Abstract

How to actually manage natural resources that provide maximum welfare for the community is an important question that we try to uncover through this research. Management of natural resources, especially forestry in Sidrap Regency is based on the wealth of forest resources which is relatively small compared to other districts in South Sulawesi, which is only 1.8% of the total forest area of ​​South Sulawesi. However, the forest area has an important meaning for the people of Sidrap Regency and the surrounding areas because from an area of ​​188,325 ha, there is a forest area of ​​68,810.8 ha or about 36.5% of the total area. The research locations are villages representing forest conditions in the eastern part (Latimojong Forest Complex) and those representing the western part (Nepo-nepo Forest Complex) Sidrap Regency. The units of analysis in this study are: community groups that are directly involved in forest management activities, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders and environmentalists and community groups that are not directly involved in forest management, namely DPRD members, youth leaders and NGOs. Information was collected through the contemplation process of the community who knew the concepts and practices of forest management expressed by the informants. The review of the economic aspect is seen based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the condition of forest resources and the implementation strategy is carried out using a SWOT analysis. The results of the study reveal that the economic aspect of forest resources is that the forest is managed as a producer of water and environmental services for the economic sustainability of downstream communities in Sidrap Regency. Meanwhile, the management implementation strategy refers to the management of protected forest areas for the main purpose of producing water and other non-timber forest products. Another strategy is to develop cross-district cooperation in the management of forest resources for water production, develop cultural and tudang sipulung conservation programs related to forest function preservation, develop forestry institutions at the local level according to the values ​​that exist in the local community and increase public understanding. on the function of forest water management. Sustainable SDH management in Sidrap Regency needs to apply locality approaches. Restructuring of district forestry institutions should also be pursued in order to create intensive coordination between sectors, especially between the forestry sector and sectors related to water.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengelolaan zakat, optimalisasi zakat dan manajemen zakat pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional di kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif atau memiliki karakteristik dalam halnya melihat keadaan penelitian digunakan yang sewajarnya (natural setting). Pengumpulan data dari informan dengan bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami subyek penelitian, dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiah. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Mamuju. Adapun populasi di Badan Amil Zakat Kabupaten Mamuju berjumlah 13 Orang. Analisis data menunjuk pada kegiatan mengorganisasikan data kedalam susunan-susunan tertentu. Data dari hasil observasi,wawancara serta catatan-catatan lapangan dirangkum ke dalam kategori analisis yang disebut reduksi data. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan optimalisasi zakat dapat lebih menyerukan kepada pemerintah daerah agar dapat mengalokasikan APBD dalam mendanai biaya operasional pengelolaan zakat di Kabupaten Mamuju. Pengelolaan zakat dapat lebih meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan kepada pegawai negeri sipil tentang betapa pentingnya berzakat, serta Manajemen zakat dapat bekerjasama dengan instansi pemerintah yang lain termasuk instansi vertical serta swasta dan juga mengaktifkan unit pengumpul zakat di instansi tersebut. Mengaktifkan kembali pemanfaatan sarana media baik itu media cetak, media elektronik maupun media sosial sebagai sarana publikasi kegiatan di Kabupaten Mamuju serta mengungkapkan hasil laporan pelaksanaan tahunan kepada masyarakat umum secara transparansi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh bukti fisik terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kepedulian, responsif, terpercaya, jaminan kepuasan pelanggan pada Pegadaian cabang Watansoppeng. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory research dan metode survey. Populasi penelitian adalah klien baru yang dilayani Kantor Perum Pegadaian. Watansoppeng selama bulan Juli sampai September tahun 2011. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 100 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan Regresi Linier Berganda, dimana variabel bebas terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), perhatian (X2), tanggung jawab (X3), keandalan (X4), jaminan (X5); variabel terikat kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama dimensi kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan untuk uji t diketahui tingkat signifikan untuk masing-masing variabel yaitu bukti fisik (X1 = 0,658), perhatian (X2 = 0,002), daya tanggap (X3 = 0,338), reliabilitas (X4 = 0,000), dan jaminan (X5 = 1.239 ). Dari hasil tersebut terdapat 2 (dua) variabel yang dapat membuktikan hipotesis kedua yang menunjukkan bahwa bukti fisik dimensi kualitas pelayanan, kepedulian, daya tanggap, keandalan, dan jaminan berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Pegadaian cabang Watansoppeng terhadap variabel kepedulian (X2) dan variabel reliabilitas (X4) serta tiga (3) variabel lainnya yaitu bukti fisik (X1), daya tanggap (X3) dan jaminan (X5) tidak dapat diterima atau tidak benar. Kata Kunci : Nyata, Empati, Responsif, Keandalan, Jaminan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Wajo Regency is the best silk weaving industrial area in South Sulawesi, but the emergence of several competitors for silk fabrics from abroad, and various modern-style fabric products that are variously supplied by wholesalers from outside the South Sulawesi area indirectly affect the movement of market. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial commitment, entrepreneurial competence and competitiveness of the silk industry on the business performance of silk entrepreneurs. The type of research is a quantitative research methodology. The research was conducted on a silk business located in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. A total of 357 samples were obtained using the cluster random sampling technique based on the Krejcie and Morgan tables. Data collection method employing a scale that uses the Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 software's path analysis, it was found that commitment, entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on business performance, commitment has a significant effect on the development of competitiveness, and entrepreneurial competence has not significant effect on the development of competitiveness. The results found that the entrepreneurial competence of silk entrepreneurs was still lacking in developing the competitiveness of the silk business.
