Abstract

The  educational  institution  need  the  leadership/  decision  makers  are  always  trying  to  find  some  information  /  decisions  that  are beneficial to the students, so that when they graduate can get a job quickly. To make it easier to get the information using OLAP. The purpose  of this research  is  to  make  information  systems  graduates  by using  Online Analytical  Procesing  (OLAP).  In the  modelingsystem  used  Context  Diagram  and  Data  Flow  Diagram.  Information  systems  graduates  begins  with  collecting  data  on  graduates, perform  analysis  with  the  concept  of  Roll  Up,  presents  information  generated  OLAP  and  graphs.  Graduate  information  systemsprovide  information  quality  graduates,  useful  for leaders  to make decisions.  Graduate  information  systems  can be  applied to the State Polytechnic  Department of Electronics  Kupang.  Results  showed  developmental  process  OLAP  uptake  needs  graduates  in  public and private.Keywords: OLAP,Graduate  information systems, Roll Up

Abstract

Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pariwisata, namun pengelolaan reservasi destinasi wisata masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti sulitnya akses informasi, ketidakpastian ketersediaan tempat, serta risiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Kajian ini mengusulkan pengembangan platform digital terintegrasi yang dirancang untuk memfasilitasi proses reservasi tempat wisata secara daring di wilayah Kabupaten TTS. Sistem ini menawarkan layanan informasi secara real-time terkait ketersediaan tempat, fasilitas, dan paket wisata yang dapat diakses. Selain itu, sistem juga mendukung pengelola dalam memantau kapasitas kunjungan dan mencegah terjadinya overbooking. Diharapkan, implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengelolaan destinasi wisata, sekaligus memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi para pengunjung. Adapun ruang lingkup penelitian ini terbatas pada tempat wisata di wilayah Kabupaten TTS dan hanya berfokus pada reservasi tiket masuk serta aktivitas tertentu. Sebagai luaran utama, penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah platform berbasis web yang dapat dimanfaatkan baik oleh pengunjung maupun pengelola tempat wisata sebagai solusi digital yang praktis dan efektif. Kontribusi ilmiah dari penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan sistem reservasi real-time yang terintegrasi serta adopsi model pengembangan Waterfall dalam konteks pengelolaan pariwisata daerah. Sistem diuji secara fungsional dan dinilai menggunakan pengukuran waktu respons rata-rata (0,8 detik) dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna (87% puas berdasarkan survei sederhana terhadap 30 pengguna awal). South Central Timor Regency (TTS) has great potential in the tourism sector, but destination reservations are still managed manually and are not integrated. This situation creates various obstacles, such as difficulty in accessing information, uncertainty regarding availability, and the risk of errors in recording. This study proposes the development of an integrated digital platform designed to facilitate the online reservation process for tourist attractions in the TTS Regency. This system offers real-time information services regarding availability, facilities, and tour packages that can be accessed. Additionally, the system supports managers in monitoring visitor capacity and preventing overbooking. It is hoped that the implementation of this system will improve the efficiency and quality of tourist destination management while providing a better experience for visitors. The scope of this research is limited to tourist attractions in the TTS Regency area and focuses solely on ticket reservations and specific activities. As the main output, this research produces a web-based platform that can be utilized by both visitors and tourist attraction managers as a practical and effective digital solution. The scientific contribution of this research lies in the application of an integrated real-time reservation system and the adoption of the Waterfall development model in the context of regional tourism management. The system was functionally tested and evaluated using average response time measurements (0.8 seconds) and user satisfaction levels (87% satisfied based on a simple survey of 30 initial users).
