Abstract

Business is an interpersonal and organizational activity that involves the process of selling, purchasing both goods and services with the aim of making a profit. But to get a large profit, it takes many partners who have a high desire to move forward. Information technology provides services for business people so that media information is available as a sign of obstacles. In addition it is necessary to do modeling where the process of communication between businesses running on information technology has a different profit from the business being run. Thus the union has the principle of kinship and has the principle of profitability divided by the amount of contribution given so that the creation of a model in electronic business (e-business) in the hope of having a family principle that is able to provide special profits for businesses other than the profits that run on certain businesses.

Abstract

This study aim to analyze the influenze of Promosiand Trust on Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. Research variable include : Consumer Buy Interest (Y) as the dependent variable, Promosi (X1) as the independent variable, and (X2) as the independent variable. This study adopted the Marketing Management theory, as it pertaining to the Brand, Trust, and Consumer Buy Interest.This research applies a survey approach with a descriptive and qualitative method and uses an explanation power as it characteristics. The method of collecting the data is done by using interview, questionaires, and documentation study. The method of data analysis used is the multiple regression analysis and the simple regression analysis. The population of this study are 90 consumers of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan and the samples taken are 90 consumers.The first hypotesis finding shows the promosi influences significantly on the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. The second hypotesis shows that Trust influences significantly on the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. The third hypotesis shows that the Promosi and Trust simultaneously influence significantly on the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. In partial, the Trust variable shows more dominantly than the Promotion of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. This means that the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan are influenced highly by the Trust and it is the Trust that gives mostly.

Abstract

Consumer buying interest are influenced by the location and service quality factor. Companies must be able to choose a strategic location and provide good quality service towards consumers to beat others in competition. Location as a potential strategic weapon to beat competitors. Quality of service as an important factor to influence consumer buying interest. Strategic location and good service are able to increase consumer buying interest on the product selling. The purpose of this study is to find out or analyze the influence of location and quality of service towards consumer buying interest at Warung Sate Kupak Bromo Medan. This research was conducted at Warung Sate Kupak Bromo Medan. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research.The results shows that the location variable and quality of service make a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously towards consumer buying interest at Warung Sate Kupak Bromo Medan. 37,1% of R Square value shows that 37,1% ability of location (X1) and quality of service (X2) variables are able to influence consumer buying interest (Y) at Warung Sate Kupak Bromo Medan while the remaining 62,9% are the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not analyzed by researcher in this study such as product quality, product distribution or prices variables

Abstract

Tiongkok is a country with a large population and is in several states. In addition, Tiongkok has a variety of languages. Hokkien is the worldwide language of China and is widely known to many people. This is evidenced by the many China Town markets. In Indonesia there has been a lot of Hokkien language guidance. In almost every elementary school in the city, adding Hokkien language lessons is a must for elementary school students. Even starting from the playgroup has also been taught Hokkien. But still there are children who do not understand because of the different ways of writing by reading Hokkien. In this research, the writer makes an android-based hokkien language learning media which can be utilized by users with mobile technology, designed learning media adapted to the curriculum in elementary schools with 5 subject matter. From the results of testing designed learning media can help make it easier for students to better understand hokkien language.
