Abstract

The present study was aimed to analyze the levels of technical and allocative efficiency of the usage of CPO production factors in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. The data being used was primary and secondary data. The data analysis to measure technical efficiency was Cobb-Douglas frontier production function and production elasticity value, while allocative efficiency was analyzed using NPMxi to Hxi ratio. The research result showed that fresh fruit bunch (TBS), indirect labor (TKTDL), and fiber (FB) had significant positive effect on CPO production in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari, while direct labor (TKL), solar fuel (SR), CaCO3, and Nalco N 8507 (N8507) didn’t have significant positive or negative effect on CPO production in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. Fresh fruit bunch (TBS), indirect labor (TKTDL), and fiber (FB) were technically efficient (0<EP<1). Conversely, allocatively fresh fruit bunch (TBS), indirect labor (TKTDL), and fiber (FB) were’nt efficient (NPMxi/Hxi>1).

What factors influence the  motivation of  farmers to  maintain tilapia farming in South Bengkulu Regency. This study uses two types of data analysis, namely the first Likert analysis and SEM analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The motivation of Tilapia fish farmers can be said to be very high motivation in maintaining their farming. 2. There are two influencing factors, namely factors that directly affect the availability of  production facilities (X1), Government support (X2),  Environmental Inputs  (X3),  Family  Head Resource Inputs (X4), Management (X5 ).) and Output (X6), while the factors that do not directly affect the Availability of Production Means (X1) affect Government Support (X2) in shaping Farmer's Motivation (Y) and the Input of Family Head Resources (X4) affects Output ( X6) in shaping the motivation of farmers (Y).

To analyze the level of consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty and analyze the factors that influence the level of satisfaction and loyalty of dried mackerel in the city of Bengkulu. CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) analysis tool to analyze satisfaction levels, Loyalty Pyramid to analyze Loyalty levels and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the influence between variables. The results of the CSI calculation are 79.59%. Consumer loyalty for dried mackerel in Bengkulu City, with the highest score, lies in the Liking the Product category, with a value of 143%. These results indicate the level of consumer satisfaction for dried mackerel in Bengkulu City is included in the satisfaction criteria with CSI values between 66% -80.99%. Loyalty levels produce an inverted pyramid shape. In the simultaneous test, the direct effect of the product quality, price and place variables significantly affect satisfaction. Still, the service quality variable does not affect satisfaction. In the simultaneous test, the direct effect of product and service quality variables significantly affects customer loyalty. In contrast, the price and place variables do not significantly affect customer loyalty. The results of the analysis of the indirect effect showed that the service quality variable has no significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction, and product quality, price and place variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty Dried Mackerel through satisfaction. Dried Mackerel traders can maintain the taste of dried Mackerel through salting and drying processes using the PEHI LING drying concept (Practical Economical and Hygienic with an Environmental Insight).
