Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers at SDN 10 Sungai Limau, it was found that the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro-teaching training for teachers is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on Improving the Ability of Class Management and Process Assessment. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects were 7 teachers of SDN 10 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Micro Training can improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the existence of Micro Training training to improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. Teachers' average ability in classroom management and process assessment through micro teaching training in terms of aspect assessment in cycle I is 54.46 in enough category whereas the dimension assessment is in the category with enough category with the value of 59.15 and on appraisal aspect for cycle II is 86.83 With Good category and also on dimensional appraisal for cycle II is 84.82 with Good category.Key Words: Classroom Management Skills and Process Assessment, Micro-training teaching.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis method using path analysis regression. The population in this study were private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The sample in this study was 88 teachers. Data collection using a questionnaire, while for testing the hypothesis using a simultaneous test and partial test and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that first, compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, compensation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Fifth, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Sixth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Seventh, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Eighth, Compensation affects the performance of teachers who are mediated by job satisfaction. Ninth, Work Environment affects teacher performances that mediated by job satisfaction. And Tenth, Organizational Commitment influences teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHepatitis akut misterius merupakan sebuah penyakit misterius yang terjadi karena adanya serangan dari virus dengan dominasi serangan utama pada organ hati. Penyebab infeksi hepatitis sangat berhubungan kuat dengan permasalahan sanitasi yang kurang baik serta kebiasaan hidup bersih seperti mencuci tangan sebelum makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Teknologi Bank Darah terhadap pencegahan penyakit hepatitis akut misterius di Politeknik Akbara Surakarta. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional (potong lintang). Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi Teknologi Bank Darah di Politeknik Akbara Surakarta yang berjumlah 57 mahasiswa. Analisis data dan penyajian hasil penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui tabel dengan dilengkapi dengan analisis deskriptif. Tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Teknologi Bank Darah terhadap pencegahan penyakit hepatitis akut misterius di Politeknik Akbara Surakarta diketahui bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa mempunyai pengetahuan umum yang baik tentang hepatitis misterius akut yaitu 64,9% (37 mahasiswa). Adapun untuk pengetahuan tentang pencegahan terhadap hepatitis akut misterius diketahui bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mempunyai pengetahuan pencegahan hepatitis yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup (43,9%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Teknologi Bank Darah Politeknik Akbara termasuk kategori baik secara umum, dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup untuk pencegahan.
