Abstract

[Bahasa]: Permasalahan kesejahteraan petani dan keluarganya membutuhkan perhatian yang serius dari pemerintah dan lembaga yang terkait. Salah satu program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk membantu mewujudkan kesejahteraan para petani adalah program Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Tujuan pembentukan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) adalah untuk lebih meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan petani dan keluarganya sebagai subjek pembangunan pertanian melalui pendekatan kelompok tani agar lebih berperan dalam pembangunan. Peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita tani memiliki peran dan potensi yang strategis dalam mendukung peningkatan maupun perolehan pendapatan rumah tangga pertanian di pedesaan. Usaha budidaya ternak ayam kampung yang telah dijalankan oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) “Karya Mandiri” di Dusun Murpeji sebenarnya pernah berjalan dan memberikan hasil yang cukup menjanjikan dalam membantu kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga, namun kegiatan tersebut saat ini kembali terkesan berjalan apa adanya seperti sebelumnya dan menunjukkan kondisi yang menurun aktifitasnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengaktifkan dan meningkatkan kembali kegiatan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) “Karya Mandiri” Dusun Murpeji dalam budidaya ternak ayam kampung. Pendampingan terhadap Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) “Karya Mandiri” Dusun Murpeji ini salah satunya diwujudkan melalui penyelenggaraan program pelatihan (workshop. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini secara garis besar dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek, antara lain: Pertama, keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan, kedua, ketercapaian tujuan pendampingan (termasuk penyampaian materi pendampingan sesuai perencanaan), dan ketiga, kemampuan obyek pendampingan dalam penguasaan materi sesuai tujuan pendampingan. Kata Kunci: Aktivasi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), Budidaya Ayam Kampung [English]: Problems with the welfare of farmers and their families require serious attention from the government and related institutions. One of the government programs that aims to help realizing the welfare of farmers is Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Its purose is to further enhance and develop the capabilities of farmers and their families as subjects of agricultural development through a farmer group approach to play a more important role in development. Increasing the productivity of female farm laborers has a strategic role and potential in supporting the increase and income of agricultural households in rural areas. The poultry farming business that has been carried out by the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) "Karya Mandiri" in the Murpeji village has actually run and provided results that are quite promising in supporting the family's economic needs, but these activities now seem to go the way they were before and indicates a condition that decreases its activity. This community service program aims to activate and improve the activities of the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) "Karya Mandiri" in the area in the cultivation of free-range chicken. One of the facilitations for the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) "Karya Mandiri" is realized through the implementation of training programs (workshops). The success of this activity can be broadly seen from several aspects, namely: First, the success of the target number of trainees. Second, achieving the goal of assistance (including the delivery of assistance materials in accordance with planning). Abstract

This research was conducted to see the analysis of the capital market reaction to the pandemic of COVID-19 in Indonesia, whether there is the difference in Abnormal Return and Trade Volume Activity before and after the COVID-19 first case in Indonesia on March 2, 2020 by using 38 sample of 45 stocks in Index LQ-45 which listed from the period of February to July 2020. This research type is quantitative with research method use were Paired Sample t-Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results of this research indicated that there is no significant difference in Abnormal Return (AR) and Trade Volume Activity (TVA) before and after the emergence of Corona Virus (COVID-19) in Indonesia of stock index Lq45.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan pemerintah untuk menekankan angka kemiskinan masyarkat, salah satu pendekatan yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah memfasilitasi program pembiayaan yang dilakukan oleh seluruh lembaga perbankan di indonesia, guna membantu para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang mengalami kendala dalam hal kekurangan modal usaha. Bank tradisonal menawarkan pembiayaan dengan bunga, termasuk riba. Untuk itu, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menggandeng LAZ BSM (lembaga amil zakat bank syariah mandiri) untuk menciptakan produk keuangan bebas riba yaitu Bank Waqaf Mikro Ahmad Taqiuddin Mansyur. Namun tidak mudah untuk memahami apakah Bank Waqaf Mikro Ahmad Taqiuddin Mansyur berdampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonnomi masyarakat. Jenis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasional, wawancara dan dokumentasin dan teknik analisi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Waqaf Mikro Ahmad Taqiuddin Mansyur telah memberikan dampak positif bagi pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sudah diterapkannya tiga konsep antara lain Enabling, Empowering dan Protecting, selain itu masyarakat juga dapat menimba ilmu dari pengelola Bank waqaf mikro tentang kewirausahaan, dan ajaran Islam dari anggota atau kelompok lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the measurement and structural models of digital platform, financial literacy, motivation, and Generation Z's decision to invest in Islamic stocks. Furthermore, this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and involves more than two variables, with 123 respondents from West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, who actively invest in Islamic stocks, providing accurate information through multivariate analysis. The study found that digital platforms and motivation have a significant impact on Generation Z's decision to invest in Islamic stocks, while financial literacy has an insignificant effect. However, the analysis results indicated that financial literacy has indirectly motivated them to invest in these types of stocks through motivation. This suggests that digital platforms and motivation play a crucial role in investment decisions. Therefore, service providers need to continuously develop digital applications as transaction tools to cater to the needs of Generation Z. Additionally, improving financial literacy is crucial to increasing people's investment skills, even though it may not directly affect investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of motivation and punishment on improving employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia Selong East Lombok Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the research were tested with multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS_22 program, while the data collection used by the researchers used a questionnaire which was immediately obtained after conducting research at Bank Syariah Indonesia Selong East Lombok Branch. The sampling technique in this study is using saturated sampling or total sampling, namely sampling when all populations are used as samples.Based on the t-test that the motivation variable (X1) has a tcount < ttable (1,586 <2.201), and the punishment variable (X2) has a tcount > ttable (3.103 > 2.201), this proves that there is no influence of motivation (X1) on the performance improvement of Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in the Selong East Lombok Branch partially, while on the Punishment variable (X2) there is an influence on the performance improvement of Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in the Selong East Lombok Branch on a partial basis. And based on the results of the analysis of the F-test data, it shows that simultaneously or together the variables motivation (X1) and punishment (X2) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y), where the sig value is 0.008 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected.
