Abstract

Abstrak Sistem pengukuran kinerja diperlukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya, serta dapat menjadi alat penting manajemen untuk perbaikan yang terus menerus. Selain itu, pengukuran kinerja membantu menciptakan umpan balik kepada manajer sehubungan dengan efektivitas intervensi peningkatan yang menyiratkan keputusan korektif dan preventif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan menggunakan model Sink’s Seven Performance Indicator. Model ini memberikan definisi jelas antar konsep kriteria kinerja, dapat menggambarkan interelasi yang kompleks antar kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indeks total kinerja perusahaan sebesar 7,613. Sesuai dengan Traffic Light System, secara keseluruhan nilai kinerja KUP Pasuruan masuk dalam kategori kuning dan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kinerja belum mencapai target baik. Pihak manajemen harus bekerja lebih keras untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan memprioritaskan pada kriteria yang belum baik dan mempunyai bobot signifikan. Abstract

Pelajar pancasila adalah perwujudan siswa Indonesia sebagai pelajar sepanjang hayat yang memiliki kemampuan internasional dan berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila. Tujuan adanya profil pelajar pancasila ini adalah untuk mendukung lulusan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila. Projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila ini adalah program pendidikan yang berbasis proyek. Sekolah menetapkan tema untuk digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah melalui kegiatan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di MIT Nurul Islam Ringinwok dan dampak dari program tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program kebijakan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di MIT Nurul Islam sudah berjalan satu projek dalam satu semester oleh kelas satu dan kelas empat dengan tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan dan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of evaluating the context, input, process, output of the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at Nasima Middle School, Semarang. Nasima Junior High School in the implementation of P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project) is not escorted even though the driving school should be escorted by the government. The escort is not sustainable, and only given material. Furthermore, everything related to implementation is determined by the school. Because Basically, the independent curriculum is very depends on the characteristics of the education unit according to different characters. Well, the curriculum at that time accommodates that character. Including in determining the project of strengthening the student profile of Pancasila. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data obtained was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the research show that: 1) The results of the evaluation of the program context for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students have been running, it can be seen from how three projects were prepared for one year, 2) The results of the evaluation of the program input for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students have been running, it can be seen from the competence of the educators , 3) The results of the process evaluation regarding obstacles in the implementation of the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students are already underway, which can be seen from the implementation of three projects, 4) The results of the product evaluation regarding the continuation of the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students are already underway with a graphic increase in the results of student achievement. It is recommended that the program be continued with some improvements in terms of budget, activity management, and long-term oriented products. And for the government, the driving schools should also be escorted in the implementation of P5.

Abstract

Although e-learning has been widely implemented in higher education institutions, the level of acceptance and actual usage among students still varies considerably. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on students' intention to use and actual usage behavior of e-learning in Islamic public universities. A quantitative research approach was employed. The population consisted of 240 students majoring in Islamic Education Management, with 150 participants selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using outer model, inner model, and model fit tests with the assistance of PLS-SEM version 3. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness significantly influences the intention to use, perceived ease of use significantly affects the intention to use, and intention to use significantly influences actual usage behavior. Among all the tested hypotheses, intention to use had the strongest influence on usage behavior, while perceived usefulness had the weakest influence on intention to use. This study differs from previous research in its focus and the model applied to assess information system implementation. Furthermore, the types of information systems analyzed—ranging from e-learning to software or digital payment systems—also vary across studies. This research investigates the acceptance of e-learning based on four main variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use, and usage behavior, modified from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study reveals how users' perceptions affect the adoption of e-learning, providing insights for the development of more effective and user-friendly systems.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan dan gaya hidup masyarakat terhadap sepeda listrik telah mendorong produsen untuk menghadirkan produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen dan memberikan berbagai kemudahan. Sepeda listrik memiliki banyak keunggulan, seperti hemat energi, bebas emisi, ramah lingkungan, mendukung program pemerintah eco green, biaya pengisian daya yang murah, tidak memerlukan penggantian oli mesin, dan biaya perawatan yang lebih rendah. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka serta melalui observasi dan analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengorganisasikan, mengkategorikan, dan menginterpretasikan data, sementara triangulasi digunakan untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan informasi akuntansi manajemen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan PT. Uwinfly. Informasi akuntansi yang relevan, akurat, dan tepat waktu membantu manajemen dalam perencanaan, pengendalian, dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Selain itu, integrasi sistem informasi akuntansi yang baik memungkinkan aliran informasi yang lebih lancar dan mendukung keputusan strategis yang berdampak positif pada kinerja keuangan. Penggunaan informasi akuntansi manajemen yang efektif dan terintegrasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan PT. Uwinfly. Manajemen perusahaan disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang ada untuk mendukung keputusan manajerial yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami hubungan antara informasi akuntansi manajemen dan kinerja keuangan, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk peningkatan kinerja keuangan melalui optimalisasi penggunaan informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of e-learning at Islamic universities in Central Java and Yogyakarta using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the DeLone and McLean. It employs variables from both models, including system quality, net benefits, service quality, user satisfaction, perceived ease of use, and intention to use. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 250 students from these universities. The research utilizes a quantitative approach and applies proportional random sampling, analyzed with SmartPLS version 3 software. The findings are as follows: (1) Intention to use positively impacts net benefit, with a t-statistic of 1.982 (greater than 1.96) and a p-value of 0.048 (less than 0.05); (2) Perceived ease of use significantly influences intention to use, with a t-statistic of 15.996 (greater than 1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (less than 0.05); (3) Service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction, indicated by a t-statistic of 4.221 (greater than 1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (less than 0.05); (4) System quality also significantly affects user satisfaction, with a t-statistic and p-value of 11.621 which is more than 1.96 and 0.000 which is less than 0.05; (5) Finally, user satisfaction has a significant influence on net benefits, as indicated by a t-statistic and p-value of 14.630 which is more than 1.96 and 0.000 which is less than 0.05.
