The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing administration procedures at Car Dealers in Pematangsiantar. The data collection technique carried out by the author is by observation and interviews. The data collected will be analyzed by the author with a qualitative analysis technique where the author himself is the analysis tool. In the process of this analysis, the authors are still looking for new findings and facts to support the relevant research results. The results of this study are in the form of an analysis of marketing administration that occurs in the company under study. The research objective was to determine the effect of earning per share of the stock price LQ-45 at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The research method used in analyzing the effect of earnings per share on the stock price is to use a simple regression analysis test and test (one-sample T test). The results obtained from this study indicate that there is significant influence between the earning per share on stock prices.

Abstract Taspen (Persero) is one of the government companies engaged in services, where its implementation provides services to all retired Civil Servants in terms of managing Pension Funds and Old Age Allowances. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the procedure and calculation of old age insurance at Taspen. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical technique used is the Miles approach qualitative analysis technique. The results of the analysis carried out are PT. Taspen (Persero) Pematangsiantar Branch has provided a fairly good service to people who want to apply for Insurance Programs such as Work Accident Insurance and Death Insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of cash receipts procedures at PT. Indonesian post. Cash receipts that occur at PT. Pos Indonesia come from many types of transactions. The writing focuses on cash receipts that come from sending postal packages, because it is a transaction that still often occurs even though there are other goods delivery service companies. The recording and bookkeeping system carried out at PT. Pos Indonesia is in accordance with the procedures established by the head office and the bookkeeping is carried out very consistently and thoroughly. The analysis technique used is a qualitative approach. With this cash receipt procedure, it is hoped that it can assist financial activities in processing cash flow reports and presenting them in the form of reports quickly, easily and accurately. Thus, the existence of a cash flow reporting system that is designed can be implemented properly and helps to minimize the problems that are being faced by PT. Pos (PERSERO). It is expected that the cash receipts process will run effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting procedures for cash receipts at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Pematangsiantar Main Branch Office. The function of banking is to collect funds from the public in the form of deposits and channel them back to the public in the form of loans/credits. Funds from the public are a source of cash receipts for banks, for example opening accounts, cash deposits and deposits. Cash that goes into the bank must be guarded so that there is no misappropriation. For this reason, a good cash receipts accounting system is needed. The elements needed in the accounting system are documents, records and procedures related to the cash receipts accounting system. The data collection technique used is the interview method and direct observation to the field. The data collected will be analyzed directly by the author as an analytical tool. The analytical technique used by the author is a qualitative analysis technique where the author will conduct an analysis based on the facts found in the field. The results of this study are in the form of a description or analysis of cash receipts accounting procedures.

This study aims to determine the effect of the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund on the Level of Regional Financial Independence in Pematangsiantar City. This type of research is causal associative research. This research was conducted for the period 2011-2016. The type of data used is secondary data. Data obtained through the Department of Revenue and Financial Management of Regional Assets. The data analyzed in this study were processed from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report (APBD) and the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (APBD). Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis show that partially the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund have a significant negative effect on the level of Regional Financial Independence. Simultaneously the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund also have a significant negative effect on Regional Financial Independence

In granting credit, banks must pay attention to the principles of sound credit, including the risks that must be faced on loan repayments by customers/debtors. In a credit application, the PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch conducts an analysis first related to the precautionary principle, after the bank believes and trusts the customer's ability to return the borrowed funds then the credit can be disbursed. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch. This study uses the interview method. Interviews were conducted with the Head of Credit, Credit Analysis, Customer Service, and Customers of Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch. Data collection techniques were obtained by conducting interviews and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the provision of credit is appropriate and in accordance with the existing theoretical studies, and the procedure for granting credit is in accordance with the procedures applied to PT. Every individual in work not only wants a salary and achievement, but work is a fulfillment of the need for social interaction. Teachers who have friendly and supportive co-workers will lead them to good work results as well. The success of school communication can be interpreted as the effectiveness of communication between the principal and his subordinates (teachers). The purpose of this study was to determine the communication between the principal and the teacher that occurred at SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbalawan. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with the approach of Miles and Huberman. The result of the analysis is that communication between the principal and the teacher is an action that must be maintained properly in order to improve the quality of the relationship between the principal and the teacher. Broadly speaking, the communication relationship between the two is good and needs to be maintained in order to remain harmonious and create an atmosphere of modesty and peace.

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of original local revenue and balance funds partially on the capital expenditure in districts / towns of North Sumatra Province. The amount of capital expenditure for each region varies according to the size of the region and the needs of the region. The realization of capital expenditure in each region can show the economic progress of a region. Based on data that the author obtained from the website of the Director-General of Fiscal Balance, there is still a capital expenditure budget that has not been maximally realized for regional development The population was 33 districts / towns of North Sumatra Province years of 2010-2018 and population will be used as sample. The data were processed by using panel data regression statistical method. The result of the research that original local revenue and balance fund had positive and significant influence on the capital expenditure in districts / towns of North Sumatra Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of providing daily test evaluation on the improvement of student achievement in economy class X SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar. The population of this research was all class X as many as 344 people. Samples were taken as many as 86 people, the research was conducted at SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar.The instrument used to collect data on the provision of daily test evaluations was a questionnaire compiled by the researcher, while the economic learning achievement data were obtained through a list of value sets. The quality of the research instrument was carried out by testing the validity and reliability. By using the normality test, the data for the provision of daily test evaluations were normally distributed. While the linear regression equation is Y = a + bX, so the regression of learning achievement (Y) on the provision of daily test evaluation (X) is Y = 50.43 + 0.38X. For analysis accuracy used regression linearity test and using a list of variances (ANOVA) through the F test, it turns out that Y does not need to look for a non-linear model. To determine whether the relationship between variables is close or not, the correlation coefficient test is used as follows: The correlation of providing daily test evaluation with student achievement is 0.359 and the coefficient of determination of Y on X is 0.1288 or 12.88%. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than Ftable (12.44> 3.96). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of providing daily test evaluations on the improvement of student achievement in class X SMA NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar
