Abstract

ABSTRAK Transformasi penggunaan transportasi konvensional yang bermetamorfosa ke transportasi online merupakan hal yang tidak bisa terhindarkan di era digital. Namun, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi melalui transportasi online menjadi persoalan serius di Indonesia. Seiring bergejolaknya penolakan dari pelaku transportasi konvensional di sejumlah daerah maupun aturan yang membuat membuat pelaku transportasi kovenvensional menjadi merasa tidak mendapat keadilan dalam mencari rejeki. Hal lainnya seperti juga terkait aturan-aturan yang bisa dikatakan belum mencapai maksimal terkait pengimplementasiannya. Pasca putusan Mahkamah Agung RI yang menganulir Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan PM 26 Tahun 2017 tentang Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Orang Dengan Kendaraan Bermotor Umum Tidak Dalam Trayek (PM 26), praktis Indonesia tidak memiliki aturan yang mengatur hubungan dan keselarasan antara transportasi online dengan transportasi konvensional. Pemerintah ada baiknya menghadapi era digital dengan membuat aturan yang tegas sehingga tidak terlihat seperti tidak tegas. Hal itu dilihat dari pembatalan sejumlah pasal dalam Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 26 Tahun 2017 tentang Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Orang dengan Kendaraan Bermotor Umum Tidak Dalam Trayek oleh Mahkamah Agung (MA), hal ini guna menghindari pro kontra. Dengan melihat pro kontra yang terjadi pada masalah transportasi online yang ada di Indonesia saat ini, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi baik dari undang-undang atau aturan resmi yang pemerintah buat, maupun dari ketegasan pemerintah terkait peraturan dan pengimplementasian aturan tersebut. Hal lain yang menarik juga ialah masalah evaluasi dari kinerja pemerintah itu sendiri terkait sosialisasi, pendekatan kepada masayarakat sebagai pekerja transportasi konvensional dan pencegahan kerusuhan dimasa yang akan datang. Sehingga diharapkan dengan majunya teknologi diiringi juga dengan perkembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) baik pemerintah maupun masyaraktnya.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an education policy program that provides opportunities for children with special needs or disabilities to be accessible in regular schools. The problems faced by the Metro City government in carrying out inclusive education are the lack of standardization of facilities and infrastructure in the management of inclusive education in regular schools, limited accessibility for children with special needs in getting education, low understanding of educators in schools regarding children with special needs, and there is no special budget from the Metro City government that supports inclusive education, so that when the implementation of the policy can not be said to be successful, while the Metro City Development Vision is the Realization of an Educated City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that inclusive education has not been implemented optimally because there are still many obstacles and obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, maximum effort is needed in implementing inclusive education with good cooperation and coordination between institutions and policy implementing institutions.

Abstract

Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a group consisting of women or housewives who have a job farming or planting rice. KWT has a noble goal, namely to help the family's economy so that they can prosper economically. The problem with KWT in general is that there are obstacles in terms of product marketing. As happened in Punggur sub-district, Central Lampung Regency, the absence of maximum assistance has become a problem for the people who are members of the KWT. The purpose of this service with the theme of Business Partner Assistance is to help the community, especially KWT Punggr, to be independent and able to make sales in various places of cooperation or partnership so that they can achieve prosperity. The method in this service is to provide assistance to the KWT community. The result of this service is the existence of collaborations formed to partner with KWT. While the conclusion in this service is that it can be said to be running. Because until mid-July 2022 they are still working together/partners.

Abstract

The presence of BPJS Health gives hope to all Indonesian people to overcome health problems. During its implementation, there were many complaints from the public, so there was a need for an evaluation of this program. Public complaints that are often heard are poor hospital services that seem discriminatory, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, difficult registration flows, difficulty getting a room, and also the less friendly attitude of administrators. The aim of this research is to assist the government in solving public service problems at RSUD A. Yani Metro City. This research uses empirical juridical research methods with descriptive, explanatory and prescriptive approaches. Data collection methods consist of literature, documentation, observation and interviews. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis method. The research results show that there are problems related to the BPJS online system services, both in registration and in the referral system. Apart from that, the management of public complaints has not been implemented effectively from the suggestion box which has not been carried out transparently. Other problems also occur with human resources who are lacking in quantity and are less professional in providing services, such as in registration services where officers in providing services seem unfriendly and unfriendly.
