried out is an aggressive strategy, where this aggressivw strategy requires companies and workforce to focus on; (1) wase of getting jobs to reduce unemployment for local resident (2) the promised salary is quite lage if you work according to your ezpertise (3) get a job according to your expertties of there is training (4) good performance will easily extend the contract.

Abstract

Consumer behavior is all activities and psychology that motivate these activities before buying, purchasing products and services, using, consuming, after doing these things or evaluation activities. The factors that influence consumer behavior are mainly cultural factors, which include culture, subculture and social class. Two social factors are reference group, family, role, and status. Three personal factors consisting of age and stage, financial situation, work, lifestyle and personality. And finally, psychological factors include motivation, perception, knowledge, beliefs and attitudes. This research aims to analyze consumer behavior. Consumer behavior in this research is thought to be influenced by e-commerce and lifestyle. This research method was carried out using a descriptive quantitative analysis approach with primary data measured using a Likert scale. The research was conducted in the Bojonegoro University environment. This research was conducted on students of the economics faculty at Bojonegoro University. The sampling technique is based on a representative sample size, namely between 50-100 samples. Data analysis was carried out using several stages, namely testing data instruments, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial data analysis, e-commerce and lifestyle have a significant positive influence on consumer behavior. Meanwhile, e-commerce and lifestyle simultaneously influence consumer behavior. Then based on the R2 value of 0.888, it shows that e-commerce and lifestyle contribute to influencing consumer behavior by 88.8%.   Keywords: E-commerce, Lifestyle, Consumer Behavior

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how students' personal financial management is influenced by financial attitudes, university environment, and financial literacy. To achieve financial security in the future, students must practice effective money management. When assessing and responding to financial management techniques, a person's psychological tendencies are reflected in their financial outlook. Financial management practices among students are also influenced by the intellectual, social and physical components of campus life. Having a solid understanding of finances allows a person to make informed judgments about money. This research analyzes data collected from Bojonegoro University students using multiple linear regression techniques. Research findings show that although financial literacy has different influences, financial attitudes and the campus environment have a large influence on students' personal financial management. These results provide important information to academic institutions and other relevant stakeholders to create policies and initiatives that aid the acquisition of money management skills by students. It is believed this research will help students become more financially secure and better prepared to face financial difficulties in the future.

Abstract

In each country, rural areas account for a portion of the available land; However, these things are generally still outside the mainstream of innovative development processes. It is important to understand the various factors that influence this because each village has unique needs, challenges and resources. These factors include the availability of ICT infrastructure, the level of community digital literacy, government support, access to capital, and active community participation in the planning and implementation process. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the role of government in the success of smart villages, analyze and determine the role of universities in the success of smart villages, analyze and determine the role of industry in the success of smart villages, analyze and determine the role of society in the success of smart villages. This research method was carried out through quantitative descriptive analysis, the data in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The research results show that the role of government and the role of industry have a significant positive effect on the success of smart villages, while the role of universities and the role of society do not have a significant effect on the success of smart villages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perdagangan internasional yaitu ekspor dan impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2013-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan jenis data time series tahun 2013-2022 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur. Kemudian pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ekonometrika dengan metode OLS (Ordinary Least Square) yang diestimasi menggunakan E-Views versi 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekspor dan impor berdasarkan uji simultan seluruh variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,022764. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel ekspor berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan Koefisien sebesar 0,241840 dan Prob 0,0417. Variabel penting memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan Koefisien sebesar -0,171697 dan Prob 0,0081. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur, kegiatan ekspor dapat ditingkatkan, oleh karena itu pemerintah harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mendukung kegiatan ekspor.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of monetary policy, especially the Inflation Targeting Framework (ITF), interest rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on inflation in Indonesia in the period 2005-2022. The aim is to understand how these three variables affect national economic stability, especially in maintaining inflation at a controlled level. This study uses secondary data from the World Bank and Bank Indonesia. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that ITF, interest rates, and GDP significantly affect inflation in Indonesia
