Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah adalah lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran agama islam yang berfungsi untuk melaksanakan tugas yang utama sebagai seorang muslim. Madrasah diniyah adalah pendidikan keagamaan non-formal yang selama ini terus berjuang membimbing pendidikan agama islam pada masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, dalam upaya memperkuat keimanan dan ketakwaan mereka agar terbentuk mental spiritual yang kokoh dengan tetap memperhatikan perkembangan zaman. Oleh karena itu penelitian menelaah tentang peranan Madrasah Diniyah sebagai pusat pengetahuan agama utama bagi masyarakat pedesaan, khususnya di Dusun Kauman, Desa Kalipare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Madin ternyata menjadi kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat untuk mendidik ajaran-ajaran agama yang paling mendasar seperti masalah keimanan, peribadahan dan akhlakul karimah. Materi-materi dasar pendidikan agama islam ternyata dirasakan sangat penting bagi masyarakat dalam upaya memperkuat mental-spiritual masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda.

Abstract

Seorang guru pada pembelajaran sekolah inklusi sangat berperan untuk membantu tumbuh kembang anak yang inklusif. Asessmen merupakan aspek penting bagi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus guna untuk bisa memilih metode, strategi serta penanganan secara tepat. Maka bagi guru pendamping selayaknya bisa memahami tentang asessmen bagi anak didiknya yang berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberi pemahaman kepada guru - guru inklusi tentang asessmen perilaku anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga sekolah dapat memberikan layanan terbaik secara tepat kepada anak didiknya. Sasaran utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru inklusi di kepanjen Malang. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap guru-guru inklusi dilaksanakan dengan menyelenggarakan seminar serta focus group discuss bersama-sama dengan melibatkan guru-guru serta orang tua anak didik berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have special characteristics and are different from other children. Students who have needs in teaching and learning require ways or methods and strategies as well as specially prepared media.The aims research is to describe a situation, condition and activities of teachers and students with special needs that are housed in the MB3+ Sidotopo Kepanjen, Kab. Malang. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with inquiry uncovering, understanding, examining the contextual meaning of an object based on the participant's point of view from the findings in the field. The result analysis technique is by reducing, presenting and verifying the data. Sources of data were obtained from teachers, students, guardians, documentation and participating in activities at school. The results showed several types of children with special needs including autism, speech delay, deaf, speech impaired, mental retardation with a total of 20 students at the age of 3 years to 15 years. Teaching here uses methods and strategies including communication, assignments, instructions, prompts, cooperation, and creative programs that support the progress of child development.

Abstract

Teacher occupational well-being factors include various components that influence them both from a physical, social, economic, psychological and legal perspective. This research uses a quantitative development instrument which aims to develop an instrument in the form of items and factors/components so that adequate validity results are obtained. We have obtained the results of developing a total of 75 items on the teacher work welfare scale which have been tested on 23 teachers. By using exploratory analysis, valid item results with factor loading > 0.5 were obtained for 38 items with four factors formed from a rotated component matrix with item values ​​of 0.52 (lower) - 0.867 (higher). As a result of these factors, factors were named, namely factor 1 is recognition and satisfaction of professional work with a total of 13 items, factor 2 is self-development skills with a total of 9 items, factor 3 is administrative system support with a total of 9 items, factor 4 is balance of school culture with a total of 7 items. and this development instrument has obtained a reliability of 0.964.
