Abstract

Sampah merupakan material sisa yang tidak diinginkan setelah berakhirnya suatu proses. Sampah terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu bagian organik dan anorganik. Mayoritas sampah ±65% adalah sampah organik, sehingga pengomposan merupakan alternatif penanganan yang sesuai. DKI Jakarta menghasilkan 7000 ton sampah setiap harinya. Melihat besarnya sampah organik yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat, terlihat potensi untuk mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk organik demi kelestarian lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut maka perlu di buatkan model penghancur sampah organik, sebagai penyelesaian masalah sampah organik di wilayah perumahan. Mesin penghancur sampah organik berfungsi untuk menghancurkan sampah organik yang besar menjadi komponen yang sederhana sesuai kebutuhkan, serta mempercepat pembusukan. Metode perancangan mesin sampah yang digunakan adalah VDI 221 yaitu proses perancangan setahap demi setahap supaya proses perancangan lebih mudah. Proses perancangan dimulai dari pemilihan varian, diperoleh 4 varian kombinasi dan keempat varian dievaluasi, sehingga diperoleh dua varian yang sesuai. Hasil dua varian dilakukan evaluasi dengan melakukan pohon objektif, maka diperoleh bobot nilai dan hasilnya dikalikan dengan nilai parameter. Hasil tersebut diperoleh varian terbaik adalah varian 2 dengan nilai tertinggi. Hasil perancangan diperoleh varian terbaik yang menggunakan komponen utama pengggerak motor listrik, transmisi belt, pisau penghancur 4 bilah dan stator pipih.

Abstract

Abstract: Residential waste contributes up to 55% of the total volume of urban waste such as in Jakarta. It makes the transport process of residential waste to temprorary landfill site (TPS) that has been existed, less efficient. Transporting waste process with garbage cart is depended on the manpower, while with the garbage truck, the vehicle’s width and the use of fossil fuels are the weaknesses. Thus, the design concept of a waste transport vehicle using electric motor as driving source is made which has the same payload capacity as a garbage cart in general. Garbage payload along with the main components must be strongly supported by the vehicle frame, which incidentally serves as the support vehicle. In this study, discussed the optimization of electric waste transport vehicle with the help of 3-dimensional CAD modelling, then simulated with static loading to obtain the results of the stress, displacement with the maximum value and location, and can assign the payload distribution position. With variable of the beam profile shape and its thickness, then obtained the optimal order forms, which frame weighs as light as possible but still robust in supporting given loads, which is frame with a cylindrical hollow profile with diameter of 60.3 mm and thickness of 4 mm .

Abstract

Abstract: Designing Robot KRI 2012 is applied in the industrial world that serves as a means of shifting materials. At KRI 2012 the game that took the motto "Peng on Dai Gat" and the theme "In Pursuit of Peace and Prosperity". Robot designed KRI 2012 which is the type of manual robot that has some tasks that take up, lift, and insert tokens into the token box, lift the basket, also the collector robot design will discuss base design such as determined DC motors, lifting, minimum pressure on the gripper token, the determine of PWM DC motor, slope and deflection that occurs on the rod lifter. So in designing this robot should also be able to support the weight of the operator who will be driving this robot. The method used is to use a simple calculation of the literature used to obtain data on the results of the design and use test with tachometer to get the motor and calculate the mileage time of the robot at 6 m. Then the data will be used as input to obtain design models robot KRI 2012 on Autodesk Inventor 2012.
