Abstract

Background: Covid-19 pandemic has been attacking for more than a year. And since then, the pandemic not only attacked public health, but also attacked the economic sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the backbone of the economy are the most affected parties. One of the reasons is that the offline sales and marketing channels. The members of the East Java IKM Forum (FIJ) Bojonegoro Branch also face this problem. MSMEs as a 60% contributor of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), have a very important role in economic recovery. Support for this industry is not only the obligation of the government, but also the obligation of various parties such as the higher education institution. Objective: This community service aims to help the members of FIJ Bojonegoro Branch to transform into a digital ecosystem. Digitalization is not only in marketing, but also in financial reporting. Methods: Implementation of activities in 3 (three) stages, planning stage, implementation stage in the form of training and mentoring and evaluation stage. Results: This activity has encouraged 100% training participants to transform into a digital ecosystem and also helps MSME owners in optimizing the use of financial transactions applications and the use of marketing applications. Conclusion: MSME digitalization training and assistance is very useful in helping business owners evaluate business financial performance and carry out effective promotions, attracting attention and helping to bring products closer to customers.

Abstract

A blockchain is a revolutionary system that connects computer networks in a decentralized and distributed manner. Blockchain allows the process of current transactions to be peer-to-peer (P2P) without relying on a single server. Once entered, information can never be erased. The blockchain contains a certain and verifiable record of every single transaction ever made. This study evaluated the development of research publications in the implementation process and future trend of Blockchain Technology. The aim of this study is to assist researchers in creating a theoretical framework and to provide a preliminary source of references in research mapping in this field. All research publications related to the implementation and future trend of Blockchain Technology in the Scopus database were analyzed using several bibliometric indicators. The authorship, number of citations, journal sources, publishers, institutions, and countries, year of publication, categories, and author keywords were examined.

Abstract

These recent years Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) undergo a digital transformation in expanding their market reach. Digitalization is applied to all operational activities so that this can be achieved. Digitalization was also carried out by the members of the East Java IKM Forum (FIJ) Bojonegoro Branch. This community service activity, in the form of training and mentoring, aims to expand sales channels through digital marketing and improve business financial management. The number of participants in this community service activity is 25 business actors who are members of FIJ Bojonegoro Branch. Digital marketing optimization is carried out through the implementation of Product Detail Pages. Detailed product information helps business owners to display their products optimally through marketplace applications. In addition, an understanding of financial performance through the preparation of profit and loss statements helps business actors to easily manage working capital so that businesses develop a success. The training activities were delivered in the form of lectures and focus group discussions methods. Meanwhile, mentoring activities are carried out through optimizing product display and preparing financial reports practices. Data were obtained through pre and post-test, question and answer session, and questionnaire survey. The results of the activity show that there was an increase in the skills and knowledge of participants in the field of digital marketing and financial management.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) was just formally established in Indonesia by Limited Liability Companies Law Number 40 of 2007. The fundamental principles of CSR, on the other hand, are not new and can be interpreted through Indonesian local wisdom. The purpose of this research is to determine the concept and practice of CSR based on local wisdom that exists in Indonesia. This research can provide a comprehensive understanding in developing CSR strategies that have a positive impact on society and the environment, as well as maintaining the sustainability of the relationship between companies and local communities. To achieve its goals, this study reviewed 20 CSR articles based on local wisdom with an Indonesian background. To find relevant articles, this study evaluates the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. This research focuses on the concept of CSR and its implementation in various Indonesian local cultures. According to the findings, CSR planning, implementation, and evaluation that considers local wisdom can lead to a sustainable CSR program. This research will also help future researchers conduct CSR research based on local wisdom by filling identified research gaps.

Abstract

Effective management of cash flow is an essential element in sustaining and expanding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Inadequate financial recording and minimal digital financial literacy contribute to the challenges faced by many MSMEs in Indonesia in managing their cash flow. This program explores the capacity of QR Code technology, specifically the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), to improve the management of cash flow in MSMEs. The objective of the study was to adopt QRIS as a digital payment system in order to enhance cash flow efficiency. A training and mentorship program was carried out for 30 MSMEs associated with the East Java IKM Forum. The program followed a five-stage approach, which included planning, execution, evaluation, feedback, and sustainability program. The findings demonstrate a notable enhancement in the digital financial literacy of the participants after the session. The integration of QRIS into the daily operations of MSMEs facilitated more efficient cash flow management and expanded consumer outreach. The implementation of QRIS technology shown its efficacy in enabling financial monitoring and broadening commercial prospects for MSMEs.

Abstract

Background: The role of an entrepreneur's internal dispositions and external support mechanisms in influencing self-efficacy remains a subject of keen interest. The Bojonegoro region, with its unique entrepreneurial landscape, provides a rich context for such exploration. Objective: To unravel the intricate relationships which shape an entrepreneur's self-efficacy, focusing primarily on the contributions of Learning Goal Orientation (LGO) and Mentoring Function (MF). Method: A questionnaire-based approach was employed targeting 30 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bojonegoro, using the purposive sampling method. The gathered data was meticulously analyzed using SPSS's 25th edition under multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Findings highlighted the significant positive effect of LGO on Entrepreneur Self-Efficacy. While MF alone did not directly influence self-efficacy, its combined effect with LGO showcased a synergistic positive impact. Conclusion: The research underscores the importance of both an entrepreneur's learning mindset and effective mentoring in shaping self-efficacy. Emphasizing these factors can offer a  more holistic approach to entrepreneurial training and development programs, especially in regions akin to Bojonegoro. Abstract

Background: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economic landscape of a nation. A combination of support from multiple stakeholders can enhance the capacity of MSMEs to effectively fulfill their role. MSMEs have the potential to foster growth not only within local communities but also on a global scale. The ability of the firm's owner to analyze financial statements and build a comprehensive company profile may facilitate the start of internationalization efforts. Objective: The primary objective of this community service initiative is to enhance the knowledge and competencies of business owners in the areas of financial statement analysis and company profile preparation. Method: The training activities are conducted utilizing the pedagogical approach of lectures and interactive focus group discussions. Mentoring activities encompass practical exercises such as the analysis of financial reports and the preparation of business profiles. The data collection process involved the execution of pre-test and post-test, questions and answers, and the completion of activity evaluations by participants. Results: According to the findings, participants' knowledge and skills in assessing financial reports and developing business profiles improved. Conclusion: Financial statement analysis and the creation of company profiles are critical components that cannot be overlooked for MSMEs seeking to compete globally. Financial statement analysis is the fundamental instrument for making informed business decisions, whereas company profiles are visual representations and pictures that help a company develop a strong identity in the global market.

Abstract

Limbah sekam padi merupakan hasil samping pertanian yang melimpah namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal di Desa Leran Kulon, Kecamatan Palang, Kabupaten Tuban. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan limbah sekam padi menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis, seperti briket, sebagai solusi energi alternatif sekaligus sumber pendapatan tambahan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dilengkapi dengan edukasi pencatatan keuangan sederhana dan strategi pemasaran produk. Kegiatan berlangsung selama tiga hari dengan melibatkan 25 peserta dari kalangan petani di Desa Leran Kulon. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, umpan balik, dan keberlanjutan program. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara partisipatif, di mana peserta terlibat langsung dalam seluruh proses produksi dan diskusi terbuka. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap pemanfaatan sekam dan pengelolaan keuangan setelah mengikuti sesi pelatihan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah pertanian tidak hanya berdampak positif bagi lingkungan, tetapi juga bisa menjadi peluang ekonomi baru bagi masyarakat desa.
