Abstract

This community service is motivated by the fact that several children are known to use mobile phone more often, play bicycles, play with their friends during study hours. In addition, there are several problems during online learning such as bored children, many school assignments, lack of understanding of school material, impatient parents and busy working parents, so there is no time to accompany their children when studying. Therefore, the activities to increase motivation and mentoring in learning aims to increase understanding, generating enthusiasm for learning, being responsible, being committed and having self-awareness of the learning importance. This community service method consisted of four stages, encompassing; observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. These activities to increase motivation and tutoring has proven to be able to help children in RW 12, District Serengan by seeing the enthusiasm of the children in participating in tutoring activities, and self-awareness of the importance of learning so that school assignments can be completed properly, and improving the material during the activities of increasing motivation and tutoring

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of interactive learning methods in improving learning achievement of grade 3 students of SDN 67 Bengkulu City by using the perspective of DeVito's interpersonal communication theory as the basis of analysis. The theory used is DeVito's interpersonal communication theory which includes five main principles namely openness, empathy, equality, support, and positive attitude as a framework to assess the effectiveness of communication in interactive learning. The research method used a qualitative approach involving a grade 3 teacher (Mrs. Rumlah, S.Pd) and 31 grade 3 students (16 boys and 15 girls) aged 8 to 9 years old as participants. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of the implementation of interactive learning and analysis of changes in communication patterns in the learning process. The results showed that the implementation of interactive learning methods with DeVito's principles resulted in significant changes from teacher-centered communication patterns to student-centered communication patterns. The principle of openness can be seen from the increasing frequency of students asking questions spontaneously and the courage of students to convey difficulties in learning, which ultimately contributes to improving student learning achievement.

Abstract

Transformasi layanan pemerintahan digital yang dilaksanakan melalui unit SSGS (Smart, Solution, Government, Services) Divisi Enterprise di PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Telda Bengkulu. Di era digitalisasi yang semakin berkembang pesat, pemerintah daerah dituntut untuk menghadirkan layanan publik yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan terintegrasi. PT. Telkom Indonesia sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang telekomunikasi dan informasi memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung transformasi digital instansi pemerintahan, khususnya di wilayah Bengkulu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran unit SSGS Divisi Enterprise PT. Telkom Indonesia Telda Bengkulu dalam mendukung transformasi layanan pemerintahan digital, mengidentifikasi solusi dan produk layanan yang ditawarkan kepada sektor pemerintah, serta menganalisis tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam proses implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentai.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit SSGS Divisi Enterprise PT. Telkom Indonesia Telda Bengkulu berperan aktif dalam menghadirkan berbagai solusi digital bagi instansi pemerintah daerah, meliputi layanan konektivitas, platform e-Government, sistem informasi manajemen, serta layanan cloud dan keamanan siber. Transformasi yang dilakukan tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional pemerintahan, tetapi juga pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat di Provinsi Bengkulu. Meski demikian, terdapat sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi, antara lain keterbatasan infrastruktur di daerah terpencil, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, serta anggaran digitalisasi pemerintah daerah yang masih terbatas.
