Abstract

Human and Computer Interaction is a multi-disciplinary field of study that focuses on designing computer technology that specifically looks at aspects of interaction between humans and computers. This research is a systematic literature review with the aim of investigating topics raised by Indonesian researchers in the field of Human-Computer Interaction and grouping research articles published based on HCI-Macro and HCI-Micro. This is done so that it is possible to know the impact on the outcomes of the research that has been done. Based on the grouping results obtained, as many as 95% of research articles fall into the HCI-Micro category. From these findings we propose ideas to next researchers to choose research topics in the field of Human and Computer Interaction that are able to have a greater impact in the HCI-Macro category.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Kabupaten Tebo memiliki program pemberian beasiswa Bantuan Mahasiswa Miskin (BMM). Dalam melakukan seleksi calon penerima beasiswa bagian kemahasiswaan mengalami kesulitan karena banyaknya pemohon beasiswa dan kriteria yang di tetapkan oleh Kopertais Wilayah XIII Jambi, Agar penyeleksian benar-benar selektif dan mengurangi subjektivitas serta dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan tepat, maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Beasiswa yang dibangun dengan metode Profile Matching, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net 2008 dan database menggunakan Microsoft Acces 2007. Rancangan sistem dibuat menggunakan alat bantu permodelan berorientasi objek yaitu Use Case, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan Flowchart. Dengan dibangun nya sistem baru ini diharapkan dapat membantu kinerja Bagian Kemahasiswaan sekaligus mempercepat proses seleksi penerimaan beasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Kab. Tebo.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan salah satunya Perguruan tinggi yang dalam proses bisnisnya memerlukan dukungan TI sebagai pemampu dan memudahkan dalam mengolah proses bisnisnya agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Tetapi dalam implementasi TI, instansi perguruan tinggi kurang untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana layanan yang berbasis TI dapat dikontrol untuk mendukung layanan proses-proses bisnis institusi perguruan tinggi, terutama dalam menjaga tingkat ketersediaan (avability) TI. Untuk itu perlu dilakukannya pengukuran terhadap sistem dengan menggunakan maturity model pada COBIT 4.1 khususnya pada ME1 yaitu Pengawasan dan Evaluasi Kinerja . Framework COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology), dapat menyediakan standar dalam kerangka kerja dari sekumpulan proses TI yang merepresentasikan aktivitas secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menilai tingkat kematangan (maturity level), Menilai tingkat kesadaran dan harapan dan Membandingkan tingkat kematangan. Hasil penelitian tentang Management Awarness terlihat bahwa harapan menajemen terhadap kegiatan pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja TI menurut COBIT sangatlah tinggi yang diharapkan untuk diterapkan dipengelolaan perpustakaan STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa yakni berada ditingkat sangat perlu 67,9%, perlu 29,8% untuk diterapkan dan 2,4% tidak perlu untuk diterapkan. Tidak ada satupun responden yang milih sangat tidak perlu 0%. Tingkat perolehan pengelolaan kegiatan 47,6% dikelola oleh bagian TI, 35,7% dikelola oleh bagian lainnya, 16,7% dikelola oleh pihak external.

Abstract

Masadepan.ku platform provides digital-based job training classes; however, the utilization of user data to enhance learning effectiveness remains suboptimal. This study aims to analyze user learning patterns based on completion rates, final scores, and participation across various fields of study. The methods used include pearson correlation analysis and data visualization through dashboards. The findings indicate no significant correlation between final scores and class completion time, with a correlation value of -0.0896. Fields of study with high participation and completion rates include social sciences, which have a participation rate of 99% and a completion rate of 97%, as well as entrepreneurship, with a participation rate of 93% and a completion rate of 95%, followed by religion, law, and administration. Fields of study with low participation and low completion rates include education and others. Additionally, fields of study that also exhibit low participation and low completion rates include technology and accounting. In terms of user satisfaction, the health category recorded the highest average rating of 4.96, indicating a very high level of satisfaction among participants. Meanwhile, the engineering and automotive category registered the lowest average rating of 4.76. Fields of study that require improvement based on low completion rates and low ratings include automation, with a completion rate of 85% and an average rating of 4.79, and tourism, with a completion rate of 83% and an average rating of 4.85, as well as the others, design, technology, and accounting categories.

Abstract

Optimization of US Candy's product distribution was conducted through sales data analysis and visualization. The main challenges identified include less strategic factory locations and high logistics costs. This research used a quantitative approach. The purpose of this analysis is to analyze the distribution pattern. Data visualization was conducted using Power BI to show the results of the analysis that New York is the highest selling city with total sales of $10,945.89, with the leading product being Wonka Bar - Scrumdiddlyumptious ($2,718). The consistent increase in sales trend in the fourth quarter of each year, triggered by celebrations such as Halloween, special promotions, and holidays can be utilized to develop future marketing and product inventory strategies. A distribution optimization strategy is recommended to minimize logistics costs and delivery time, by moving distribution to the Wicked Choccy's factory with a distance of 8237.2 km. Marketing strategies such as discounting best-selling products and bundling system for low-selling products are proposed to improve market competitiveness. The resulting interactive dashboard implementation is expected to assist the company in making more accurate and efficient data-based decisions.
