Abstract

                     Cases of HIV / AIDS in Indonesia are increasing rapidly, free behavior and lifestyles have made this case go fast. This is possible because of the lack of access to information obtained by adolescents relating to HIV-AIDS. The results showed knowledge of HIV and AIDS in adolescents with less categories are still quite large, which is 48.9 percent.The aim of community service is to Increase the knowledge of adolescents about HIV / AIDS in SMA The working area of the Sukawati I Gianyar Health Center, with the education method through small group discussions. (70.7%) and 29.3% level of knowledge is good and after being educated the level of knowledge of adolescents mostly becomes good (90%). The analysis showed that there were differences from 75 teenagers who had better knowledge than before, and there were differences in scores between pre-test and post-test with a value (z) of -7,588a. Wilcoxon test results of knowledge of adolescents found a significant value (p) of 0,000 can be concluded that education on HIV AIDS prevention is effective through small group discussions on adolescents. Keywords: Education, HIV / AIDS, Small Group Discussion

Abstract

Knowledge is thoughts, understandings, ideas, concepts to make decisions and solve problems. Good knowledge will form a favorable attitude. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the COVID-19 pandemic in the UPT. Kesmas Ubud I,Gianyar. This research is correlational with cross sectional approach using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all pregnant women who used WhatsApp totaling 65 pregnant women with a sample size of 47 samples. Data in the form of primary data, namely the identity of pregnant women, knowledge of COVID-19 and attitudes of pregnant women towards COVID-19 by filling out an online questionnaire. The results showed that 44 pregnant women (93.6%) had a good level of knowledge and 42 pregnant women (89.4%) had favorable attitudes. Bivariate analysis with Spearman rank test obtained p (0.001) alpha (0.05), there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of pregnant women about the COVID-19 pandemic in the UPT. Kesmas Ubud I, Gianyar. Researchers hope that health workers provide education to pregnant women with a sufficient level of knowledge about COVID-19.

Abstract

The lack of preparedness of pregnant women and their families in dealing with disasters is one of the causes of delays in making decisions when facing disasters, especially the eruption of Mount Agung. Factors that affect preparedness include education levels and family income. This study aims to determine the association between education level and family income with the preparedness of pregnant women and families to face the eruption of Mount Agung in the working area of the Selat Public Health Center. The research method in this study was quantitative with a correlational analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of as many as 64 people. Collecting data using primary data with a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that most of the pregnant women with a junior high school education level, namely 21 people (32.8%), the family income of pregnant women was almost balanced with an income of IDR 2,500,000, i.e. as many as 35 families (54.7%), and Most of the preparedness of pregnant women to face the eruption of Mount Agung was in the moderate category, namely 24 people (37.5%). The results of the Spearman test show that the level of education (p value = 0.000) (α = 0.05) and family income (p value = 0.058) ( = 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant association between the level of education and the preparedness of pregnant women facing the eruption of Mount Agung, but there is no significant association between family income and the preparedness of pregnant women facing the eruption of Mount Agung in the Working Area of the Selat Public Health Center.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a gynecological complaint due to an imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood, causing pain. Adolescent girls who experience menarche have some disturbances of cramps, pain and discomfort associated with menstruation which is called dysmenorrhea and most adolescents experience varying levels of cramps, pain due to an imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood resulting in pain. One of the factors that cause dysmenorrhea is stress which can interfere with the work of the endocrine system, so that it can cause irregular menstruation and cause pain during menstruation. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure at points SP 8 and SP 10 on the pain intensity of -adolescents who experience dysmenorrhea at the Department of Nursing, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Denpasar in 2022. This type of research was pre-experimental with a pre-post-test design in one group (one group pre-test). -post test design) using purposive sampling technique. The total population in the study was 43 people. The number of samples is 39 people. Data was collected using the NRS measurement sheet. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in the dysmenorrhea pain scale after being given acupressure at the SP 8 and SP 10 points with p-value = 0.000 (0.05), this means that Ha is accepted so that there is an influence of SP 8 and SP 10 acupressure points on the pain intensity of adolescents with dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of acupuncture and cupping in reducing the intensity of pain in OA clients. This research was conducted with quasy design experiment, equivalent pre and post test control group. The study was conducted in Latu Usada With acupuncture and cupping until each 32.The pain metode use numeric scale pain. Results Showed a mean age of 64 years subject OA clients, the majority of men with primary education with the largest job as a farmer. OA pain mostly occurred in the waist and knees with a distribution of 40.6% and 43.8%. 4 pain scale before the intervention, after the intervention, after the intervention of the subject acupuncture pain scale pd 2, while the subject of cupping 3. The results of the analysis found that Acupuncture and Cupping were able to reduce pain significantly respectively p= 0.00 (p 0.05. ). Results of the analysis of different test found that acupuncture is more effective in reducing pain in clients with OA with p= 0.00 ( 0.05 ). CI 95% ( 0431-1256 ). Cupping and acupuncture can produce substance that can reduce pain through the mechanism of the HPA axis and gate control system. Using Acupuncture is better as it can directly reach the target more quickly.
