<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic is a non-natural disaster that can have an impact on everyone's health condition. In Indonesia it has been spread throughout the region with different variants. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is currently a problem that is worried by the entire nation because of the ease of transmission process, which occurs in a short time through direct contact or not. Still low public knowledge of the prevention of covid 19 because it has not received optimal education related to behavior for corona infection prevention and covid 19 vaccination. The general public and public servants are currently the main targets of government programs in the prevention of covid 19 through vaccination. The purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge about the prevention of covid-19 through vaccination. The method of activity is to educate directly to the community. The activity was carried out on March 17, 2021 in the area around the Upertis Bukittinggi campus which is the responsibility of the PPNI Perintis DPK, with approximately 50 participants. The results obtained were an increase in knowledge and public attitudes about preventing the covid 19 virus through vaccination. The conclusion of this service activity is that the community is very satisfied with this educational activity about the covid-19 vaccination, and the reduced anxiety about the covid-19 vaccine. Contribution to research on public anxiety and stigma about the COVID-19 vaccine. And also the importance of the government's role in gradually disseminating the COVID-19 vaccination to the public. ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan bencana non alam yang dapat memberikan dampak pada kondisi kesehatan setiap orang. Di Indonesia sudah tersebar di seluruh wilayah dengan varian yang berbeda-beda. Virus corona (COVID-19) saat ini menjadi suatu masalah yang di cemaskan oleh seluruh bangsa karena mudahnya proses penularannya, dimana terjadi dalam waktu singkat melalui kontak langsung ataupun tidak. Masih rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pencegahan covid 19 disebabkan belum mendapatkan edukasi yang optimal berkaiatan perilaku untuk pencegahan infeksi corona dan vaksinasi covid 19. Masyarakat umum dan pelayan publik saat ini menjadi target utama program pemerintah dalam pencegahan covid 19 melalui vaksinasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pencegahan covid-19 melalui vaksinasi. Metode kegiatan yaitu dengan melakukan edukasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan telah dilakukan pada tanggal 17 Maret 2021 di wilayah sekitar kampus Upertis Bukittinggi yang menjadi tanggungan dari DPK PPNI Perintis, dengan jumlah peserta adalah lebih kurang sebanyak 50. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan, dan sikap masyarakat tentang pencegahan virus covid 19 melalui vaksinasi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah, masyarakat sangat puas atas kegiatan edukasi tentang vaksinasi covid-19 ini, dan berkurangnya kecemasan terhadap vaksin covid-19. Kontribusi untuk dapat dilakukannya penelitian tentang kecemasan dan stigma masyarakat terhadap vaksin covid-19. Dan juga pentingnya peranan pemerintah dalam melakukan sosialisasi vaksinasi covid-19 secara bertahap kepada masayarakat.]]>
