Abstract

Human resources is one of the important factors in a company. This research to analyze and find out how much Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Internal Communication on Employee Performance. The sampling technique used was field research using incidental samples. The sample of this study was 43 employees working at PT. Jayabrix Indonesia Lamongan who then made respondents and filled out questionnaire sheets that have been provided by the author. The results showed based on the F test stating that there was an influence of Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Internal Communication simultaneously on employee performance of 35,230, t test stated that the Transformational Leadership variable was 2,054 Transactional Leadership was 2,500 and Internal Communication was 4,382 which was the dominant variable influencing Employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen that the R2 value is 72%, meaning that Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Internal Communication to Employee Performance is 72%, the remaining 28% is influenced by other factors outside this research variable.

Abstract

The research is determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, competence and motivation on employee performance at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. The population in this study are employees at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the sample population were all employees of cooperatives totaling 30 people, sampling techniques is the saturation sampling because the entire population is used as a sample and also less than 30 people.To obtain the necessary data the authors used data collection techniques such as interviews and questionnaires, techniqueanalysis used in this research is descriptive method. From the discussion concluded that KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan is a savings and credit cooperatives in which variable competence and work motivation are effected significsnt partially on the performance of employees in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the leadership and organizational culture are not effected significant partially on performance employeer of at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. So the contribution of variable influence leadership competencies organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan amounted to 78.4%, while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables that not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, location, services, and security services in KUD "Tani Mulyo" Karanglangit Lamongan. Calculation of SPSS 22.00 for Windows available Multiple linear regression analysis, namely: = 5.895 + 0.190 (X1) + 0.131 (X2) + 0.114 (X3) + 0.143 (X4) + 0.117 (X4). Based on the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) note that the contribution of independent variables are beliefs (X1), the location (X2), services (X3), services (X4), Security (X5) customer loyalty (Y) amounted to 80.1%. based on the results of simultaneous calculations using test F test obtained F count of 22.580, while the significant level α = 0.05 Ftable value of 2.38, so assuming obtained F count> F table with probability (Sig.) of 0.000 <0.05 , it is obtained assuming that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, jadivariabel smoking has a significant effect on loyalty konsumen.Sedangkan testing on the real rate of 5% partially shows that the confidence variable (X1) indicates tcount> ttable that is equal to 5.716> at 2.021. For variable location (X2) indicates Tcount> ttable 3.450> 2.021. Services for the variable (X3) indicates tcount> ttable that is equal to 3.320> 2.021. For variable services (X4) shows tcount> ttable amounted to 3.339> 2.021. while for the security variable (X5) indicates tcount> ttable amounted to 2.238> 2.021. Based on these effects can be deduced that the variables of trust (X1) has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty (Y) for the greatest obtained t 5.716.

Abstract

Human resources are important in a company Therefore, it is necessary to have good human resource management to support the achievement of the objectives of the company by implementing Total Quality Management and Procedural Fairness to employees. This research to determine and analyze how much Total Quality Management and Procedural Fairness on Employee Performance. The sampling technique used is field research using saturated samples. The samples of this study were 34 samples, employees who worked at PT. Lamongan Gas Lestari Lamongan Regency which then becomes the respondent and fills in the questionnaire provided by the author. Based on questionnaire data that has been processed with the help of the SPSS 23.0 application and has been tested for validity and reliability, it can be stated that all of the data is valid and reliable. Then based on the results of the study show based on the F test states that there is an effect of Total Quality Management, Procedural Justice simultaneously on employee performance of 30,660, t test stated that the variable Total Quality Management of 2.952 and Procedural Justice of 3.420 is the dominant variable in influencing employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test it can be seen that the R2 value of 66.4 means that the influence of Total Quality Management, Procedural Justice and employee performance is 66.4%, the remaining 33.6% is influenced by other factors outside this research variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Work environment, work stress and workload on the performance of PT. Forisa Nusapersada Lamongan employees. The hypothesis proposed in this study are: a). Work environment influences the performance of PT Forisa Nusapersada Lamongan employees. b). Job stress affects the performance of PT Forisa Nusapersada Lamongan employees. c). Workload affects the performance of PT Forisa Nusapersada Lamongan employees.The population in this study were all employees who were in PT Forisa Nusapersada Lamongan as many as 97 people. The sample used was 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was to use the "saturated sampling" method. Saturated sampling method is a sample determination technique if all members of the population are used as samples. Data was obtained through primary data by distributing questionnaires to be responded to and secondary data through some data obtained from PT Forisa Nusapersada Lamongan.The statistical method used is the Data Quality Test (Test Validity and Reliability), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollonierity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test), Model Feasibility Test (F Test and Detremination Coefficient Test) and Testing Hypothesis (t test).The test results show that both partially and simultaneously, Work environment variabels have a significant effect on employee performance, work stress variabels have a significant effect on employee performance and workload variabels have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Land in society has a close relationship with one's prosperity. This can be seen from the number of land disputes that have long been a social reality in society. The issue of land law is a problem that is often faced by the people of Indonesia, including the people in Ngayung Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. The process of proving land ownership which will go through the issuance of land certificates is an important thing to strive for in order to minimize the emergence of a land dispute problem. Therefore, the Lecture Group (KKN) team has collaborate with several communities held consultations on land law issues and how to solve them for the community. By inviting legal consultants who aim to explain various kinds of problems and open up opportunities for assistance for Ngayung Village residents who are facing problems related to land law and its structure.

Abstract

The implementation of this service is carried out at the Rohmatul Ummah Karanganom Karangbinangun Lamongan Islamic High School on March 1-30 2023, which aims to assist Madrasah in structuring madrasah financial management by making simple financial reporting (Excel) in financial reporting and carrying out assistance in carrying out recording of financial receipts and expenditures by using simple computerized reporting, it is hoped that the preparation of financial reports can be accurate and timely and accountable, in order to support the arrangement of adequate and transparent madrasah financial management. The method used is to form Focus Group Discussions (FGD), outreach and training related to effective financial management and the application of technology-based financial management. The results obtained in this service are the procurement of computerized technology-based programs (excel programs). The results of this service are able to improve the ability of Madrasah/partners to manage finances effectively. Madrasah / Partners can apply the concept of financial reporting and can prepare financial reports that are accountable and timely according to their needs. Keywords: Financial Management, Record keeping and bookkeeping ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pengabdian ini dilakukan di MA Rohmatul Ummah Karanganom Karangbinangun Lamongan pada 1-30 Maret 2023, yang bertujuan untuk membantu Madrasah dalam penataan pengelolaan keuangan madrasah dengan cara membuatkan pelaporan keuangan sederhana (Excel) dalam pelaporan keuangan dan melaksanakan pemdampingan dalam melaksanakan pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan dengan menggunakan pelaporan sederhana dengan komputerisasi, yang diharapkan penyusunan laporan keuangan bisa akurat dan tepat waktu serta akuntabel , guna mendukung penataan pengelolaan keuangan madrasah yang memadai dan transparan Metode yang digunakan adalah membentuk Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang bagus dan pengaplikasian pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi. Hasil yang didapatkan pada pengabdian ini adalah pengadaan program berbasis teknologi komputerisasi (program excel). Hasil dari pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan Madrasah/mitra dalam mengelola keuangan yang efektif. Madrasah /Mitra dapat menerapkan konsep pelaporan keuangan serta dapat Menyusun laporan keuangan yang akuntabel dan tepat waktu sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pencatatan dan pembukuan
