Abstract

Abstract: Licensing to establish a restaurant business is one of the licensing services provided to the community in need by the Investment Service of PTSP and NAKER Batu City. The number of people who have permission to establish a restaurant business in Batu, shows that the services provided are in accordance with the expectations of the community. The research method used is qualitative, data collection through observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the quality of services provided by the Investment Service of PTSP and NAKER Batu City seen from the ease in obtaining business licensing letter has been said good, the speed is also good, the timeliness is also good, the human resources owned is good, the facility is well, the security and responsibility is good, the operational vehicle is not good, because there is only 1 (one) operational vehicle only, the availability of manpower in the field of business licensing service is less good, because there are 2 (two) and the replacement of the two persons does not yet exist. Keywords: Licensing, Restaurant, Service Quality Abstrak: Perizinan mendirikan usaha rumah makan merupakan salah satu jenis pelayanan perizinan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal PTSP dan NAKER Kota Batu. Banyaknya masyarakat yang memiliki izin pendirian usaha rumah makan di Kota Batu menunjukkan pelayanan yang diberikan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal PTSP dan NAKER Kota Batu dilihat dari kemudahan dalam mendapatkan surat perizinan usaha sudah dikatakan baik, kecepatan juga sudah baik, ketepatan waktu juga sudah baik, sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sudah baik, fasilitas sudah baik, keamanan dan tanggung jawab sudah baik, kendaraan operasional kurang baik, karena hanya terdapat 1 (satu) unit kendaraan operasional saja, ketersediaan tenaga kerja di bidang pelayanan perizinan usaha kurang baik, karena terdapat 2 (dua) orang yang telah dimutasi naik jabatan, dan pengganti kedua orang tersebut belum ada. Kata Kunci:  Kualitas Pelayanan, Perizinan, Rumah Makan

Abstract

Leadership style is the behavior used by a leader when influencing others in doing a job to achieve certain goals. Leadership behavior displayed by a leader if it feels good and pleases employees, it will influence and have a better impact on employee morale. Likewise with the organizational culture which is very influential on the morale of employees in carrying out their work. Conversely, if the behavior displayed by a leader is something that is not in accordance with the expectations of employees, it will not be good for the morale of the employees themselves. The purpose of this study was to analyze how influential the role of leadership style and organizational culture in increasing employee morale at PT. Angkasa Pura Supports Head Office Kemayoran Central Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth and structured interviews. The informants taken were Key Informants from the Unit Head and 4 informants as employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Supports. The data collection technique uses a data credibility test from the results of interviews. the implementation of organizational culture is uneven, resulting in some employees not implementing it and still low employee morale, which is caused by a leadership style that influences employee performance.
