Abstract

Community service Balek Kampung during the covid-19 pandemic are different from community service in general. Community service balek kampung during the covid-19 pandemic can be done in groups boldly and semi-daing (directly in the field on a limited basis). With the existence of Community service in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that students will still have the urgency of service so that they can develop student competencies and social interactions in the community. This study aims to determine the role of Real Work Lectures as a form of community service. Methods of data collection using the method of observation and documentation. Observation is an observation in the form of a series of activities to focus on an object with the senses. The documentation method used in this study is to support data such as data on Community service participants, community service locations, and community service activities. The results of this study indicate that community service activities as a form of community service during the pandemic can still be enjoyed by the community and the role of students can still be carried out with a series of innovative activities and continue to carry out health protocols

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of local tax revenues and levies on local revenue in the city of Medan in 2016-2018. The independent variables used in this study are the effectiveness of local tax revenues and the effectiveness of local retribution receipts, while the dependent variable is local revenue. The type of research used is associative. The population used in this study is the regional government budget realization report of Medan City. The number of samples was 36 months during the 2016-2018 period, with the sampling technique using the time series method. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The results show that partially the effectiveness of regional tax revenues (X1) has a positive effect on regional original income, the effectiveness of local retribution receipts (X2) has a positive effect on regional original income. The value of is 0.991, which means that 99.1% of local revenue is influenced by the effectiveness of local tax revenue and the effectiveness of receiving local user fees, while 0.09% is explained by other variables which are not tested in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk kesulitan belajar yang dialami mahasiswa dalam memahami dan menyelesaikan soal integral permukaan pada mata kuliah Kalkulus Vektor. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus terhadap tiga mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes tertulis dan wawancara semi-terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami dua bentuk utama kesulitan, yaitu kesulitan konseptual dan kesulitan prosedural. Kesulitan konseptual mencakup ketidakpahaman terhadap elemen luas permukaan, penentuan arah normal vektor, serta interpretasi permukaan parametrik. Sementara itu, kesulitan prosedural meliputi kesalahan dalam transformasi koordinat, teknik integrasi trigonometri, dan penentuan batas integral. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih interaktif dan konseptual dalam materi integral permukaan.
