Abstract

Differential costs are differences in costs or different costs in several alternative choices. Differential costs involve information that will come and differ between alternatives to be chosen and unique. Differential costs are always related to alternatives that are being considered for selection, Always relevant to alternative decision choices Better benefits Differential costs only cover different costs under certain conditions. If decision making is related to the utilization of production capacity, an understanding of the behavior of costs in relation to changes in the volume of activities is very important to be able to form differential costs that will be used as the basis for selecting alternative actions. The purpose of this study is to analyze differential costs in relation to decision making in accepting special orders. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method. The results of the study indicate that the company has been able to analyze differential costs in making decisions to receive special orders. companies should always apply differential cost analysis in order to be able to make informed decisions on available alternative options. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi, motivasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan penyajian hasil penelitian dalam bentuk angka-angka atau statistik, guna menguji hipotesis. subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 pegawai, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, alat yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengujian variabel kompetensi, motivasi dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel pengembangan karir. Dan dari hasil peran mediasi menunjukkan bahwa peran Pengembangan karir sebagai mediasi terbukti mempengaruhi Kompetensi terhadap kinerja, tetapi peran Pengembangan karir tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Technology and education have long been collaboratively combined in a range of ways to provide complementary sources of language learning on a variety of topics. Technology exists and has been day by day upgraded to harmonizing with the demands of society especially education system. In fact, the presence of technology has had a tremendous impact on aspects of our lives. Considering the existence of technology in education, this research is designed to investigate how effective picture use and online technology as a learning medium in boosting students’ mastery of preposition of place and how the role of technology in promoting the learners’ autonomy? In line with that, this research is organized with the intention of examining the role of technology in addition to increasing student autonomy, also helping students improve their ability to learn English prepositions. This is survey research which focuses on the collection of information about the role of technology and pictures for nurturing autonomy and English preposition of place proficiency. It uses one group design. Questionnaire was selected for collecting the data as it provided a survey instrument containing the questions in a self-administered survey. Along with questionnaire, this research also used observation instrument. For the purpose of this study the researcher selects 7 (seven) Myanmar ITP (International Training Program) participating in an English short course at EFL University, in India. Based on the observations and analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire, some conclusions can be drawn, such as participants realized that the use of technology and picture in the classroom facilitate them to study and they found the benefits of using it when they learn English preposition during the intervention. Next, all participants have experienced a positive increase in both the quantity and quality of their writing. along with that, the use of technology and picture is useful in addition to increasing participants' independence and autonomy.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how the debt policies of banking businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange would evolve between 2018 and 2022 depending on the dividend policy, profitability, and company growth. The dividend policy, profitability, and corporate growth on the company's debt policy are the variables used in this study. Purposive sampling, or selecting participants based on predetermined criteria, was the sampling technique utilized in this study. Four companies served as samples for this study's criteria. Panel data regression analysis is the method used to determine the combined and individual effects of the independent factors on the dependent variable. Data analysis or regression results demonstrate that debt policy is simultaneously impacted by dividend policy, profitability, and firm growth. Partially, the factors affecting the dividend policy, profitability, and corporate expansion have no appreciable impact on the debt policy. The adjusted R square value of the coefficient of determination is 0.937112 in magnitude. This indicates that three independent variables may account for 93.7112% of the dependent variable, or debt policy, while additional variables or factors outside the model can account for the remaining 6.2888% of the dependent variable

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities for enhancing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction, particularly in speaking skills. This conceptual study proposes an AI-assisted speaking practice model that integrates ChatGPT into the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) framework. The model aims to provide learners with interactive, context-rich speaking experiences through AI-generated prompts, role-play simulations, and real-time feedback. Drawing on principles of CLT and task-based learning, the proposed model consists of three main stages: pre-task preparation, AI-mediated communicative tasks, and post-task reflection and feedback. Potential benefits include increased learner motivation, expanded speaking opportunities, personalized practice, and the development of fluency and accuracy in authentic communicative contexts. However, challenges such as digital literacy, potential overreliance on AI, and infrastructure limitations must be addressed to ensure effective implementation. This study offers a practical framework for integrating generative AI tools into EFL speaking instruction and provides recommendations for future empirical research on its classroom application.
