Abstract

Abstract Persuasion messages is messages conveyed through persuader communication skill which aim to convince or persuade the persuadee to follow what the persuader wants. This study aims to discuss the ability of beauty influencer persuasion messages in influencing beauty product purchasing decisions through Tasya Farasya’s Youtube channel. This study uses one of the persuasion models as a “blade of analysis”, namely Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) to determine the path to be taken by subscriber Tasya Farasya in receiving messages using the concept of motivation. The method, by developing existing hypotheses or theories. The results showed that Tasya Farasya’s ability to convey messages to her followers could make this messages as one of the references in deciding to purchase cosmetic products, because to informants were able to process messages conveyed by beauty influencers through Tasya Farasya’s youtube account with strong motivation. This is evidence by the results of research which have found that informants have involvement, differences of opinion and critical thingking in reciving persuasion messages before diciding to buy beauty products.

Abstract

This research is a combination of field and literature research, namely analyzing the perceptions of individual taxpayers in reporting the Annual Tax Return on the assistance of tax volunteers. In analyzing using the theory of usefulness and convenience based on literature in the form of books, journals by combining the data obtained from the answers of individual taxpayers. The research objective was to determine the perception of individual taxpayers on the satisfaction of assistance carried out by tax volunteers at the tax volunteer placement location. There are 5 (five) locations for the placement of Tax Volunteers, namely West Bekasi Tax Office, Pondok Gede Tax Office, North Bekasi Tax Office, South Bekasi Tax Office, and STIAMI Institute Tax Center. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with interview techniques in collecting research data. The population in this study are taxpayers who carry out the obligation to report their annual tax return through e-Filing. Meanwhile, the sample in this study were taxpayers whose annual SPT reporting activities were accompanied by tax volunteers in these 5 (five) placements. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer assistance activities by tax volunteers in helping to fill individual annual tax returns are very effective. This can be seen from the satisfaction of taxpayers after receiving assistance by tax volunteers. Taxpayers are satisfied with the assistance of tax volunteers because the annual SPT reporting process is easier, faster and tax volunteers are able to guide taxpayers in filling out their SPT

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak yang sangat signifikan pada seluruh bidang kehidupan masyarakat. Beberapa upaya dan kebijakan telah dilakukan pemerintah demi mengurangi penyebaran dan menurunkan mobilitas serta mortalitas akibat penyakit Covid-19 ini. Usaha yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah kegiatan vaksinasi Covid-19 secara massal untuk seluruh masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi penyebaran dan penularan penyakit Covid-19 yang disebabkan oleh virus corona. Kegiatan vaksinasi Covid-19  di wilayah sekitar kampus Institut Stiami Bekasi merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan sosialisasi  melalui tahapan-tahapan yang diawali dengan suatu perencanaan, diwujudkan dengan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi sebagai akhir dari rangkaian kegiatan.  Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kesadaran pada warga tentang tujuan vaksinasi dan protokol kesehatan, mendukung program kesehatan dalam menurunkan penyebaran virus Covid-19.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the economic sector and the taxation sector and also has reduced company income that causing many employees to be affected by salary cuts or layoffs. This dire situation inspired the government to grant Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentives in order to ease the burden of mandatory taxes and can help restore people's purchasing power. Objective: To analyze the Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government Incentive Policy in the context of handling Covid-19 at West Bekasi Small Tax Office based on an analysis of effectiveness, obstacles faced, and efforts made to overcome obstacles. Methods: This research was descriptive qualitative. The data collection methods were Observation, Documentation, and interviews. Result: The provision of Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentive at West Bekasi Small Tax Office is still not effective because there are still many taxpayers who have not taken advantage of this incentive due to lack of information and socialization provided, this is based on achieving goals, integration, and adaptation. The obstacles faced are the lack of comprehensive socialization because there are still many taxpayers who do not have the information about the incentive so many taxpayers do not take advantage of this policy. There is also a lack of awareness of taxpayers in reporting the realization of the use of Article 21 Income Tax borne by the government incentive. The efforts made by West Bekasi Small Tax Office are by conducting comprehensive socialization and maintaining synergy/cooperation between the Tax Office and taxpayers.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low level of realization of parking tax revenue in Bekasi Regency. This is a problem because the parking tax target and realization should increase from year to year. This study aims to provide a clear picture of the potential for parking tax revenues in Bekasi Regency.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with survey method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively by organizing the data, breaking it down into units, compiling it into patterns, describing it into words and sentences, and drawing conclusions. The Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency has managed parking to increase regional tax sector revenues with several activities, including providing guidance, strengthening the collection process,  increasing  administrative  efficiency,  coordinating with related agencies and holding campaigns. However, the results of the study indicate that the realization of the parking tax has not optimal. The potential for parking taxes in Bekasi Regency is still very high whivh has not been explored by the government,  because in its implementation there are still obstacles, so that efforts need to be made by the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency to increase parking tax revenues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemungutan retribusi terminal di Terminal Utama Kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2018-2020 prosentase penerimaan retribusi terminal meningkat setiap tahunnya namun masih belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan karena pemungutan tidak dilakukan dengan baik dan terdapat angkutan umum yang tidak masuk terminal. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah minimnya lahan di dalam terminal sehingga tidak mampu menampung semua angkutan umum. Selain itu, masih banyak pengemudi yang membayar retribusi secara tidak benar atau bahkan tidak membayar sama sekali. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teori efektivitas Duncan, yang menurutnya ukuran efektivitas dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga kriteria, yaitu pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan penerimaan retribusi terminal di Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2020 tidak berjalan dengan baik. Indikatornya adalah tidak tercapainya target yang telah ditetapkan karena banyaknya pembayar retribusi yang tidak membayar retribusi karena kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran di antara mereka, serta kurangnya tanggung jawab petugas dalam mengendalikan retribusi. terminal.

Abstract

Regional Taxes in Indonesia consist of several types of tax objects, one of which is Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Motor Vehicle Name Transfer Fee (BBNKB). There are still many obstacles that cause the realization of this type of tax revenue in certain years not to meet the targets set by the Government, including revenues in Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. In 2017 PKB revenues reached 98.49% and BBNKB 98.03%, in 2018 PKB reached 101.10% and BBNKB 104.40%, in 2019 PKB only reached 76.56% and BBNKB 79.74%. On the other hand, the number of registered motorized vehicles has increased every year. This study was conducted to analyze the Potential for Collecting Motor Vehicle Taxes and Motor Vehicle Transfer Fees at the Atambua Samsat Joint Office, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province from 2017 to 2019. Kenneth Davey's potential theory is used as a reference in this study, this theory says that to assessing the potential and performance of a type of levy requires the fulfillment of several dimensions, namely adequacy and elasticity, fairness, administrative capacity, political agreement, economic efficiency and suitability as a regional levy. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Collecting data in this study by conducting observations, documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the Potential for Collecting PKB and BBNKB in 2019 did not reach the target due to several obstacles faced by the Atambua Samsat Joint Office, such as the lack of infrastructure, public awareness and knowledge about PKB and BBNKB which is still low.

Abstract

In order to maximize the prevention of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Government seeks to maximize and meet the target of the accelerated vaccination program. Mass vaccination is being intensified to make it easier for the public to access Covid-19 vaccination health services. However, this government activity program requires the support of adequate locations and facilities which include the availability of space and human resources. Universities are considered to be adequate facilities to accommodate government programs for Covid-19 vaccination activities. As one of the leading private universities in Bekasi City, the STIAMI Institute took part in the success of the government program. The university, which has a central campus in Jakarta, assessed that the Covid-19 Mass Vaccination activity could be collaborated with Community Service (PKM) activities. Community Service Activities are the obligations of Lecturers listed in the Tridharma of Higher Education. Utilizing the media relations network, the STIAMI Institute seeks to determine the value of news and package Covid-19 mass vaccination activities as an optimal publicity medium in marketing communications. Public Relations strategy by combining media relations and marketing communications is able to generate publicity ideas. The news value chosen to be an attraction for mass media coverage is "Dare to Vaccine Get a College Scholarship". The incessant publicity carried out by the STIAMI Institute is expected to be able to maintain its image and reputation in the eyes of the public, both potential customers, consumers, competitors and internal institutions.

Abstract

All sectors feel the impact of the corona virus outbreak e.g. education, economy, tourism and others. This has also shifted direct interpersonal communication system to digital media communication system (online). By the existence of Covid-19 virus, PT Ellisa Kreatif Indokarya Central Jakarta received a notice from the government to implement PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restriction) and to keep social distancing where all employees of PT Ellisa Kreatif Indokarya Central Jakarta are required to perform their work and day-to-day operations at home WFH (Work From Home). The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the effectiveness, constraints and solutions of Digital Communication during covid-19 pandemic at PT Ellisa Kreatif Indokarya. This research is conducted by employing qualitative approach and descriptive method. The results from the research show the effectiveness of Digital Communication during the covid-19 pandemi (case study at PT Ellisa Kreatif Indokarya di Central Jakarta) with few constraints such as internet connection speed and task delivery or meeting affected PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restriction) as a government policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the how much influence of work professionality and organizational commitment on employee performance in Department of Communication, Information, Statistic and Code of Bekasi City. The Research method used is quantitative research in the form of survey. Samples this research are 97 employee. Methods of data collection using questionaires with likert scale. Conclusion this study : (1) Influence of work professionality on employee performance regression line = - 0, 661 + 0, 804 X1 hypothesis test with t-test result obtained by sig. = 0,000 and tcound =37, 564 > ttable = 1,661 H0 rejec (2) influence of organizational 1,684 + 0,840 X2 Hypothesis test with F-test result obtained by Sig. = 0,000 and Fcound =1045,360 > Ftable = 3,093 H0 reject. Conclusion of the research : (1) work professionality strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (2) organizational commitment strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (3) work professionality and organizational commitment together strong positive influence and significant on employee performance.
