Abstract

Complete basic immunization coverage for children aged 12-23 months for Aceh Province in 2018 has not met the target of 93% because there are still 20% coverage of basic immunization that has not been met (Renstra, 2019). The 2019 Strategic Plan target of 93% is still found in children aged 12-23 months in 2018 of 32.9%. This research is descriptive. The population in this study were 34 people and all of them were sampled. The data used are primary data (questionnaire). Data are analyzed and presented in frequency tables and cross tables.Based on the results of the study showed that the majority of respondents lack knowledge (58.9%), and a minority of well-informed 6 people (17.6%). Knowledge based on age, the majority of mothers aged 20-35 years and good knowledge (41.2%). Knowledge based on education level, the majority of mothers have basic education and lack knowledge (32.3%). Knowledge is based on parity, the majority of mothers are multiparous parity and have sufficient knowledge (29.5%). Knowledge based on information sources, the majority of mothers get information from the environment and lack knowledge (94.4%).It is expected that health workers in the District of Lawe Sumur can provide counseling and information about DPT immunization to mothers who have babies.

Abstract

Knowledge is the result of knowing, and this occurs after people have sensed a certain object. (Notoatmodjo, 2021).Attitudes are evaluative statements towards objects, people or events. It reflects one's feelings towards something.(Nurmala, et al. 2018). The sample in this study used a total sample, namely the sampling was carried out as a whole fromthe population, with a total of 30 respondents. Respondents who have poor knowledge of respondents are 18 people(60.0%) and those who have good knowledge are 12 respondents (40.0%). Respondents who have a negative attitude are19 people (63.3%) and a positive attitude is 11 people (36.7%). Respondents who have poor knowledge and negativeattitudes are 16 people (53.3%). Respondents who have poor knowledge and positive attitude are 2 people (6.7%).Respondents who have good knowledge and negative attitudes are 3 people (10.0%). Respondents who have goodknowledge and positive attitude are 9 people (30%). The results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship betweenknowledge and attitudes of respondents about the use of MCH books, with a p-value of 0.002.

Abstract

Stroke is clinical syndrome manifested by impairment of a whole or partial brain function caused by blood supply disruption to the brain. Stroke can have an effect on many function of the body. The most obvious effect is motor deficit, include hemiparese (one side of body weakened). The aim of his study is to identify the effect of Range of Motion exercise to muscle strength of patient with post stroke at Adam Malik Medan Hospital. This study uses the research pre experimental approach cross sectional study. The population sample of 17 respondents and 16 respondents were given Range of Motion exercise two times a day for seven days. The evaluation of exercise was taken on the first an seventh day. Sampling technique used a purposive sampling. Analysis of the data in this study using Analysis Univariate and Bivariate Analysis (Paired Sample T-test).The result showed no effect of range of motion exercise to muscle strength of patient with post stroke at Adam Malik Medan Hospital. This study recommended on the needs of further research and the use of this exercise as one of the independent nursing interventions in providing care to stroke patients with hemiparese.
