Abstract

The reason for this review is to determine the impact of authoritative culture and responsibility on commitment to implementation in Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees. Researchers used a purposive testing strategy on 35 employees at the Operation & Support Unit of Bank Mandiri Jember Area. This review uses a quantitative review with an explanatory research approach. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative technique with data collection using an overview of opinion polls, documentation studies, and meetings to obtain information needed for 35 independent employees of the operation and support unit. The examination used in this examination uses a linear regression review as well as other examiners. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained from filling out questionnaires, documentation studies, and interviews with respondents were tested using linear regression review. The results show that the authoritative culture directly affects the implementation of Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees. and responsibility for commitments directly affect the implementation of Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees

Abstract

In today's technological era, humans prefer work that is instant and fast to meet their needs, one of which is investing. Bitcoin and stocks are one form of investment that has been widely used by investors since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to see how much the Covid-19 pandemic has affected bitcoin prices and stock prices on the JSE. This research is an explanatory research based on the research objectives that have been set previously to test the existing hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the increase in the number of Covid-19 patients in Jakarta will cause the stock price of shares listed on the Jakarta stock exchange and also the price of bitcoin to decrease, causing investors to be increasingly reluctant to invest in stocks and trade their bitcoins. Investors and traders prefer to allocate their money to other sectors or things that they consider safer.

Abstract

Kasus narkotika setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan. Ppenyalahgunaan narkotika tahun 2023 di Indonesia sebesar 1,73% atau setara dengan 3,3 juta penduduk Indonesia yang berusia 15-64 tahun. Penyuluhan pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba yang diadakan di Desa Bulusari, Kec. Kalipuro, Kab. Banyuwangi pada 17 Juli 2024 melibatkan 50 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang, termasuk pemuda, pelajar, dan masyarakat umum. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan interaktif dan diskusi kelompok, dengan materi tentang pengertian narkoba, jenis- jenisnya, efek samping, serta dampak sosial dan hukum dari penyalahgunaan narkoba. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta mengenai bahaya narkoba, serta antusiasme tinggi dalam menerapkan informasi yang diperoleh. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang bahaya narkoba, menekankan pentingnya pendekatan edukatif dalam upaya pencegahan.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan mengedukasi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Banyuwangi mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal melalui inisiatif SEHATI BPJPH. Kegiatan melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung kepada UMKM, mulai dari pendaftaran akun di platform SiHalal hingga memperoleh sertifikat halal. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman UMKM tentang nilai sertifikasi halal, peningkatan jumlah usaha bersertifikat, dan kepercayaan konsumen yang lebih tinggi. Pendekatan ini menyoroti peran pendampingan dalam menyederhanakan proses sertifikasi halal.
