Abstract

This research was carried out to get estimation of how far the quality of credit selling system and procedure, the internal control system of credit selling, credit management, and how far the internal control of credit selling has influence toward credit quality raising and minimize stuck claim. The outcome of this research indicates that generally the implementation of credit selling system and procedure has gone smoothly. This matter can be observed from the existence of duty and authority at each departement in line with job description, the internal control practice of credit selling focused at the organization, procedure, and recording, as well as from healty practices. It can be detected on gradually and incessantly process from credit submission up to the submission approved. Keywords: Internal Control; Credit.

Abstract

memperoleh sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 sejak tahun 2010. Sebagai persiapan untuk melakukan sertifikasi ulang, perlu dilakukan audit internal tentang kesesuaian kondisi saat ini dengan standar manajemen kualitas ISO 9001:2008. Berdasarkan check list terhadap  49 buah item dari Klausul 4, Klausul 5, Klausul 6 , Klausul 7 , dan Klausul 8, ditemukan 39 klausul dengan status evaluasi ya (berarti sudah diimplementasikan di dalam perusahaan, sudah disosialisasikan dan dokumen sudah sesuai dengan standar) dan 12 klausul dengan status evaluasi belum (sudah diimplementasikan di dalam perusahaan, sudah disosialisasikan tetapi dokumen belum sesuai/belum ada). Setelah dilakukan analisa terhadap penyebab ketidak sesuaian, diusulkan tindakan perbaikan untuk terhadap 12 klausul dengan status evaluasi belum.   Kata kunci : sistem manajemen mutu, sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008, audit internal ABSTRACT PT. X which is engaged in transport and forwarder has obtained ISO 9001: 2008 since 2010. In preparation for recertification, internal audit needs to be done to check the suitability of the current conditions with the quality management standard ISO 9001: 2008. Based on the check list of the 49 items of Clause 4, Clause 5, Clause 6, Clause 7 and Clause 8, it was found 39 clauses with the evaluation status yes (meaning already implemented in the company, has been socialized and  documents meet the standard) and 12 clauses with evaluation status not yet (already implemented in the company, has been socialized, but the document does not meet the standard/does not exist). After analyzing the causes of discrepancies, the remedial action for 12 clause with the evaluation  status  not yet was proposed. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan MC menggunakan Model SIUUL. Teknik berbicara menggunakan Model SIUUL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi untuk belajar menjadi MC. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan termasuk pemantauan lapangan, survei dan wawancara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik berbicara adalah Teknik yang menyangkut cara dan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengutarakan pendapat, pikaran, dan perasaannya melalui kata-kata yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan, sehingga hal-hal yang diucapkan dapat dimengerti oleh lawan bicara. Teknik berbicara yang digunakan sebagai MC yakni intonasi, artikulasi yang jelas, gesture tubuh, pemilihan kata yang tepat atau diksi dan kalimat yang efektif, seperti menyampaikan pesan secara singkat dan mudah diterima. Penelitian ini di implementasikan kepada mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi di Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September sampai Desember 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari gaya bicara yang jelas, lugas, dan mudah dipahami. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat menyampaikan artikulasi dengan baik dan dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara khususnya pengembangan menjadi MC. Kata kunci : Model SIUUL, Teknik berbicara, MC.Abstract The purpose of this study is to improve MC skills using SIUUL Model. Speaking skills using SiUUL model can improve the ability of students of the Accounting study program to learn to be MC. Data collection methods used include field surveillance, surveys and interviews. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Speaking techniques are techniques that involve the way and ability of a person to express his opinions, thoughts, and feelings through good and true words in accordance with the norms of language, so that the things spoken can be understood by the speaker. The speaking techniques used as a MC are intonation, clear articulation, body gestures, choice of correct words or dictionaries and effective sentences, such as delivering a message briefly and easily accepted. This research was implemented to students of the Accounting study program at Panca Sakti Bekasi University. The research was conducted from September to December 2023. The results of this study can be seen from a clear, straightforward, and easy-to-understand speech style. So students can communicate articulation well and can develop speaking skills in particular development into MC.Keywords : SIUUL Model, Speaking Technique, MC.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze: 1)Placement 2)Competence; 3)Employee Work Motivation; and 4)The Influence of Placement and Competence on Employee Work Motivation at UPTD Road and Bridge Management Service Area II of the West Java Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this study is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, with the unit of analysis being the employees of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat Azzakiyyah Bandung, with a sample size of 31 people. The type of investigation is causal, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that the placement of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah employees is still not appropriate, the competencies of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat employees can generally be said to still be inadequate, and the work motivation of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat employees is currently rated as good. Employee placement and competencies simultaneously and partially affect the work motivation of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat employees. However, partially, Placement predominantly affects the work motivation of employees more than competence. Since placement more dominantly influences the work motivation of employees, it becomes the first priority in improving their work motivation. Therefore, the PTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat is advised to consistently manage employee placements according to their abilities, so that they can work more professionally.

Abstract

The reliability of the power transformer depends on the performance of the its bushing. Transformer bushings subjected to hot conditions or high temperatures for a long period of time can cause bushing failure. Bushing failure can result the damage such as bursting of the conservator tank, explosion and fire. The purpose of this study was to determine the temperature hot spot on the transformer bushing at the Unit II Pekalongan Substation (GI) in order to avoid the damage of transformer. The method that used to analyze the hot spot temperature on the transformer bushing is the finite element. The finite element method is carried out by dividing the bushing parts into small elements to be calculated so that the hot spot temperature value on the transformer bushing is obtained. The result of the highest hot spot temperature on the transformer bushing which were carried out four times using the finite element method is . Based on the IEEE standard, the hot spot temperature of transformer bushing can’t be more than . This result showed that transformer bushng of Unit II Pekalongan Substation are still in the normal category.

Abstract

This study aims to make a product in the form of a webtoon-based e-module on business and energy materials that have been tested for feasibility, effectiveness and implementation in order to be able to improve students' critical thinking skills. This form of assessment is R & D (research and development), using the ADDIE development model, namely: 1) initial needs analysis to determine student needs; 2) initial media design and making research instruments; 3) e-module development using Gacha Life and Pinterest applications, as well as validation of material experts and media experts; 4) a small-scale limited test on 22 students of class X; 5) evaluation by users are students, subject teachers and the critical thinking index used. The critical thinking index used is: analysis, interpretation, inference and evaluation. The instruments used in this study were media validation questionnaires, material validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The results of the description of input from media experts and webtoon-based e-module material experts deserve to be used as a new alternative for physics learning tools. Based on the feasibility assessment from media experts, a score of 3.28 was obtained in the "very good" category and material experts obtained a score of 3.1 in the "good" category. The results of the small-scale test assessment for 22 students obtained an average point of increasing students' critical thinking skills as much as 0.59 including in the "medium" category. As a result, it can be concluded that webtoon-based e-modules can improve students' critical thinking skills. This webtoon-based physics e-module can be used as an alternative source in physics learning so that learning becomes more interesting.
