Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan skala likert, penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling sebanyak 50 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda, korelasi, uji F dan uji t. Dari uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh Y= 3.881 + 0,251X1 + 0,465X2 Besarnya koefisien korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,791 ; hal ini berarti menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara variabel daya tanggap dan kehandalan terhadap kepuasan konsumen CV. Keluarga Mandiri Lamongan. Berdasarkan uji F diketahui Fhitung  : 39.208 dan Ftabel : 3,20; maka Fhitung>Ftabel , maka variabel daya tanggap dan kehandalan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 2,435 dan ttabel sebesar 2,012 (thitung>ttabel) untuk variabel daya tanggap dan hasil uji t diketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 3,969 dan t tabel sebesar 2,012 (thitung>ttabel) untuk variabel kehandalan. Dari hasil penelitian tentang analisis pengaruh pelayanan jasa instalatir listrik terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada biro jasa CV. Keluarga Mandiri Lamongan, hasilnya adalah variabel daya tanggap dan kehandalan berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kehandalan berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kosumen pada CV. Keluarga Mandiri Lamongan.  Kata kunci : Kepuasan Konsumen dan Pelayanan Jasa

Abstract

The Jatirejo village government during the Covd-19 pandemic sees the need for soft skills and e-commerce development activities that are intended primarily for residents/communities. This is considered very useful in increasing the income of the people in Jatirejo village during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this activity, the village government held training for people who have businesses and people who are unemployed as a result of the impact of the pandemic in hamlets such as Topeng Hamlet, Kemendung Hamlet, Karangpilang Hamlet and Tambakjurit Hamlet.The purpose of this study was to determine whether soft skills and E-Commerce, either partially or simultaneously, had an effect on increasing income during the Covid 19 pandemic in the women's business group in Jatirejo Village. In this research, quantitative descriptive method is used by looking at the impact of the activities that have been carried out on increasing income. This activity was started first with observations and interviews, then continued with multiple linear regression testing, Partial Hypothesis (t-test) and Simultaneous Hypothesis (F-Test) using the SPSS tool.The results of this study obtained Multiple Linear Regression test Y = 8.702 + 0.241X1 +0.732X2 , Partial Hypothesis Test t obtained t value (soft skill) 2.105; the value of t arithmetic (E-Commerce) 4.271 is greater than the value of t table 2.032 with = 0.05. significance value 0.000 0.05, the results of the Simultaneous Hypothesis test obtained Fcount 33.351 F table 3.28 with = 0.05. significance value 0.000 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.From the results of this study, it can be concluded that soft skills and E-Commerce, both partially and simultaneously, have an effect on increasing income during the Covid 19 pandemic in the Jatirejo Village women's business group and the most dominant influencing variable is E-Commerce.

Abstract

Desa Sarirejo merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Sarirejo Kabupaten Lamongan. Desa Sarirejo merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kecamatan Sarirejo yang Masyarakat khususnya Perempuan sebagian besar merupakan ibu rumah tangga petani. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pelatihan ini untuk membentuk wirausaha baru di bidang karya kerajianan tangan yang akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya perempuan di Desa Sarirejo. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi dalam pelaksanaannya. Dalam pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap kegiatan Tahap pertama dengan mealkukan persiapan pra kegiatan dan tahap kedua melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi terkait kegiatan tahap ke tiga pelaksanaan pelatihan dan tahap terakhir melakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Harapan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan peran wanita dalam berwirausaha dengan skill yang sederhanan dan dengan biaya yang minim yang pada akhirnya skill yang didapat mampu memberikan dampak dalam meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga.

Abstract

BUMDes is an opportunity for the village to build itself as a locomotive of prosperity for itself. Evidently, since the Village Fund was disbursed, thousands of villages have produced BUMDes with brilliant achievements, not only being able to create high rupiah profits but also being able to solve various social problems themselves. In order for BUMDes to be able to develop and build their welfare, it is necessary to specifically design BUMDes training that will provide understanding and ability for village officials and BUMDes administrators to form, manage and develop their BUMDes into BUMDes that are able to give birth to social benefits as well as profit-generating business units. BUMDes training materials combine an understanding of the philosophy of BUMDes, understanding of BUMDes with all its scope, roles and responsibilities of village governments, BUMDes and BPD administrators to how BUMDes are able to analyze the potential of their villages through special analysis techniques. Thus, it is hoped that from this training activity, BUMDes Jati Makmur, Jatirejo Village, is able to exist and always develop activities well.

Abstract

There are three PNPM-MPd programs in Turi Subdistrict namely the first in physical form where this assistance focuses on the development of both infrastructure and facilities that can have an impact to facilitate the community in carrying out activities that support economic activities in the area and in activities this community will be accompanied by technical facilitators. Whereas the second activity is in the form of training in which the proposed community or group will be trained to form a productive group which can later form an independent business group and is expected to have a positive impact on improving the economy for this activity. the third is in the form of savings and loans which in this activity people will become partners with UPK (Activity Management Unit) this activity is a special savings and loan group of women formed from a group of women who have businesses both livestock business, design and craft they form the group and applying for a loan at UPK aim to improve and develop the business that is run. the objectives in this study include: to determine the effect of partially the UPK revolving fund program and the workforce on increasing the income of KUWA in Bambang Village, Turi Lamongan Subdistrict, to determine the simultaneous effect of UPK revolving fund program and workforce on increasing KUWA income in Bambang Village Turi Lamongan Subdistrict and to find out which variable has the most dominant influence on the increase of KUWA income in Bambang Village, Turi Lamongan District. From the results of the study there are the results of the regression coefficients of each independent variable, namely the revolving fund program (X1) = 0.449 and Labor (X2) = 0.004, so it can be concluded that the most dominant factors affecting income increase (Y) are factors of the Revolving Fund Program by UPK (X1).

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengembangkan potensi ekonomi Desa Sukosari melalui pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Metode pengabdian ini melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat desa, stakeholder lokal, dan lembaga terkait dalam mendukung pembentukan serta peningkatan kualitas UMKM.Langkah pertama melibatkan analisis potensi dan kebutuhan desa, dengan fokus pada sumber daya manusia, kekayaan alam, dan kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Setelah itu, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM dalam hal manajemen usaha, pemasaran, teknik produksi, dan aspek keuangan. Penekanan khusus diberikan pada penerapan teknologi sederhana untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi serta pemasaran produk UMKM. Selain itu, kerjasama dengan pihak terkait seperti lembaga keuangan, pemerintah daerah, dan lembaga pendidikan diadakan untuk mendukung UMKM dalam akses permodalan, sertifikasi produk, dan promosi. Evaluasi berkala dilakukan untuk memonitor perkembangan UMKM yang didirikan serta dampaknya terhadap perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sukosari.Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, pengurangan angka pengangguran, serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup melalui penguatan ekonomi lokal. Selain itu, penyebaran praktik baik dari pengalaman ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan potensi ekonomi di desa-desa lainnya.
