Abstract

This research was conducted based on the fact that service quality plays an important role on determining the difference between satisfaction and dissatisfaction customers. The research findings indicate, using discriminant analysis with force method, it shows that significant difference between satisfaction and dissatisfaction customers in terms of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kemampuan pemasaran 2) Untuk mengukur dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan pemasaran terhadap kinerja usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden budidaya ikan air tawar. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan varians atau yang biasa disebut Partial least square path modelling (PLS-PM). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah program aplikasi statistik XLSTAT. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada budidaya ikan air tawar di Kabupaten Manggala, Kota Makassar Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja usaha. Tetapi orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha secara tidak langsung melalui kemampuan pemasaran. Hasil penelitian ini juga memperoleh pengaruh positif signifikan dari kapabilitas pemasaran terhadap kinerja usaha. Kata kunci: “Orientasi kewirausahaan, kapabilitas pemasaran, kinerja usaha” ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: 1) To measure and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance both directly and indirectly through marketing capabilities 2) To measure and analyze how much influence marketing capabilities have on business performance. The research method used in this study is to conduct observations, interviews by distributing questionnaires to respondents of freshwater fish farming. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance approach or commonly called Partial least square path modeling (PLS-PM). The analysis tool used is the XLSTAT statistical application program. This research was conducted in freshwater fish farming in Manggala District, Makassar Municipality The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation did not directly influence business performance. But entrepreneurial orientation has a positive significant effect on business performance indirectly through marketing capabilities. The results of this study also obtained a positive significant effect of marketing capabilities on business performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT.Primissima di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan random sampling. Semua sampel berjumlah 259 responden diruag PT.Primissima di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan angket / kusioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Solusi Produk dan Layanan Statistik (SPSS) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur, uji T dengan nilai signifikansi α <0,05, Uji F serta uji keofesien determinasi. Untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh tidak langsung antar variabel digunakan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja, terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari variabel budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Every leader can exert influence towards his subordinates. This research aims to know the influence of leadership and compensation of employee motivation and performance against the Favor hotel Makassar. This research approach is quantitative, and this type of research is the causality. There are 2 types of data, namely data qualitative and quantitative data, whereas data source using primary data and secondary data. This research used 4 methods of data collection method, the method of observation questionnaire (question form), interviews, and method of study documentation. Qualitative analysis is a method that aims to transform a collection of raw data into a form that is easy to understand, in the form of a concise information, where research results and their analysis are outlined in a scientific writings which of the analysis It will be formed a conclusion. The results showed that (1) the variable compensation effect on leadership and employee motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor. (2) The compensation and leadership Variables have no effect against variable employee performance Hotel Makassar's Favor. (3) the motivational and leadership Variables take effect directly against variable employee performance through motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor. (4) Variable compensation effect indirectly against variable employee performance through motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor.

Abstract

Human role as a resource in the organization is increasingly believed in its importance, thus increasingly encouraging the development of knowledge about how to utilize human resources in order to achieve optimal conditions. This study aims to determine the influence of competence, training and compensation jointly and partially to Job Satisfaction. In addition, we also jointly examine the influence of competence, training and compensation on the performance of Fire and Emergency Services employees of PT VALE Indonesia, Tbk. This study was conducted by taking as many as 55 respondents who also used as sample research with the distribution of respondents by age, last education level, gender, position in the job. Data collection is done through interview technique in the beginning of data collection and questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to the respondents used as data in data processing research. Data were analyzed by using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The result of the research shows that the competence variable has a direct and significant effect on the performance of Fire and Emergency Services employees of PT VALE Ind, Tbk with coefficient value of 0,397. Training and compensation have direct and positive impact on job satisfaction with coefficient value of 0,325 and 0,494. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there are some other factors that influence the variable of job satisfaction and employee performance, but not described in this case.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on creativity and innovative behavior at PT. Telkom (Persero) Tbk. Witel Makassar either directly or mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach. Finally, the results of this study explain the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. In this research, analysis method used is path analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 2.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational climate has positive and significant effect on creativity, organizational climate has positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, and creativity has positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. The indirect influence shows that creativity can mediate the organizational climate influence on innovative behavior positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at the Social Service in Merauke District of Papua Province. The type of this research is quantitative research that is to know and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation to the performance of Social Service of Merauke Regency of Papua Province. The results of this study found that leadership style negatively and significantly influence on performance, work discipline positively and significantly influence on employee performance, motivation has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline Affects the Dominant positively and significantly to the performance of employees of the Social Service of Merauke Regency of Papua Province

Abstract

This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis method using path analysis regression. The population in this study were private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The sample in this study was 88 teachers. Data collection using a questionnaire, while for testing the hypothesis using a simultaneous test and partial test and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that first, compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, compensation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Fifth, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Sixth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Seventh, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Eighth, Compensation affects the performance of teachers who are mediated by job satisfaction. Ninth, Work Environment affects teacher performances that mediated by job satisfaction. And Tenth, Organizational Commitment influences teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

National education institutions should be able to compete in this globalization era. This study aims to determine the effect of communication on performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Center Office of Hasanuddin University. This research is a quantitative descriptive using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 214, of the population taken by using the Slovin technique of 139 people with random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 25. Structural equation test results show that all variables have a positive or direct effect because all beta values ​​are positive. The results of partial testing (T-test) showed that all the variables had a significant effect because all variables had t-counts greater than t-table. Simultaneous test results (F test) found that communication, motivation, and discipline simultaneously influence (simultaneously) on employee performance because the value of F-count is greater than F-table. The conclusion from this study is that the variables of communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
