Abstract

This research is a combination of field and literature research, namely analyzing the perceptions of individual taxpayers in reporting the Annual Tax Return on the assistance of tax volunteers. In analyzing using the theory of usefulness and convenience based on literature in the form of books, journals by combining the data obtained from the answers of individual taxpayers. The research objective was to determine the perception of individual taxpayers on the satisfaction of assistance carried out by tax volunteers at the tax volunteer placement location. There are 5 (five) locations for the placement of Tax Volunteers, namely West Bekasi Tax Office, Pondok Gede Tax Office, North Bekasi Tax Office, South Bekasi Tax Office, and STIAMI Institute Tax Center. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with interview techniques in collecting research data. The population in this study are taxpayers who carry out the obligation to report their annual tax return through e-Filing. Meanwhile, the sample in this study were taxpayers whose annual SPT reporting activities were accompanied by tax volunteers in these 5 (five) placements. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer assistance activities by tax volunteers in helping to fill individual annual tax returns are very effective. This can be seen from the satisfaction of taxpayers after receiving assistance by tax volunteers. Taxpayers are satisfied with the assistance of tax volunteers because the annual SPT reporting process is easier, faster and tax volunteers are able to guide taxpayers in filling out their SPT

Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has swept the world and changed the map of education. Higher education institutions have been forced to close and hold digital learning classes to cope with governmental regulations prohibiting face-to-face interactions. This includes STIAMI Institute of Social and Management Science branch Bekasi City. With a total of 2593 students, 130 lecturers, and 60 campus administration staffs, civitas academica of Institut STIAMI Bekasi have been inevitably learning and working from home since February 2020. Such change has caused challenges and opportunities. Hence, the following paper tries to dissect students', lecturers', and campus administrations' perspectives about digital learning and teaching. The method used in the research is qualitative with case study approach, incorporating in-depth interviews and observations. Based on the results, all parties perceived full digital learning and teaching as best decision to cut the pandemic chain, although found it as a challenge and have experienced mental health and technical problems, yet found positive outcomes that lead to education without boundaries. Thus, it is recommended to hold private and group consultations; interactive workshops; local-national-international cooperations to ensure digital learning and teaching in the long run becomes bearable, productive, and beneficial for everyone involved.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman kerajinan tangan UMKM Tikar Amanah dan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang harus dilakukan untuk pemasarannya berdasarkan faktor-faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT dan analisis data Model Miles Huberman Alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam memasarkan kerajinan pembuatan tikar pada UMKM Tikar Amanah plastik amanah yaitu Strategi S-O (Strength-Opportunity) dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM pengrajin dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing produk serta memperkuat jejaring permodalan, promosi, dan pelanggan serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok untuk menjamin kontinyuitas bahan baku. Strategi W-O (Weakness-Opportunity) dengan optimalisasi penggunaan berbagai media dalam meningkatkan promosi dan pemanfaatan fasilitas pemerintah untuk meningkatkan inovasi, permodalan, manajemen produksi, dan pemasaran. Strategi S-T (Strength-Threat) melal ui peningkatkan efisiensi produk dan margin dengan menggunakan saluran distribusi yang pendek serta menjaga kepercayaan konsumen dengan kualitas dan kontinyuitas produk melalui manajemen produksi yang lebih baik. Sedangakan Strategi W-T (Weakness-Threat) adalah dengan meningkatkan inovasi dan promosi produk dengan melihat perkembangan pasar serta meningkatkan alokasi waktu pengrajin serta melakukan pencatatan data produksi dan penguatan dana mandiri. Kata Kunci: Analisis Swot, Kerajinan tangan UMKM, Model Miles Huberman. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know what factors into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of handicraft of Tikar Amanah SMEs and to know what strategy should be done for marketing SMEs Amanah Mat based on the factors of strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. The research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis and data analysis Model Miles Huberman Alternative strategies that can be applied in marketing the handicraft-making mats on SMEs Amanah mandah Amanah that is Strength-Opportunity Strategy by improving the quality of human resources of craftsmen in order to improve the competitiveness of products and strengthen the network of capital, promotion, and customers and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure the continuity of raw materials. W-O (Weakness-Opportunity) Strategy by optimizing the use of various media in enhancing the promotion and utilization of government facilities to improve innovation, capitalization, production management, and marketing. The Strength-Threat Strategy improves product efficiency and margin by using short distribution channels and maintaining consumer confidence with product quality and continuity through improved production management. While the W-T Strategy (Weakness-Threat) is to increase innovation and product promotion by looking at market developments and increasing the time allocation of craftsmen as well as recording production data and strengthening self-fund. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak yang sangat signifikan pada seluruh bidang kehidupan masyarakat. Beberapa upaya dan kebijakan telah dilakukan pemerintah demi mengurangi penyebaran dan menurunkan mobilitas serta mortalitas akibat penyakit Covid-19 ini. Usaha yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah kegiatan vaksinasi Covid-19 secara massal untuk seluruh masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi penyebaran dan penularan penyakit Covid-19 yang disebabkan oleh virus corona. Kegiatan vaksinasi Covid-19  di wilayah sekitar kampus Institut Stiami Bekasi merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan sosialisasi  melalui tahapan-tahapan yang diawali dengan suatu perencanaan, diwujudkan dengan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi sebagai akhir dari rangkaian kegiatan.  Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kesadaran pada warga tentang tujuan vaksinasi dan protokol kesehatan, mendukung program kesehatan dalam menurunkan penyebaran virus Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the how much influence of work professionality and organizational commitment on employee performance in Department of Communication, Information, Statistic and Code of Bekasi City. The Research method used is quantitative research in the form of survey. Samples this research are 97 employee. Methods of data collection using questionaires with likert scale. Conclusion this study : (1) Influence of work professionality on employee performance regression line = - 0, 661 + 0, 804 X1 hypothesis test with t-test result obtained by sig. = 0,000 and tcound =37, 564 > ttable = 1,661 H0 rejec (2) influence of organizational 1,684 + 0,840 X2 Hypothesis test with F-test result obtained by Sig. = 0,000 and Fcound =1045,360 > Ftable = 3,093 H0 reject. Conclusion of the research : (1) work professionality strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (2) organizational commitment strong positive influence and significant on employee performance; (3) work professionality and organizational commitment together strong positive influence and significant on employee performance.

Abstract

Good governance in Indonesia has started to be implemented since the outbreak of the reform era. Good Governance is one of the reform tools that is absolutely applied in a new government. However, if you look at the development of reforms that have been going on for quite a long time, the implementation of good governance in Indonesia cannot be said to be fully successful in accordance with the aspirations of the previous reforms. The occurrence of a national crisis and various problems in Indonesia were partly caused by weaknesses in government management, especially the bureaucracy which did not heed the principles of good governance. As a result, various problems arise, such as the deteriorating quality of service to the community. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 20 applicants who are managers of training institutions and community learning centers (CLC). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of good governance in the Ministry of Education and Culture still has to be improved and this will affect the public services they apply, particularly in 4 aspects namely participation, transparency, responsiveness and equity.

Abstract

Persoalan sampah yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk yang menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah konsumsi dalam masyarakat yang menghasilkan sampah yang tidak sedikit. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat mengakibatkan jumlah sampah semakin bertambah. Besarnya timbulan sampah yang ada sangat erat kaitannya dengan jumlah penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan Analisis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Bank Sampah di RW 007, Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilodong, Kota Depok dalam Pengelolaan Sampah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan Bank Sampah telah membentuk suatu upaya baru dalam hal: Pemungkinan, Penguatan, Perlindungan, Penyokongan dan Pemeliharaan dalam masyarakat. Meningkatnya kesadaran kritis masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan Bank Sampah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan serta mengatasi persoalan sampah yang ada, mengharapkan masyarakat memiliki kesadaran kritis terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya sangatlah diharapkan masyarakat mampu membuat keputusan yang bijak dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangganya. Penyadaran yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dan pengelola Bank Sampah berupa penyadaran tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan dampak yang ditimbulkan jika sampah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan oleh warga tidak dikelola dengan baik. Aspek penguatan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengelola sampah dengan baik serta memberikan kepercayaan diri kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya kontribusi mereka kepada kebersihan lingkungan. Aspek perlindungan dari sisi ekonomi diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh penghasilan lainnya di luar penghasilan utamanya. Tujuan pembangunan masyarakat yang sehat melalui upaya penyokongan sebagai bagian dari tujuan pembangunan yang modernisasi. Pemerliharaan sebagai bagian dari usaha perubahan pemikiran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan yang kondusif dan bersih.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 100 A Tahun 2019 dalam pemberian bantuan biaya pendidikan bagi siswa hafidz qur’an di Kota Bekasi tahun 2019, (2) kendala-kendala yang terjadi, (3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Reduksi Data, Triangulasi Data, dan Kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan sebagai berikut: Belum optimalnya implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 100 A Tahun 2019 dalam Pemberian Bantuan Biaya Pendidikanbagi Siswa Hafidz Qur’an di Kota Bekasi Pada Tahun 2019, hambatan yang terjadi adanya alih tugas pokok dan seksi (tupoksi), siswa tidak mampu belum terdaftar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), dan keterbatasan waktu dalam pemberkasan dan proses seleksi, kurangnya hafalan qur’an pada siswa tahfidz qur’an, belum optimalnya penyerapan pagu anggaran dalam kegiatan pemberian bantuan pendidikan untuk siswa berprestasi dan hafidz qur’an tahun 2019, dan Solusinya antara lain mekanisme perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan pemberian bantuan pendidikan tersebut dari pimpinan/pejabat secara berjenjang sampai kepada implementor, koordinasi antar Dinas Pendidikan dengan Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi terkait pemutakhiran data siswa tidak mampu pada Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), sosialisasi secara berkesinabungan kepada stakeholder terkait, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi melalui UPP yang berada di 12 Kecamatan di Kota Bekasi senantiasa memberikan perhatian dan arahan terhadap madrasah serta memfasilitasi peserta didik agar dapat lebih mudah dalam menghafal qur’an. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the implementation of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 100 A of 2019 in providing tuition assistance for hafidz qur'an students in Bekasi City in 2019, (2) the obstacles that occur, ( 3) solutions to overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques with literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Triangulation, and Conclusions. The results of the discussion are as follows: The implementation of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 100 A Year 2019 has not been optimal in Providing Tuition Fee Assistance for Hafidz Qur'an Students in Bekasi City In 2019, the obstacles that occur are the transfer of main and section tasks (tupoksi), students do not capable of not being registered in the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS), and limited time in the filing and selection process, the lack of memorization of the Qur'an for students who are tahfidz Qur'an, not optimal absorption of the budget ceiling in the provision of educational assistance for outstanding students and hafidz of the Qur'an. in 2019, and the solutions include mechanisms for planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the activities of providing educational assistance from the leadership/officials in stages to the implementor, coordination between the Education Office and the Bekasi City Social Service regarding updating data on underprivileged students in the Integrated Welfare Data. Social (DTKS), socialization of s In a sustainable manner to stakeholders relevant, the Bekasi City Education Office through UPP which is located in 12 sub-districts in Bekasi City always gives attention and direction to madrasas and facilitates students to be able to memorize the Qur'an more easily.

Abstract

The background of this research is the increasing number of stree vendors (PKL) in Bekasi City who are not orderly, causing negativ impacts due to misuse of the functions of public facilities an infrastructure and can reduce cleanliness, beauty, comfort and othe aesthetic factors. This study aims to analyze the performance o members of the Bekasi City SATPOL PP in Controlling Stree Vendors in Bekasi City. The researcher chose to use the wor measurement indicators put forward by Anwar Prabu Mangkunegar in his book entitled Enterprise Human Resource Management which includes 5 indicators. Namely Quality of Work, Quantity of Work Responsibility, Cooperation, and Initiative. This research uses descriptive research type using qualitative methods. The results of th study show that the performance of Bekasi City SATPOL PP members in controlling street vendors is quite good but not optimal because there are still several obstacles found in the implementation o controlling in the form of debates, blockades and intimidation

Abstract

Micro Business or Street Vendors are basically informal sector traders. In general, the Informal Sector are small-scale unofficial business units that produce and distribute goods and services without having a business license and or location permit based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.The purpose of this community service is to provide insight and knowledge about administrative procedures in the process of obtaining business licenses to obtain business legality, both through licensing services at the Mustika Jaya District office, as well as through licensing services at the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service Office ( PMPTSP) Bekasi City and also provided outreach regarding the mechanism and terms of loans that can be made by Pasar Pagi traders to pawnshop city of Bekasi in particular.The method used is conventional counseling or socialization activities, which are carried out face-to-face. The results of this community service indicate an increase in participants' insight and understanding of the mechanisms and requirements for business permits and loans at pawnshop city of Bekasi.
