Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara (ASN) pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ASN pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Kutai Timur yang berjumlah 32 orang. Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji T dan uji F dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik baik secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Kutai Timur, atau dapat dikatakan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence product quality has on consumer buying interest. The type of research is quantitative research with the number of samples in this study as many as 101 respondents. The analytical tools used by the author are Multiple Regression analysis, Validity and Reliability Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Classical Assumption Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant partial effect of product quality on Buying Interest at Be One Top Sangatta Stores. Based on the results of the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial influence of service quality which is not too significant according to the Sig Value on buying interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership, organizational culture, commitment to organizational performance. It also examines the mediating effect of commitment in relationships between ethical leadership and organizational performance, and between organizational culture and organizational performance. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The research method is a method quantitative And technique analysis data Which used is SEM with use program SmartPLS 3.0. Sample study as much 98 respondent And study done in industry shipping, Patimban, Subang Regency. The results of the study show that ethical leadership, organizational culture, and commitment proved to have a significant positive effect on organizational performance. Besides That, proven significant positive between culture organization to commitment And influence organizational culture on organizational performance through commitment as a mediating variable. However, the effect of ethical leadership on commitment and the effect on leadership variables ethics to performance organization through commitment as variable mediation, proven No significant.
