Abstract

Abstract: Education is an activity carried out by humans where education has a broad scope. Education includes all experiences that exist in every human mind. Education is more pressing in terms of practices related to teaching and learning activities, besides that Education also focuses on thinking about education. Given the importance of parental role education in family education is also very important, where all children's knowledge and experience, both through vision, hearing, or behavior that comes from parents will influence the formation of children's personality, so parents should be able to educate her children, and the success of children in their future depends on how parents provide education. Likewise, the Gender Bias that exists in the family greatly affects the psychological condition of children in their lives in the future. Thus for the success of education in the family must be supported by Islamic religious education as a capital formation character that respects gender, and parents have a very important role in educating and directing their children, because if there is a gender bias in this family then this will greatly affect the mindset of their children in the future. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the direct contribution of the implementation of character education, school environment, and creative thinking to vocational competencies and to determine the indirect contribution of the implementation of character education and the school environment to creative thinking. The results showed (1) the implementation of character education directly and significantly contributed to the vocational competence of students; (2) the school environment directly and significantly contributes to the vocational competence of students; (3) creative thinking directly and significantly contributes to the vocational competence of students; (4) the implementation of character education indirectly contributes to vocational competence through creative thinking of students; and (5) the school environment does not contribute indirectly to vocational competence through students' creative thinking.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia dimana pendidikan memiliki cakupan yang luas. Pendidikan mencakup semua pengalaman yang ada setiap fikiran manusia. Pendidikan lebih menekan dalam hal praktek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar, selain itu Pendidikan juga terfokus pada pemikiran mengenai pendidikan. Mengingat pentingnya pendidikan peranan orang tua dalam pendidikan keluarga juga sangat penting, dimana semua pengetahuan dan pengalaman anak, baik melalui penglihatan, pendengaran, ataupun tingkah laku yang berasal dari orang tua akan berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan kepribadian anak, untuk itu diharapkan orang tua harus mampu mendidik anak- anaknya, dan keberhasilan anak dalam masa depannya tergantung dari bagaimana cara orang tua memberikan pendidikan. Demikian pula dengan Bias Gender yang ada dalam keluarga sangat berdampak bagi psikologis anak dalam kehidupannya di masa yang akan datang. Dengan demikian untuk keberhasilan pendidikan dalam keluarga harus didukung oleh pendidikan agama Islam sebagai modal pembentukan karakter yang menghargai peedaan gender, dan orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendidik dan mengarahkan anak-anaknya, karena apabila dalam satu keluarga tersebut terjadi bias gender maka hal ini akan sangat berpengaruh pada pola pikir anak-anaknya dimasa yang akan datang.
