Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the central and regional governments have issued a series of policy packages in handling the disease outbreak. The current pandemic situation has become extraordinary due to several aspects. First, this situation has a long-lasting impact on the health, mental, economic and social conditions of the community. Second, the handling of COVID-19 will not be effective in alleviating the suffering of the affected community, especially for vulnerable individuals (children, elderly, and disabled) if without adequate implementation arrangements. Third, Indonesia has almost no experience in dealing with pandemic situations of this scale. The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is as a form of introducing and providing understanding to the public about policy studies in overcoming COVID-19 problems in vulnerable individuals. The service activity was carried out on Thursday, August 5, 2021 in Adi Rejo Village, East Lampung Regency. This activity took place in the form of socialization and discussion with the community and local village officials. The result of this activity is the achievement of goals and benefits in community service activities. Keywords: Public Policy, COVID-19 Pandemic, Vulnerable Individuals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Transportasi online yang belakangan ini sedang marak di Indonesia menjadi salah satu penyedia jasa transportasi yang mendapat tempat di hati masyarakat. Transportasi yang berbasis online ini mengutamakan pelayanan terbaik bagi penggunanya. Kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh transportasi online diantaranya adalah biaya transportasi yang cenderung murah dan dapat diketahui tarifnya melalui aplikasi, efisiensi waktu tempuh dalam perjalanan, pemesanan transportasi yang mudah dan praktis, serta memberikan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman dalam perjalanan. Masyarakat yang mulai banyak beralih dari pengguna angkutan transportasi konvensional ke transportasi online ini bukan hanya didasari oleh pelayanan yang baik dari transportasi online, akan tetapi timbul akibat ketidaknyamanan masyarakat dalam menggunakan jasa angkutan trasnportasi konvensional yang ada saat ini. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, pelaku transportasi konvensional merasa penghasilannya berkurang karena keberadaan transportasi online. Tak jarang banyak terjadi konflik yang berujung tindakan anarkis diberbagai daerah akibat polemik antara kedua jenis transportasi tersebut. Menanggapi fenomena yang ada, pemerintah mengeluarkan sejumlah regulasi untuk memberikan keadilan antara transportasi konvensional dan transportasi online, tetapi sampai sejauh ini kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah belum dirasa adil bagi kedua jenis transportasi tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Publik, Transportasi Konvensional, Transportasi Online.

Abstract

The village government in carrying out government and administrative services to the community needs to coordinate with the sub-district government. The thing that needs to be coordinated between the Mulyojati Kota Metro Subdistrict Government and the West Metro District Government in administrative services is an orderly administration. This is because there are often paperwork administration files that have received recommendations from the village government after arriving at the sub-district, there are still some that are not orderly and lack of requirements. Based on the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem is: What is the shape of the pattern of coordination and communication of the West Metro Regency government in controlling the implementation of Metro City Mulyojati Village? Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative technique. From the results of the discussions conducted, it can be concluded that: 1) The coordinator's knowledge of village administration issues is quite good, 2) In the implementation of coordination there is the involvement of functionary according to their authority, 3) After coordinating village government control there is a form of agreement which results in all administrative services have to follow the existing SOP. 5) After coordinating the village government administration, there will be an invitation from the coordinating participants if the coordination involves the entire village government.

Abstract

The presence of BPJS Health gives hope to all Indonesian people to overcome health problems. During its implementation, there were many complaints from the public, so there was a need for an evaluation of this program. Public complaints that are often heard are poor hospital services that seem discriminatory, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, difficult registration flows, difficulty getting a room, and also the less friendly attitude of administrators. The aim of this research is to assist the government in solving public service problems at RSUD A. Yani Metro City. This research uses empirical juridical research methods with descriptive, explanatory and prescriptive approaches. Data collection methods consist of literature, documentation, observation and interviews. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis method. The research results show that there are problems related to the BPJS online system services, both in registration and in the referral system. Apart from that, the management of public complaints has not been implemented effectively from the suggestion box which has not been carried out transparently. Other problems also occur with human resources who are lacking in quantity and are less professional in providing services, such as in registration services where officers in providing services seem unfriendly and unfriendly.
