Abstract

With the recent issue, from being only  a supporting office to a partner of ABC, that forced XYZ  to transform its role and to expand its function. XYZ shall no longer depend on the funds given by other countries; instead they must seek aids from their local citizens. This issue results in the necessities of XYZ  to make their mission and ideas known to public. One of the ways to do so is through delivering an effective content marketing in order to gain the brand awareness.  Thus, this research aims to find the most effective content marketing that contributes the highest level of convincement to raise their awareness, by analyzing the responses gathered from 100 respondents using the ordinal regression method. The 100 respondents are sampled using the stratified sampling method. This research found that infographics is the most effective content marketing, the writers also provide the most desired feedbacks by donators in order to maintain their loyalty which is the display of improvement of the people.   Keywords: Non-Profit Organization, Content Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Feedbacks

Abstract

St.Joseph’s Catholic Church Gedangan is the forerunner of the Catholic Church in Indonesia. This church is a relic of the Dutch colonial era, so it has historical value and unique both in terms of architecture and interior elements. In the interior elements of this church there is are synbols that are used. These symbols not only as form of aesthetics only, but has special meaning to be conveyed by the symbols on each part. To get the meanings embodied in symbols in this church, researchers used the basic theory of meaning by Roland Barthes. There are two meanings, which are denotation meaning and connotative meaning. Denotation meaning produces a discrption of an existing symbol, while conotative meaning generate meaning contained within symbol. The result showed that in each symbol with different placement have different meanings, and each symbol that is an expression of the faith of Catholic.

Abstract

ABSTRAKWellness tourism adalah segmen pariwisata yang sedang berkembang dan bertumbuh pesat di banyak daerah termasuk Bali, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor dorongan dan tarikan dari motivasi wisatawan mempengaruhi minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan untuk melakukan wellness tourism di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Data yang diperoleh dari 100 responden dianalisis menggunakan PLS 3.0. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor penarik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan untuk melakukan wellness tourism di Bali, sedangkan faktor pendorong memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan untuk melakukan wellness tourism di Bali.Kata Kunci: Wellness Tourism, Motivasi Wisatawan, Push Factors, Pull Factors, Minat Berkunjung KembaliABSTRACTWellness tourism is an up and coming tourism segment that is growing rapidly in many countries including Bali, Indonesia. This research was conducted to find out how push and pull factors of tourist motivation affect revisit intention of tourists for doing wellness tourism in Bali. This research uses quantitative methods with causal design. Data collected from 100 respondents were analyzed using PLS 3.0. Findings of this research shows that pull factors have a positive and significant effect to revisit intention of wellness tourism in Bali, meanwhile push factors have insignificant effect to revisit intention of wellness tourism in Bali.Keywords: Wellness Tourism, Tourists’ Motivation, Push Factors, Pull Factors, Revisit Intention

Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely to empirically examine the influence of firm size,profitability, leverage, and audit committee towards income smoothing inmanufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019. Thisstudy used 75 samples from manufacturing companies that have been selected usingpurposive sampling method with total 225 data for three years. The data used aresecondary data in the form of financial statements. This research used econometricviews (EViews) version 11 software to process the data. The result of research showsthat firm size, profitability, and leverage have negative significant influence towardsincome smoothing, meanwhile audit committee has no significant influence towardsincome smoothing. The implication of this research is the need for transparency offinancial reports regarding profit and debt, as well as an increase in the role of theaudit committee to reduce income smoothing practices at various firm sizes.
