Abstract

Pacitan precisely in Krajan Wonodadi Kulon Ngadirojo, geographically wide area 891.88 ha, the majority of the land in the form tegal / fields covering an area of 420.53 ha. Potential in Agricultural Sector became the leading commodity contribute greatly to the economic development, both directly the raw material used and processed through a management process of making a cake. Commodity raw materials from the agricultural sector are: Clove, Coconut, Cassava, Banana, Bluebird, Melinjo, and Tuber (Sweet), who plays prop improve household incomes and expanding employment opportunities are raw materials tubers (Potato) processed form : Cakes (Brownies, Nugghets). Given the great desire of the group Partners Household Small Business to supplement the family income, then Program (IbM) wants to realize by means of procurement (TTG) in the form of machines and provide a wide range of training business groups cakes made from local plants Bulbs - tubers (Potato). Procurement of Appropriate Technology (TTG) in the form of machine is very helpful for a smooth production process from traditional to technology moderan, while by getting the various training areas of management will broaden pengetahuanya Partners Small Business, towards the preparation of implementing entrepreneurship in the management of baking brownies and cakes Nugghets based tubers (Potato). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, influencer marketing, and word of mouth on the purchase interest of Le Minerale products among students of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. This study uses primary data, namely data that is directly collected or obtained by researchers from the research object, where this study uses a questionnaire data collection technique. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of all students of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya as many as 75 people. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (r2) and the hypothesis test uses the t test and f test. The results of this study are that Brand Image (X1) has a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with a t count of 2.398 and a sig. value of 0.019 <0.05. Influencer Marketing (X2) has a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with a t count of 3.151 and a sig. value of 0.002 <0.05. Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with a t count of 2.812 and a sig. value of 0.006 <0.05. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the variables of brand image, influencer marketing and word of mouth have a significant effect on students of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. Where this means that the better the brand image, influencer marketing and word of mouth, the more it can increase consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors, brand awareness and viral marketing on purchasing decisions for Samsung Smartphone products. This study is expected to provide clear insight into the factors that influence purchasing decisions, so that it can be a strategic guide for companies in formulating more efficient and targeted marketing strategies. This study uses a quantitative method, with a population of 11,312 students at the University of 17 Agusutus 1945 Surabaya. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data, derived from primary data sources using a questionnaire. The distribution of questionnaires via google form. The instrument test in this study is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The data is processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that all indicators are valid and reliable. The results of the T test state that brand ambassadors, brand awareness and viral marketing have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test state that brand ambassadors, brand awareness and viral marketing have a simultaneous effect on the purchase decision of Samsung Smartphone products. While the results of the R² test show that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 59.3% while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze risk management in the marketing of bancassurance products, specifically the Pratama and Retireplan insurance products offered by AIA Financial through Bank BCA KCP Kas Rungkut Madya Surabaya. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research identifies various key risks, such as moral hazard, operational, legal, and reputational risks, which potentially affect customer trust. The findings reveal that risk management has been implemented through strict selection procedures for prospective customers and prudent fund management. However, significant challenges arise in educating customers about the Retireplan product, which requires a deep understanding of its long-term benefits. Recommendations include enhancing customer education through agent training, more structured communication, and leveraging digital technology to improve transparency. This study contributes to strengthening risk management practices in bancassurance in Indonesia and improving customer satisfaction and trust in insurance products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Surabaya), Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno No. 175, Klampis Ngasem, Kec. Sukolilo, City of SBY, East Java 60116. This study uses data sampling from 50 employees through the distribution of questionnaires. The type of data used is quantitative. In this study, the t-test showed that the work motivation variable had a partial influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of Work Motivation (X1) of 4.2774 and the value of the Work Discipline regression coefficient (X2) of 3.793 while Compensation (X3) had a coefficient value of regression of 2,645. F test obtained f count > f table that is 124.175 > 2.81 so it can be concluded that the independent variables Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Compensation (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y ). This research is expected to be able to support the basic decision making for PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Surabaya). related to Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Compensation (X3). In addition, this research is expected to be able to provide new knowledge about Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Compensation (X3) at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Surabaya.

Abstract

Product Quality Is A Crucial Factor In Maintaining A Company's Competitiveness, Especially In The Apparel Industry. This Research Was Conducted At Trit Adventure, A Company Engaged In The Production Of Outdoor Equipment, Which Faces Quality Issues Such As Untidy Stitching, Damaged Screen Printing, And Inconsistent Sizing. The Aim Of This Study Is To Minimize Defective Products Through The Application Of The Statistical Quality Control (SQC) Method.The Methods Used Include P-Chart, Pareto Diagram, And Fishbone Diagram To Analyze The Main Causes Of Defects And Determine Appropriate Corrective Actions. The Results Show That Human Factors, Particularly Employee Negligence, Are The Dominant Cause Of Product Defects.The Implementation Of SQC Has Proven To Assist The Company In Identifying Critical Points In The Production Process, Reducing Defect Rates, And Improving Operational Efficiency. Through Better Quality Control, Trit Adventure Can Maintain Product Quality Standards And Enhance Customer Satisfaction In The Competitive Outdoor Equipment Market.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan petani budidaya jamur tiram Pacet yang selama ini hanya menjual jamur curah ke pasar tradisinal atau hasil panen di ambil oleh tengkulak dengan harga yang murah sehingga petani hanya mendapat keuntungan sedikit dari hasil panen jamur tiram, Tim Pengabdian mengajarkan cara mengolah jamur menjadi makanan siap saji seperti memproduksi jamur tiram menjadi jamur crispi dan kaldu jamur, kemudian memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang manajemen dan pemasaran sehingga dapat mengembangkan usahanya menjadi lebih baik lagi karena hasil penjualan jamur menjadi meningkat daripada jika jamur dijual curah tanpa diproses.

Abstract

Potensi pasar sabun organik semakin menjanjikan seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya produk yang berbahan alami dan ramah lingkungan. UMKM sabun organik kita masih menghadapi banyak tantangan, antara lain persaingan dengan produk sejenis dan kurangnya akses terhadap pengetahuan produksi yang lebih modern. UMKM Utopia Bodysoap merupakan UMKM yang dibentuk oleh beberapa pengrajin sabun di Manyar Surabaya yang memiliki tujuan untuk menyediakan produk perawatan kulit alami berkualitas tinggi kepada masyarakat. Kemudian berkolaborasi dengan beberapa UKM sabun lainnya adalah untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan profitabilitas UMKM melalui pengembangan produk sabun organik yang inovatif dan berkualitas tinggi. Proses kolaborasi ini melibatkan beberapa tahap, mulai dari identifikasi potensi kolaborasi, pertukaran pengetahuan, pengembangan produk baru, pengujian dan evaluasi produk, hingga pemasaran dan penjualan  produk. Hasil dari hasil kolaborasi tersebut menciptakan resep sabun organik baru yang menggabungkan keunggulan masing-masing, Sehingga UMKM Soappahollic Utopia berhasil meningkatkan kualitas produk, diversifikasi produk, dan profitabilitas usaha. Program pengabdian ini juga berhasil meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM Soappahollic melalui diversifikasi produk dan akses pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

A company is always looking for the minimum raw materials (price) and looking for the maximum gain (profit). Companies cannot stand alone, companies coexist through other components, one of which is a good level of production. Often there is a misalignment between the product made and the desired product. The purpose of writing this thesis is to see the level of a product, to apply a level control system, and to see the factors that cause defective products. This research was applied at the company PT Titani Alam Semesta, for 30 days from February 06 - March 06, 2023. This research utilizes the quota sampling method by randomly sampling a total of 1000 kilograms of export-type shrimp crackers within 1 hour and will later be processed by utilizing the P control map. The check sheet results show the number of defective cracker products totaling 300 kilograms of shrimp crackers, Central Line Analysis (CL) of 0.01, the calculation gain (UCL) of 0.019, and the calculation gain (LCL) of 0.001. Based on the research applied regarding the analysis of the application of Statistical Quality Control in minimizing the total defective products at the company PT. Titani Alam Semesta Gresik, a conclusion can be drawn that there is still a need for a good level of improvement so that the level of production can increase and can produce good products.
