Abstract

Abstract Indonesian traditional posseses, various kind of traditional healers to heal various complain. Therefor reproduction healthy condition not yet like an expectant, therefore to carry out survey to get data principal ingredients and plants kind to use for reproduction system complaint. Survey was conducted in West Sumatera and West Southeast Island Province. Traditional healers ingredients age more than 17 years old and to hold for respondent. Discriptif analysis to carry out and which to be difference ingredients either plants in ingredients in the two province. Efficacy and safety plants in ingredients were investigated. The result of survey showed that a lot of ingredients in West Sumatera and West Shoutheast Island complaint for reproduction system disorder. The ingredients either plants to use difference in the two province. Efficacy and safety investigated from plants to use in ingredients possible to carry on efficacy and safety ingredients. Keywords : Traditional ingredients, Reproduction System, West Sumatera, West Southeast Island.     Abstrak Indonesia banyak terdapat pengobat tradisional (Battra) yang menggunakan ramuan dari bahan tanaman untuk mengobati berbagai macam keluhan. Karena keadaan kesehatan reproduksi di Indonesia belum seperti yang diharapkan maka dilakukan survei terutama untuk mendapatkan data jenis ramuan dan jenis tanaman yang digunakan dalam ramuan untuk keluhan pada sistem reproduksi. Survei dilakukan di Sumatera Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Barat. Responden adalah Battra yang menggunakan ramuan yang sudah berusia lebih dari 17 tahun dan bersedia menjadi responden. Analisis dilakukan secara diskriptif dan apakah ada perbedaan ramuan dan jenis tanaman yang digunakan dalam ramuan di kedua daerah tersebut. Tanaman tanaman yang digunakan dalam ramuan dikaji dengan penelitian khasiat dan keamanan yang sudah dilakukan. Hasil survei mendapatkan berbagai macam ramuan di Sumatera Barat dan di Nusa Tenggara Barat untuk keluhan pada sistem reproduksi. Ramuan maupun jenis tanaman yang digunakan di ke dua daerah berbeda. Kajian hasil penelitian dari tanaman tanaman yang digunakan dalam ramuan mendukung khasiat dan keamanan ramuan.   Kata Kunci :  Ramuan Obat Tradisional, Sistem Reproduksi, Sumatera Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat

Abstract

Gloriosa superba L belongs to the Colchiceae family. These vine plants reach 2.5 m in height and can grow at 400 in above sea level. The leaves contain chemical compounds such as alkaloid colchisin, glorisin and triterpen which possess analgesic properties. Many studies have been conducted in the tubers of such plants but scientific information on the eflicacy the leaves as analgesic have not thus far been published. Therefore, in this work a study wa conducted to test behavior and analgesic efiicacy of compounds in the Gloria superba L. leaves extracted with ethanol. The results showed the influence on the central nervous system and analgesic eflecls at doses of extract for 2 mg/100g body weight of mice and it's no significant diflerent with asetosal (p< 0, 05).

Abstract

In Indonesia infertility is still a problem for married couples, because 10-15% of married couples suffer from infertility. Infertility can be caused by the husband and wife, but in reality 40-60% are caused by the husband. Data infertility based on analysis of cement, which is one important way to determine the level of male fertility. Cement circumstances that can cause infertility, among others, the less the number of spermatozoa, sperm motility is low, the velocity of spermatozoa and so on. Kolesom (Talinum triangulare Willd) can increase the number and motility of spermatozoa and to increase testosterone levels. The study aims to determine the effect of kolesom root extract on spermatogenesis of male Wistar rats. The effect of kolesom root extract on spermatogenesis using the WHO (2000) with animal white mouse. 225 doses of ethanol extract; 675 and 2025 mg / kg. administered orally for 45 days. Distilled water as a control and comparative dosage Korean Ginseng 225 mg / kg. The results of the study, kolesom extract doses 225; 675 and 2025 mg / kg BB given for 45 days did not lose reproductive organ testis and epididymis can still increase the number of A spermatogonia, pachytene stage primary spermatocytes and the diameter of seminiferous.
