Abstract: Automation is a technology that can be used to implement an instructional process or an automatic procedures. In this framework that has been using an instructional program that combined with a control system to process an instruction or commands. This processing module is a part of the automation engine which checking a process simulation of hollow and not hollow objects, then a PLC is to be needed to control all of the working processing modules systems which system works as you want. To control a working system, a programming language that easily to be understood is needed such as functional block diagram (FBD) which functional block diagram (FBD) is a method that can describe a function between input and output variable, in FBD there is a Sequential Function Chart method (SFC) which control the program sequential activity. So this research discusses the control of processing module which using FBD programming language by using the SFC method.

Abstrak: Era globalisasi ini, mesin sistem manual dibiarkan dan diubah oleh mesin sistem otomatis untuk membantu operasi manusia. Dengan demikian makalah ini akan menjelaskan tentang bagaimana objek kerja dalam distribusi otomatis dibuat khusus untuk modul pengumpan (stasiun makan dan stasiun pengangkat) yang dibuat secara modular. Stasiun pakan dalam bentuk papan yang digerakkan oleh pneumatik tanpa batang dan berfungsi sebagai tempat kerja pendorong dimana di angkat sekrup untuk melanjutkan kerja benda ke stasiun berikutnya. Stasiun pengangkat berbentuk palet di lantai 3 yang digerakkan dengan motor DC gerak sudut yang diubah oleh sekrup timah menjadi gerakan linier untuk menyesuaikan ketinggian. Semua proses distribusi ini dikendalikan oleh PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) dalam kapasitas 26 I / O (16 input dan 10 output). Salah satu bahasa pemrograman yang mudah dipelajari adalah Functional Block Diagram (FBD). Pada FBD, ada metode Sequential Function Chart (SFC) untuk menentukan urutan pekerjaan program. Hasilnya adalah mesin simulasi stasiun makan dan stasiun pengangkat dalam skala laboratorium yang dapat memberi makan benda kerja di stasiun berikutnya sepanjang gerak diagram setiap stasiun.

Abstract: Designing Robot KRI 2012 is applied in the industrial world that serves as a means of shifting materials. At KRI 2012 the game that took the motto "Peng on Dai Gat" and the theme "In Pursuit of Peace and Prosperity". Robot designed KRI 2012 which is the type of manual robot that has some tasks that take up, lift, and insert tokens into the token box, lift the basket, also the collector robot design will discuss base design such as determined DC motors, lifting, minimum pressure on the gripper token, the determine of PWM DC motor, slope and deflection that occurs on the rod lifter. So in designing this robot should also be able to support the weight of the operator who will be driving this robot. The method used is to use a simple calculation of the literature used to obtain data on the results of the design and use test with tachometer to get the motor and calculate the mileage time of the robot at 6 m. Then the data will be used as input to obtain design models robot KRI 2012 on Autodesk Inventor 2012.

Abstract: 4 ways hacksaw is one type of wood hacksaw, which has 4 arms wood hacksaw and connected by linkage, so that can make translation movement. This 4 ways hacksaw powered by 1,5 HP AC Motor. Abstract: The system used in this day and age has made progress in its operations. In industry itself many use automated systems that only require a small operator to run a tool because it saves time, and safety is guaranteed. In this time the tool discussed Handling Station Rotary pneumatic system uses motion to move this tool. So that the tool can be moved according to plan also required the "brains" to run this tool. Where the brain is a Program Logic Controller (PLC) to save a program that has been created in order to move the tool. Program created in this thesis using Sequential Function Chart (SFC) using Zelio Soft application. For components that are needed in this form of censorship tool as a reader, selonoid as air regulator to move from such a device.

Abstract: Four directions radial chainsaw is a chainsaw that have four cutting tools with link as it’s power continuer and using roller chain transmission. This machine is designed to improve the efficiency of cutting time. Especially in the furniture industry. Still, the stacking of wood cutting work can reduce the production capabilities. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berisi hasil pengujian dan simulasi pada stasiun penanganan overhead dimana stasiun berada dalam otomasi sistem distribusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu program di bidang komputasi dan overhead handling station agar berjalan bila dikombinasikan dengan program yang sesuai yang telah dibuat. Modul stasiun penanganan overhead ini adalah bagian dari mesin otomasi yang mendistribusikan simulasi proses objek berongga dan tidak berongga, maka PLC harus mengendalikan semua sistem modul stasiun penanganan overhead yang sesuai dengan sistem yang Anda inginkan. Untuk mengendalikan sistem kerja, bahasa pemrograman yang mudah dipahami sangat dibutuhkan seperti functional block diagram (FBD) dimana diagram blok fungsional adalah metode yang dapat menggambarkan fungsi antara variabel input dan output. Dalam FBD ada metode bagan fungsi sekuensial (SFC) yang mengendalikan aktivitas sekuensial program. Jadi penelitian ini membahas tentang pengendalian modul pengolahan yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman FBD dengan menggunakan metode SFC.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja IDE To Malaqbi terhadap motivasi kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian semua ASN yang bekerja pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus yaitu semua anggota populasi sample sebanyak 30 orang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Teknik Pengolaan data dengan menguji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Parsial (uji t), serta Koefisien Korelasi dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa budaya kerja IDE To Malaqbi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.

The development of industrial technology is growing rapidly, especially in the field of control systems, one of the controllers that is often used, namely PID which is composed of proportional, integrals, and derivatives, each control has a different role and to determine the value of each control sometimes trials are needed to find the right value. The advantages of this type of controller are that the algorithm used is simple but with accurate output, in this study a potentiometer is used for determining the set point and then an encoder which is useful for reading DC motor rotation and arduino.uno as a medium in implementing the PID system. This journal aims to be a learning medium to determine the parameters on the PID. The method used is a systematic method that starts with making a literature study that will determine the detailed requirements. After that, it is continued with the design of the microcontroller circuit using the Tinkercad website and doing 2D and 3D designs. The results of the design obtained that this circuit can work perfectly because every input given by the potentiometer can drive the motor smoothly and accurately through the encoder reading.
