Abstract

Pendidikan pegawai adalah Pendidikan yang mendukung pertumbuhan profesional di antara pegawainya. Diharapkan pendidikan dapat membuahkan hasil bahwa jabatan manajemen dipegang oleh orang-orang yang berasal dari dalam perusahaan. Kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penididikan pada pegawai seringkali terkait pada masalah biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk setiap pegawainya. Oleh karena itu memberikan pelatihan adalah alternatif lain yang dapat diberikan perusahaan. Pelatihan merupakan kegiatan pendidikan yang lebih bersifat teknis dan praktis yang melatih keterampilan pegawai pada bidang-bidang tertentu sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dihadapi, pelatihan merupakan serangkaian aktivitas individu dalam meningkatkan keahlian dan pengetahuan secara sistematis sehingga mampu memiliki kinerja yang profesional di bidangnya. PT. Wahana Kendali Mutu Kantor Cabang Bandung memiliki konsep pelayanan :  1). mengutamakan mutu layanan yang bertujuan untuk kepuasan pelanggan, 2). meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, jujur dan mempunyai motivasi tinggi untuk bekerja keras dan berprestasi baik, 3). melakukan kerjasama tim yang baik dan terintegrasi. 4). secara terus menerus meningkatkan mutu layanannya dengan berpedoman kepada sistem manajemen mutu yang menyeluruh dan terpadu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah   individu yaitu para peserta pelatihan pada PT. Wahana Kendali Mutu Kantor Cabang Bandung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: 1).  besarnya pengaruh faktor tangible (X1) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah 0,202 atau 20,2%. 2). besarnya pengaruh faktor emphaty (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah 0,242 atau 24,2%. 3). besarnya pengaruh faktor reliability (X3) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah 0,290 atau 29,0. 4). besarnya pengaruh faktor responsiveness (X4) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah 0,188 atau 18,8%. 5). besarnya pengaruh faktor assurance (X5) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah 0,078 atau 7,8%. 6). besarnya pengaruh bersama faktor-faktor tangible, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness dan  assurance terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar  99,9%.  Nilai signifikansi berada di antara 0,000 – 0,050, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan faktor-faktor  tangible (X1) , emphaty (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness(X4) dan  assurance (X5)  memberikan pengaruh bersama secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) telah dapat dibuktikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of event marketing, housing concept and location on home buying decisions at Grand Pinus Regency Bali. The examination procedures used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, determination analysis and f-test. The results of the review show that the promotion mix influences the decision to buy a house in Grand Pinus Regency Bali. From the test results with the T test, it shows that event marketing has a significant effect on home buying decisions. The housing concept influences the decision to buy a house in Grand Pinus Regency Bali. From the test results with the T test shows that the concept of housing affects the decision to buy a house. Location has a direct effect on the decision to buy a house in Grand Pinus Regency Bali. From the results of testing with the T test, it shows that location influences the decision to buy a house. Judging from the f-test, it is obtained that F-count > F-table is 212,297 > 3.12, this shows that event marketing, the concept of housing and location basically influence the decision to buy a house with a sig level. Big 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee loyalty is impacted by workload, work environment, and job satisfaction. The national sharia bank at Indonesia's headquarters served as the research site for this study, which employed a quantitative methodology. Only 100 permanent employees were utilized as the sample in this study, which used incidental sampling and the Slovin technique to determine the number of responders. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data, which was then subjected to route analysis for analysis. The findings of this study suggest that Workload and Work Environment, two paths or sub-structural factors, have a considerable, simultaneous, or partial impact on Job Satisfaction. Path 2, or sub-structural 2, has as a result that Workload, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a strong, simultaneous, and partial impact on Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of work discipline and work motivation factors that have an influence on employee productivity in the production unit of PT Ateja Grace Texindo. This study used descriptive analysis using Google Forms as a data collection method for 30 employee respondents at the production unit of PT Ateja Grace Texindo. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling. Then the data was processed and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 software application. This study found that work motivation factors have an influence on employee productivity at PT Ateja Grace Texindo in the production unit section. However, the work discipline factor has no effect on employee productivity at PT Ateja Grace Texindo in the production unit section.

Abstract

SMEs are the backbone of Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to employment and the Gross Domestic Product. The creative industry holds immense potential in driving economic growth, especially in the digital era. This research aims to analyze the role of innovation and creativity in business management to enhance SME economy in the creative industry. The research method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024. The study findings indicate that the creative industry has become one of Indonesia's most dynamic and rapidly growing economic sectors, with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) playing a vital role as engines of local economic growth, innovation sources, and creativity. Innovation and creativity are key to maintaining competitiveness, developing new products and services, and reaching broader markets. Through innovation, SMEs can develop unique and compelling products, enhance operational efficiency through technology adoption, and optimize marketing strategies and branding. Creativity in product design and customer experience is crucial for attracting consumer interest and distinguishing oneself from competitors

Abstract

This study examines the impact of changes in the work environment, mental health programs, and leadership support on employee loyalty in start-up companies in East Java. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 68 respondents using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale (1-5). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, utilizing descriptive statistics, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly influence employee loyalty, with leadership support having the strongest impact. The study underscores the importance of integrating adaptable work environments, robust mental health initiatives, and transformational leadership practices to enhance loyalty in the dynamic start-up ecosystem. These insights provide practical guidance for start-up managers in fostering employee retention and organizational success.
