Abstract

Salah satu bentuk Industri Kecil Menengah pada Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah usaha olahan “Opak Gambir” dan “Busa Kepiting” yang berbahan baku dasar dari tepung tapioka . Industri Kecil Menengah milik Ibu Vera yang merupakan mitra dari program pengabdian ini diberi nama “Kresnajun” dengan produk yang diberi nama merek ‘Sekarjoyo”. Usaha yang dirintis oleh Ibu Vera ini sebenarnya cukup menjanjikan karena mempunyai cita rasa yang enak, namun dalam pengembangan usaha masih sangat kurang terutama dalam aspek pemasaran dan tatakelola keuangannya. Sistem penjualan yang dilakukan mitra tanpa menggunakan media promosi secara online. Penjualan hanya berdasarkan pesanan, serta menitipkan produknya ke beberapa toko terdekat. Padahal dengan merek yang sudah cukup memadai usaha ini bisa dikembangkan melalui jaringan yang lebih luas. Permasalahan lain dalam bidang manajemen keuangan adalah administrasi keuangan yang kurang tertata dengan baik menyebabkan secara implisit akan mempengaruhi perhitungan keuntungan usaha. Tujuan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah upaya mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi mitra dengan tahapan sebagai berikut 1) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha dengan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana berdasarkan SAK EMKM 2)Memberikan pelatihan stategi pemasaran terutama dalam melakukan promosi melalui media online, karena saat ini promosi masih kurang diperhatikan sehingga penjualan kurang optimal. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to make financial reports for UMKM players in Kalirong Village, Tarokan District using accurate online applications. Implementation of these community activities using cycle learning, namely: 1. Exploration (description) that is, this exploration method means to dig up the knowledge about the preparation of financial statements; 2. Explanation (empirical) namely this explanatory method is to introduce how the concept and how to use accurate applications; 3. Application (aductive), namely this method is to apply it to the preparation of financial statements accurately in their respective companies. This online financial report preparation training activity for UMKM in Kalirong Village, Tarokan District was held on September 21-26, 2020.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan dana Prodamas terhadap Good Government Governance. Akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan dana Prodamas merupakan upaya dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dimulai dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban terutama di tingkat kelurahan, karena kelurahan merupakan penerima dan pengelola dana Prodamas untuk kegiatan pembangunan Infrastruktur dan Ekonomi-Sosial.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 46 kelurahan di Pemerintahan Kota Kediri dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik area sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada aparatur kelurahan, dan pihak Rukun Tetangga (RT) sebagai pelaksana kegiatan Prodamas. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil korelasi terdapat hubungan yang kuat atas variabel transparansi, akuntabilitas dan Good Government Governance.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka tata kelola dana Prodamas di tingkat Kelurahan Pemerintahan Kota Kediri adalah baik karena telah akuntabel dan transparan dalam pengelolaan dana.

Abstract

Fundamental variables in this research are shown in the level of sales growth, asset structure, company size and retained earnings. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales growth rate, asset structure, firm size and retained earnings on financial structure. In addition, the purpose of this study is to examine how these variables affect economic rentability. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period as many as 15 companies. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling which is a technique in sampling with certain considerations. The sampling technique is carried out proportionally sampling with the type of Judgment Sampling. Data collection technique used is documentation technique with polling data type. The number of samples in this study were 11 companies, the data used in the form of financial statements of the Food and Beverage Industry Subsector obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that sales growth and retained earnings had a positive effect on financial structure, while asset structure and firm size had a negative effect. The results of research on economic rentability, sales growth variables and retained earnings also have a positive effect, while asset structure and firm size have a negative effect. So the findings of this study can be concluded that the growth rate of sales, retained earnings can improve the financial structure and economic rentability of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Community Empowerment Program (Prodamas) on improving the economy of the people of Kediri City which has been implemented in Kediri City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 13 urban villages throughout Mojoroto District, Kediri City based on RT. Each RT was distributed 10 questionnaires, so a total of 130 questionnaires distributed. The results showed that the Community Empowerment Program (Prodamas) in the infrastructure sector (X1), the social sector (X2) and the economic sector (X3) had a significant positive effect on improving the regional economy (Y) of Kediri City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Financial Governance of Community Empowerment Program Funds on Program Accountability. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research shows the results of the influence of Prodamas' financial management on the level of program accountability in the villages of Pesantren District. Based on the results of the research, the variables of efficiency, economic effectiveness, access to information and reporting systems have achieved targets or goals for the benefit of residents who feel the benefits of the programs that have been implemented, and easy access to information and reporting systems in planning, implementing and reporting activities. So it can be concluded that the management of Prodamas funds at the Kelurahan level of the Kediri City Government Islamic Boarding School is good because it has been accountable for managing funds in the Community Empowerment Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the company's external and internal sources of funds on the Profitability of Own Capital (RMS) in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The variables used consist of the dependent variable, namely Rentability of Own Capital (RMS) and independent variables from external funds consisting of Debt to Total Capitalazition Ratio (DCR), Total Debt to Total Assets (DAR) and Debt to Equity (DER). Meanwhile, internal funding sources consist of Flow Back Ratio (FBR). The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. The number of samples in this study were 75 manufacturing companies with an observation period of 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that 4 (four) independent variables consisting of DCR, DAR,DER as an external source of funds and Flowback Ratio as an internal source of funds simultaneously affect to RMS. The conclusion from the results of the study is that companies must be able to increase capital in order to increase the value of the company in order to compete to gain and increase investor confidence. Company management needs to adjust the composition of the use of FBR as internal capital by optimizing the management of assets owned.

Abstract

This research is a library research. The method used in this research is Library Research or literature review, which collects data from literature and other sources that support and are related to the discussion of this study. The results of this study are: (1) There are 5 major roles of Start- up Financial Technology, namely, First financial transactions become more practical and safer. Second, it can advance the development of bitcoin. Third, it can improve people's lives. Fourth, it can build banking infrastructure as a solution to increase people's purchasing power. Fifth, can remove loan sharks. (2) The relevance of Financial Technology in today's development, it is very clear that its relationship in the daily life of the community, which provides convenience for the needs of the community in conducting financial transactions, such as payments, buying and selling of shares, borrowing and other transactions through technology. (3) Financial Technology is not contradictory to the Islamic economic system as long as it follows the legal principles of a contract, and meets the conditions and principles as well as the applicable law.

Abstract

Usaha kerajinan tradisional ini dirintis Bapak Hanif Suseno sejak tahun 2002, usahanya menghasilkan perkakas rumah tangga berbahan aluminium berupa: wajan, rantang, panci, ketel, cerek, cetakan kue, aneka sutil dan irus, dandang, dan lain sebagainya. Kerajinan tangan dari proses tradisional berupa perkakas rumah tangga Aluminium. Sistem penjualan yang dilakukan mitra tanpa menggunakan media promosi secara online. Penjualan hanya berdasarkan pesanan, serta menitipkan produknya ke beberapa toko terdekat. Padahal dengan merek yang sudah cukup memadai usaha ini bisa dikembangkan melalui jaringan yang lebih luas.
