Abstract

Teachers and employees are the driving force in the management of school institutions. Successfully managing a school depends on the flow of information from each level. Communication as a human need plays a crucial role in increasing the loyalty of school residents. Leadership communication to subordinates and vice versa and communication between members is also expected to create a harmonious working atmosphere. This study aims to determine the efforts to increase the loyalty of school personnel through an organizational communication approach by school principals by applying qualitative research methods that describe in-depth what was obtained from the informant. The study results indicate that the form of organizational communication in increasing the loyalty of school residents takes place vertically and horizontally. The principal communicates openly or directly at ceremonies and meetings and personally to teachers and employees in instructing all kinds of policies and providing encouragement to improve the performance of teachers and employees. Likewise, between teachers and employees, there is horizontal communication that creates a harmonious and pleasant work environment to increase employee loyalty and motivation.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic principles of management and educational practices in Islamic educational institutions are very important to be studied to be implemented in real terms. With this study, we will know the Islamic principles of management, and educational practices in Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of writing this article is to find out and explain how Islamic principles of management, and how educational practices in Islamic educational institutions. The results of the analysis and discussion found: Islamic principles of management are seen from four activities, namely; planning in Islam, organizing Islamic educational resources, providing motivation and leadership in Islamic education, and supervision in Islam. Then, to achieve a perfect living system as the characteristics of Islamic education and the objectives of national education, the three educational pathways in the form of informal, formal, and non-formal education are not only complementary or complementary but must be synchronized, should not run independently and must be an integral unit to prepare the nation's generation to have a character that covers all aspects of life, both in the form of physical, mental, faith and morals, emotional, aesthetic and social to achieve success in life in the world and in the hereafter, as well as harmony in the implementation of education as a perfect living system and efforts to organize national education so that our education does not become redundant.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate a number of activities and fundamental decisions made by the highest management of the school towards differentiated learning that must be applied by all school residents in order to achieve the goals set at MIS Tunas Cendikia, West Aceh Regency.This study uses qualitative research methods. The methodology used in this study includes data collection through in-depth interviews, observations of differentiated learning activities carried out in schools, In addition, researchers also collected several documents in the research area and also looked at news reported by print media and online media related to this study. The results of this study describe a number of activities and decisions of school principals in implementing differentiated learning in schools and provide a better understanding of the concept of understanding and differentiated learning strategies in MIS Tunas Cendikia. In addition, it is able to encourage the birth of a policy model for strengthening the implementation of the independent curriculum in the western end of Aceh Province, especially in MIS Tunas Cendikia, West Aceh Regency.
